We ordered nine windows and one patio door. The installer, Javier, has done a wonderful job, we are very pleased with his work. He was polite, efficient, and professional and cleaned up after himself. Our garage is connected to our backyard so we wanted to install a lock on the patio door. We emailed Angle in the evening requesting a lock. Mike took care of us right away. He called us the following morning to let us know he had already ordered a lock for us. Since we have huge windows, it was a nice deal for us and we were waiting for the catch, but there was none :) We also bought 2 x 8' sliding patio doors. They planned for a 2 day install but was able to finish all 7 windows and 2 doors in a day! We were really impressed with their workmanship and speed. Angle Construction was great to work with. It started with Steve who came out and gave me an estimate for nine windows and one slider that day. He is personable and sincere. I trusted him immediately. Then Dean came out and measured everything. When the windows came in Liana scheduled the appointment and followed up when I didn't remember to call her back. I live in a HOA that is, let's just say particular. Anyway, Dean brought out everything for the trim to be painted before it was put on. Dimitri and Jason did the installing of the windows and they were great. They were professional and cleaned up everything each day. They arrived on time everyday. They got everything done early each day and finished as estimated. I couldn't believe how quickly they took out the old windows and put the new windows on. The trim inside looks better than I expected. Dimitri and Jason do excellent work. I love my Milgard windows and all of my neighbors and friends have given me compliments. So I want to start with the positives, we hired them to install windows and the people that work here are very friendly and seem very genuine and they answer the phone or voicemails quickly Laurie is the one I mainly spoke with and she's great. Also The windows themselves are very good quality. Unfortunately we did have a few issues. Our first issue was after the windows were installed, so we didn't remove our ring window sensors, we had 10 sensors in total and out of those 10 we only could locate two, now I do take some blame for that because it was my fault for assuming everyone knows what a window sensor is and wouldn't just throw them out. Second issue we had was after they installed the windows and doors they didn't install the screens on our sliding doors because the wrong size was ordered and they didn't fit, so they said they ordered them and that they would arrive in a couple weeks. Now fast forward to 4 1/2 MONTHS LATER, we finally get our screens in after many calls to the company to inquire about what was going on. My third and final issue with the company was when they finally came to install The screens, they showed up at my house five hours early when no one was home, so I had to give them permission to enter the property to install, and I come home only to find one of my newly installed screen doors isn't opening. I called immediately and let them know what happened they said they would call me back and that was a couple weeks ago and still no call. So while the employees are wonderful at angle construction I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone else because of my experience. Alicia. read more

Angle and I went through a lot with, first some staff turn over in their office, some mistakes in ordering, etc. And then some issues due to delays with Covid virus on the Milgard end. The new office manager Laurie is great and was wonderful through sorting all this. They stuck with me through it all and were as good as their word in terms of adding some requested finishing touches to my 3 panel door that the installer Dean wants to do now on all the doors. He also adjusted the screen door that had some problems. He assured me that any time I had problems with the door it was covered by the guarantee. Angle Construction provided and installed Milgard windows five years ago in the back of the house. I was extremely satisfied with them. Now, a week ago, I had them install Milgard Tuscany windows for the rest of the house. I could not be more satisfied. Dimitri and Jason came on time and installed 14 windows in one day. I was worried that at least one window would be too small or too large. They all fit perfectly because a person, I forget his name, from Angle had come out much earlier to measure the windows before they were ordered from the manufacturer. I was ready to be present all day, however Dimitri told me "You don't need to babysit, we know what we are doing". This allowed me to leave the house for the rest of the day and attend a baptism. Dimitri and Jason turned out to be a wonderful team working together and did a professional job. They left the house spotlessly clean. I should say, that from the time I signed the contract back in August 2022 to the present (it took this long because of long supply chain lags), I dealt with Office Manager, Laurie back in the office, who could not have been more pleasant and receptive. I wish all my reviews were this positive. I love love LOVE my new sliding glass door. The install team was so helpful in making sure not to disrupt the integrity of the walls around the door while they installed and were even kind enough to hang back up our vacuum cleaner onto a new spot on the wall and take all of the old door parts and windows out of the yard. I recently retrofitted all of the doors and windows in my house and while I am happy with the windows thus far the doors were a HUGE mistake. I was convinced by the local rep to replace my doors which (while a bit drafty were absolutely fine! The new doors have a frame/seal of the door has a double rise which EVERYONE trips over coming i n and out of the house. One of the doors came broken and I am now (a month out) still waiting on a part to fix it. I haven't been