This review is just about their service at this location, the food at any Jollibee location tastes…read morepretty the same for the most part. I go here every few months as it's the only Jollibee closest to me. I wish I was making this up, but every single time I order from here, whether through the app or in person, my order has been wrong 100% of the time. Sounds pretty unbelievable but unfortunately that is the reality when ordering here. Despite an abundance of staff working, most of them just stand around and gossip, even when they're clearly busy with orders, there's no sense of wanting to even do their work. I have learned from experience to always check my order from here and every time, I still get surprised that my order is completely wrong. The staff definitely need to be re-trained at this location, the service is just absolutely a mess and sloppy. Just to give a few examples and yes these are real things that happened to me and I can go on and on with more but I'll just name a few. I recently ordered a honey garlic chicken sandwich without the garlic bit toppings. When I checked my order, it was a 2 piece honey garlic chicken covered in garlic bits. Another time I ordered a 2 piece spaghetti and then they gave me palabok instead. If I order a peach mango pie, they'll give me the ube pie. If I order large fries, they give the regular size fries. If I ask for regular, they'll give me spicy chicken. If I ask for spicy chicken, they give me regular. It goes on and on unfortunately and I would list more but I think the point has been made. It is a rough cycle of wanting to eat Jollibee but having to order from this location is horrendous 100% off the time and then I constantly tell them that they have to fix my order. Please re-train the staff here. I don't mind staff having a good time talking to each other, but at least make the orders right and thoroughly check them before packing and handing them out; it can't be that difficult to get at leasr a single order right and yet somehow, they've gotten 100% of my orders wrong.

Gas station fried chicken has finally landed in Walnut Creek! Krispy Krunchy Chicken recently…read moreopened a new location at the 76 Gas Station at Main and San Luis. I stopped by here on 02/01/2025 to try it out. Since there was no parking at the gas station, I parked my car at the 7-Eleven lot next door. The setup here was similar to other KKC locations. I was helped by two men behind the counter. Both were friendly and helpful. I got the Chicken + Tenders Family Meal. It had 12 pieces of chicken, six tenders, six biscuits, and potato wedges. The total, with tax, was close to $47. Overall, everything was good. The fried chicken and tenders were well-seasoned, crunchy, and juicy; the honey biscuits were fresh and tasty; and the potato wedges were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Welcome to Walnut Creek, KKC! I will be back.

It is right next to the Clarion Hotel. You will see the flag banner right outside and signs pointing you to the door. Ring the doorbell and someone will meet you at the door to ask for your name. We ordered the family meal which consists of 12 piece chicken, 6 biscuits and family sized potato wedges. The chicken was very krispy and had the same good flavor and seasoning as other Krispy Krunchy locations. The sizes of the chicken pieces were pretty large too and not tiny drumsticks or wings. The honey biscuits were soft and not too dense where you feel like your mouth is dry with every bite. The potato wedges were also perfectly crisp and seasoned, however, I do wish the potato wedges portion was bigger considering this is a family meal. There wasn't an option to select sauces in the app, so make sure you write it in the special instructions.
