**Watch Out for Hidden Fees!** This place hits you with charges left and right, so make sure you ask about **everything** upfront! After our accident, they towed our car, and when we tried to get it released--boom, surprise fees. The car was registered under my brother, who is currently **deployed**, making communication a challenge. But here's the kicker--my **sister is listed on the insurance, is legally allowed to drive the car, and is fully authorized to use it**, yet they still refused to release it to her! They insisted that the **only** way to release the car to my sister was through online notarization, even though she was completely **approved to handle the vehicle**. The lady on the phone even said, *"If he can send a message to you, then he has a signal."* Like... that's not how deployment works. Sure, he was able to send a message--but setting up a Zoom meeting was impossible, and the online notarization process kept failing. I asked to speak to a manager, and wow. The manager said, *"I'll let it slide if you send proof that he's in the middle of the sea--if that's really what you're saying."* Excuse me? *"Let it slide?"* So there **were** other options all along, but they just didn't bother telling us. Long story short, they kept the car another day, forcing us to jump through unnecessary hoops. And then--**another fee!** They charged us **$65** for picking up the car on the weekend. Oh, and don't forget--bring **cash** or they'll tack on a **4% fee** for card payments! At the end of the day, it felt like they were taking advantage of a stressful situation. When people just went through an accident, are desperate for help, and vulnerable, this place makes sure to squeeze every penny out of you instead of trying to **actually** help. read more

These people towed our car illegally. The sign that was posted was not visible. When we tried to reason with them the driver was very dismissive and rude. Would not listen to anything we had to say. He talked over my husband and rolled up the window to the tow truck when my husband was still talking. When we arrived to pick up the car there was no answer. They made us wait for hours to release our car. Worst service and business we have ever encountered. read more