able to lock the door for the past 3 weeks. Some of the doors don't shut properly. If you want quality and a nice looking product, this is NOT your window. Having serious buyers remorse and feeling it is my civic duty to prevent another ill informed home owner. Specifically regarding installation, the crew was messy and left boards with nails sticking out of them in my back yard and had to be asked to clean up their mess at the end of the day on several occasions. I have a 3 and 5 year old and this is their play area. It has taken numerous phone calls to try to get responses to my issues and even a scheduled face to face meeting was canceled 20 minutes prior. Angle Construction did an outstanding job with replacing my windows. They did a new construction replacement of 8 large windows and 2 French sliding doors. Additionally, they converted a window to a French sliding door and cased plus framed the windows/doors inside and out. On the initial visit Steve was very helpful and upfront about the entire project and process. While they weren't the cheapest quote I received, I felt they were the most honest about the process and costs. This turned out to be very true. The second visit was by a different Steve who took measurements. He was fast and accurate. When I saw the windows, I was really impressed by how good his measurements were. Their office booked a full week for the install. The job never felt rushed and no corners were cut. The crown jewel of Angle Construction though is their install team - Dmitri and Denart. Dmitri and Denart are an amazing duo. Let me emphasize that again. AMAZING! They took the time to do the job right and they treated my house like working on their own houses. The team was very clean and efficient. Dmitri ensured quality was passed on to their subcontractors for the electrical and stucco work needed. When I called to inquire about an estimate, when the consultant came out, then the gentleman that measures the windows they all were courteous They called me when my windows were ready to install , but we had to re schedule due to heavy rain, but the next week Javier and Nesto showed up on time ,with masks and worked all day getting the windows installed in my house. They were nice, gracious excellent at their job and cleaned up after themselves. By the time they left it looked like nobody had worked there all day, clean and windows shinning!! Javier even took the time to inspect all the windows with me and point out the proper way to open and close them. Mine has not an easy job but they sure made it look easy. I looked them up on yelp and they got wonderful wonderful reviews which was very reassuring. I got quotes from another window company and compared them to the quotes from angle and angle offered me the best deal. My husband and I could not be happier with Angle Construction!! We initially got a quote from Home Depot to replace 15 windows in our home. We were ready to get moving on the project because of recent heavy wind/ rain but my father in law convinced us to get a quote from Angle after seeing their add in the paper. It seemed like the offer was too good to be true but we thought it wouldn't hurt to get another quote and hear what they had to offer. I'm SO glad we did. Steve came out and provided us a quote on our lunch hour from work. Home Depot quoted us way more for Milgard windows and were trying to convince us to go with their own inferior brand. Angle was able to do Milgard windows for less and commit to much sooner installation. Not to mention Steve and his team were awesome to work with! Great service repairing and replacing numerous windows throughout the house. The entire process was straightforward and very professional.

I decided to go with Angle Construction through Costo's replacement window program. The representatives who came to bid the project were nice and gave me a whole list of guarantees that impressed me. "100% guaranteed seal," "High grade materials will not shrink or change color," "Experienced installation crew with no less than 20 years experience." I have lived in my house with 29 single paned windows for 10 years so I have really been looking forward to the opportunity to replace them with beautiful, efficient windows. Angle Construction made this one of the most unsatisfying and disappointing home improvement projects attempted. I say "attempted" because over six months later, with multiple complaints made about the poor quality of installation, there has been no resolution. They managed to send someone out on one occasion to "fix" the problems. These problems include: using caulk that doesn't match the windows and trim, broken seals in the caulk, bubbling of the trim pieces, and sloppy cuts and finishes that don't match up. The person they sent out confirmed that the windows were installed incorrectly and that he was going to fix the problems. He "attempted" the fix just one of my windows that day because it was so late in the day when he showed up that there was simply no more time. That one window has trim pieces that have since began to bubble. Three weeks later he was supposed to show up for a whole day to fix all of the windows. Three hours after he was scheduled to show up I finally receive a call that he could not come out today and that he could come out the next day. I had already taken a whole day to be at the house when he did not show up and had to work the next day. I am not sure I want people who have already produced a poor product to be in charge of fixing the product. Replacement windows are an expensive investment and I want to warn people about choosing Angle Construction. Their guarantees mean nothing. I obviously did not have an experienced crew, my materials were the wrong color, and seals and trim have bubbled and broken. They have not been helpful in resolving any of these issues. With so many alternatives in Santa Cruz County for window replacements, why would you choose Angle Construction? read more
