Beware. Trust the bad reviews and avoid this company at all costs. I have used them twice and both times were predatory, costly and very dangerous. Their address and phone numbers are not accurate (fake?) and customer service in non existent. They first refused to put on a spare for me when I had a simple flat, instead saying I could be only be towed or sold a costly new tire. Second occasion, they pretended my battery couldn't be jumped, insisted I needed a new one and refused to give me the old one back (which they promptly sold to someone else for $300) Luckily, the roadside assistance company, credit card company and insurance provider they contract with are on to this scam and they gave me refund and statement credit. The final touch is when Mr Towing heard of my concerns, they called me at home on a Sunday to make demands and say they were coming to my home. Beware! read more

Jack showed up late (forgivable) and "showed" me that my battery was dead and had to be replaced by showing me his multimeter, which was turned off. I had just checked it with my own and knew it had 6 volts. I knew I needed a new battery soon anyway, so I let it slide. Then he quoted me $375 for a new battery, which I said was a lot. He said the auto parts store 1/2 mile away wouldn't have the battery I need. They did, for $260. I also watched him write an invoice for my insurance company (was using their roadside assistance) for almost $3000. What a crook. SCAM Roadside assistance sent them with fuel delivery. Our fuel tank float was stuck showing we were more full than we actually had so we got stuck on the side of the road on the highway at night. He showed up 3 minutes past the ETA window and said we had to pay $10 PER GALLON before he would fuel us up. When you're in those conditions with a 3 year old you don't argue and you get our of there. He tried to get me to pay through venmo and I said no. You could tell he was annoyed that he had to use an actual card reader thats is tracable. I called on star and they confirmed that we should not have been charged at all by Mr Towing. Onstar is escalating the issue and will hopefully remove them from their service providers list. I already disputed the charge with my bank and will be getting a full refund. read more

My daughter called the USAA for tow service, they sent Mr Towing. My daughter was told it was dead battery and they replaced it then charged her $400 for a battery that supposed to cost $120 the most. This is ridiculous. The Tow Truck driver took advantaged of her since she's a woman and does not know anything about battery, but it does not mean you have to take advantage of her. SCAMMERS!!! I had called my roadside assistance for a jump. Took them awhile to get there but aside from that he didn't even give me a jump. He "checked" my battery and then told me "couldn't jump the car" since the battery was dead. I got the car 4 months prior and the installation date for my battery was June 2024. I knew he was trying to scam me. I called a friend and he gave me a jump and it worked perfectly fine. Went the extra step and took it to autozone just in case and battery was reading just fine. read more

My road side assistance insurance sent them to help my daughter with her vehicle since it was not turning on. He supposably tried three times with differnt chargers and was unable to turn it on. He offered to sell her a battery at 260.00 3 times to which my daughter said no. He then proceed to leave her there. My son and I had to drive all the way up to her location and was able to turn on the car the first time with a small Costco charger we carry around. I can not believe they do not have better equipment than what we had. I am sure he saw her a women, at night by herself and was just trying to get her to purchase an over priced battrery from him.
