This is the best gluten free hamburger I have eaten. The bun was soft, fresh and not over whelming. The hamburger patty was fresh and seasoned well. My husband who does not eat gluten free said that it tastes like a burger should. The French fries were were wonderful. The fries are fresh cut and cooked correctly. We are from Nashville Tenn I had the Cactus Jack my daughter had the Snak Jack we both agree they were the best tasting we ever had . This burger is the very best burger I have had since I was a kid and my parents would take me to a little burger place we used go to back in the 70's. I have spent my entire adult life looking for a burger that could top that and had failed until the day I walked into Angus Jacks. This is bar none the best burger, fries AND fried pickles I have ever had and is well worth the drive across 2 counties to enjoy. If you leave this place hungry it is your own fault. I am a big man and a big eater and I have yet to walk out of this place and not be full. Get yourself down to Angus Jacks and prove me wrong. read more

My wife picked up an order to go. She ordered a BLT with extra bacon and an order of onion straws. It came to 8.49. The BLT had 4 half strips of bacon on it (it was like 2 full size pieces of bacon were broken in half). That was extra bacon. The onion straws were not drained of excess oil and that oil leaked through the bottom of the box to the point where it was forming drops on the underside of the box. She only ate a few of the onion straws and threw it out. Hopefully this is only because they are new. We'll or she will try again in a month or so and see if their is improvement. read more

I stopped in for a try a couple months ago because the marquee advertised best gluten free burger in town. I ate there 3 of the next 4 days. everything I have had there has tasted amazing and was well prepared. the staff is friendly and in probably 10 visits now I have yet to find a single thing to complain about. they now have gluten free fried pickles which are incredible in fact I like them more than I like the regular fried pickles which I wasn't supposed to be eating due to health issues. as someone who needs to eat gluten free I really appreciate their efforts to offer options beyond a burger wrapped in lettuce. It is a good place for lunch, there are some tvs on to catch up on news or sports. Half priced burgers on Wednesday is a great reason for a family night. read more

Best hamburgers and cheese fries in NWA!!!!! Great place to eat

I have eaten here quite a few times and I feel like it is really hit or miss for me. It is either really good or it is really bad. The burgers are decent and the fries are always pretty gross. The drive-thru option really makes you think it will be cheaper and faster than it actually is. I would not suggest the drive-thru unless you enjoy sitting and waiting for your food for 20-30 minutes. The time you will wait, you might as well park and just sit inside. By the time you actually get somewhere to eat it after going through the drive-thru you can expect soft mushy fries and a burger that has soaked your bun in grease. (It isn't a long drive to where I eat it. About a five minute drive from the establishment.) If that's your thing, go for it. If you are going to eat here, I would definitely suggest sitting inside and eating it fresh. read more

We sat in the drivethru for ten minutes AT the window before they brought our food. I am a full believer in fast food being fast. If you expect the same, don't bother going here. We stopped in at Angus Jack because we bought a Deal Piggy Special for $7 that gave us $14 worth of food. It was a weekday lunch, service was great, food was delicious, and the manager or owner came by and checked on everything. The place is a little pricey because of having to order the fries and drinks separate; however, Wed is a deal night and kids eat free another couple of nights. There's also enough food to be able to share the sides and drink with another person, as long as you have your own burgers. It's set up just like 5 guys, just with out the peanut mess and this place has the glutton free options. Would highly recommend. read more

The gluten free options and setup are truly amazing. If you are truly allergic to gluten then you know how hard it is to find a gluten free hamburger bun that actually tastes like a real hamburger bun. Great food. Great service. Hands down best burger I have ever tasted. My wife is gluten free and she had one of their amazing GF burgers tonight. It looked exactly like the picture in the newspaper and in their Facebook page. Love the gluten free burgers and sandwiches. The gluten free bun is soft but slightly crunchy on the outside. Which some gf buns can taste and feel like cardboard.They are great with people with celiac disease. Service is great, and fairly fast considering all the food is made to order. Whenever the owner is in he always comes over and talks to our family by name. My family goes there at least once a week, if not more often. read more

I have benn to angus jacks many many times and I have never gotten a bad burger. Some people on here have mentioned that it is a greasy burger.. There is a vast difference between a greasy burger and a fresh, never frozen JUICY burger. Obviously a fresh burger will be way more juicy than a frozen patty from McDonalds or Burger King. Other detractors have said it is overpriced.. This is also untrue. They are in fact still cheaper than five guys or feltners but way way better quality. If your on a budget, thre are plenty of cheaper alternatives but if you are looking for a quality meal for about $10. Then Angus Jack is the obvious choice read more

I'll start by saying this food is good, service is terrible. I've seen over the counter multiple times that the cooks do not wear gloves, I've seen servers go outside and smoke and come back in without washing their hands. The floor is sticky. The one time I decided to go through the drive thru to avoid that, I was stuck for 23 minutes for a single burger and fries. I hope something changes soon. read more
