I placed an order online at 11:09 a.m. When I arrived 25 minutes later my order was not ready. I did not walk out with food until 11:58! When I talked to the employee about it I was told their new manager has given instructions to put online orders behind all others. Three people who came in after I had arrived to pick up my order left with food before mine was ready. When I finally got what I ordered, the store was empty. I would give a 1 rating but the employees at this location are wonderful, the new management just sucks. In this day and age with the prevalence of online ordering, it is ridiculous to view the customer service to an online customer as such a low priority. Because of this I probably will never frequent this location again.
