Fantastic breakfast spot. My wife and I were recommended to come here before our trip to Paris. Thankfully we listened and showed up early. There was a line before they even opened and had to wait for over 30 minutes. The table we were seated at was super small but everything comes out in small plates so it fits. The inside is gorgeous and really made it a nice date spot. Even the bathroom seemed kind of fancy but a little run down. The food was incredible. I don't think I will ever have a glass of orange juice that good again for the rest of my life. Their jams were also wonderful and paired well with the assortment of breads at our table. The hollandaise sauce was not too rich, but just right in terms of flavor and texture. The salmon was tender and complemented the crust of the english muffin it was sitting atop perfectly. My eggs were perfectly poached and oozed onto everything below in a delightful drip. My partner ordered a plain omelette. It was light and fluffy, and lightly buttery.
