I gave this place 3 chances... now I'm sorry I ever gave them my money! The first time I came here my gel polish chipped off in 3 Days. The second time I came here should have been my last. They were so rude and when I asked if they had a different color, before they even started painting, the owner (I'm assuming) says "Didn't you see the colors?" To which I replied, "Am I not allowed to change my mind?" Once again, my gel chipped in 3 Days! The 3rd Time was tonight. Figured I'd try the powder gel this time because honestly, you can't beat a $20 powder gel manicure! The man took forever!!! The powder was all over my hands which he ignored. He put me under the dryer which was odd...When I was done I went up to pay and he tells me to go wash my hands. He then meets me by the sink and starts rubbing the polish off my fingers. After that, he drags me, and I mean literally drags me, to a pedicure station, pulls out cuticle oil used on people's toes and puts it on my fingers!!! Lastly, he starts massaging my hands with lotion to which I respond, "I'm confused..." because...We are still standing in the middle of the salon! This experience is almost laughable because it was so bad! I'll never return! Hoping this manicure makes it to the week Update: My powder started to chip within a few days! I went here yesterday to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Toes came out great. However, manicure looks nice, but no where near the color I asked for. The color I picked was a dark pink and looked like that on the bottle, but came out light pink. Also, they said the polish for my toes was similar to the gel I had picked. Looks nothing close to the same color. I had Susan do my nails, she was very nice and she did do a good job, my only complaint is the color of the nail polish. read more

I got my eyebrows waxed and told the lady no baby oil at least 3 times. Well she put on babyoil and I told her to stop and she continued to put it on my other eyebrow. I couldn't have been more clear. So I figured it's ok I'll get my daughter a manicure and give them another try, I showed them the color she wanted and she did a completely different color, Then charged me an extra $5 for a color I didn't want. So whatever it's just a color right. Before she was done getting her manicure what bothered me the most was they harassed a black women about how much she is tipping because she didn't put a tip on her card, She said she planned on tipping with cash, which she did. I have been going there for a while. I have been getting the Green Tea Spa pedicure with the complimentary manicure. I made an appointment for 6:10 and arrived at that said time. They decided to do the spa pedicure and manicure simultaneously because they were closing at 7. The pedicure was the worst I have had from them. It was tested-the scrub that was part of the advertised services was not even applied properly,neither was the hot stone massage portion of it. Then they hustled me off to dry, while the other workers were dressed in their jackets. They continued to rush me out. I gave a $6 tip to the lady who did the pedicure, and she rudely asked if I want her to split that in two. Last time I checked, a tip is free will and that was 18% of the service. She started fussing in her language and gusted me for mor money. The manager was no help. I explained to get the shoddy job I got and she said no, it was not rushed. Be careful I felt hijacked and hoodwinked at this place. They need to develop some manners, professional responses and integrity when providing services. read more

I am very disappointed with this place . My daughter went here for a full acrylic set , they told her $30. When they were done they 45 because you got gel and special shaped nail - I tried to call and complain and all the lady would do was put the phone down and not even talk to me. I used to come to this location all the time as a child with my mom, but haven't been here in recent years. To my understanding there's a new owner, and let me tell you they've made amazing improvements! Their prices are very reasonable (especially with their deals for certain days of the week) and they do an amazing job. I came with my 8 year old sister for pedicures and we both got amazing women. I do not recall their names but the lady who did my nails was very thorough and made sure I got what I wanted. The lady who did my sister's nails was very gentle and appropriate for a child. mani pedi was excellent for 1/2 price on mondayTuesday and Wednesday all the tools were brand new in sterilized package. Workers were fast and effective as well as polite as compared to ones i've ben to that constantly scream at their workers who in chinese. great read more

You get what you pay for, that's true. I paid $14 for a pedi and got a $14 pedi. The dryers don't work (the lady insisted they did) and after sitting for 20 minutes my toe nails were still tacky. This chain used to have a great reputation. This particular location, however, is old and run down looking. Tools came directly out of a storage spot rather than from an autoclave. I don't remember seeing one to begin with, though I guess they could have been in the back or I didn't notice them. I'll stick to my regular place. read more

I have been going here since January. I originally got the regular gel manicure and my nails chipped within a week. I switched to powder gel and the first time my nails lasted almost 2 weeks. Since then they have been chipping and breaking. The last time I went one nail chipped within 2 days and I was on vacation so I couldn't go back to get it fixed. I also had a coupon on my phone that I earned for a free pedicure. They said it was only valid Monday through Thursday but it did not state that anywhere on the message I received on my phone. My daughter also stopped going there for acrylic fill ins because her nails would break so quickly. I will not be going back there ever again. read more

They are very rude. Went here for the first time with a set of nails looking for a fill in, they were very nasty and demanded that I pay before they painted my nails. Also, they do not take discover or American Express which I found was really strange. When I got my nails done by Willis, he was very demanding and rude. When I was washing my hands he told me to "hurry up" . They also charge more for the different shape of the nail? Never heard of that in my life and I've had nails for years. Oh well. First time trying this place. Have been looking for a new place that is close by. I got a pedicure and a powder gel. (1st time I tried powder after hearing GREAT things and that it really lasts up to 3 weeks. Felt good about the service and job they did and happily left. Within 2 days my nail chipped. I was about to go on vacation so I went back. After fixing, they tried to ring me up to pay $3 to fix it. What?! I laughed and said I wasn't paying and the women said "fine, only this one time we will fix it." Honestly, my regular mani lasts longer than that. Anyway... so then a day into my vacation, I look down at my hand and notice the polish on a different nail totally peeled off. I am so mad. Will not be returning. DO NOT waste your money on this place. Either they are using junk product or they do not know how to properly do the powder process Because the polish should not be chilling and completely peeling off in 2-5 days! $53 wasted. read more

I would give them 0 stars if I could. haven't been here in a long time; I stopped going because I was unhappy with how my powder gel was always turning out. I recently received a gift certificate so I went back to use it and it was a terrible experience. I got a pedicure and powder gel. When I get a pedicure in winter I don't get my nails painted, so really I don't get a full pedicure but I get charged for one. I get a regular pedicure done at many other places and they are done much better and for the same price. My powder gel does not look great. I told her many times to keep making my nails shorter and even when I got home my sister said "wow you kept your nails long this time." Also, all of my nails are shaped differently. The part I am MOST upset about is the lady fought with me about how much I tipped her. I did not tip her 20% which I am aware of, but as the customer, I will tip what I feel you deserve based on the experience and how my nails look, which is not good. She yelled at me in front of other customers in the salon. How embarrassing on their part. I felt like taking back my tip completely. I told her that I don't go there specifically for this reason, because other places do my nails MUCH better. There are so many great nail spas in this area, even if they are a little more expensive, they are so worth it. Please do yourself a favor and pass this one up. read more

I came here for the first time because I am looking for a new nail salon. Very poor customer service. Instead of paying attention to what they are doing they are too busy talking to one another very loudly and laughing obnoxiously. As a result, I was cut and bled a bit both during my pedicure and manicure due to roughness and carelessness. My manicure came out decent, my pedicure was not that great. But I also noticed that they did not ask anyone else to pay first except for me and I also happened to be the only person of color in there at the time so that was interesting. I will not be going back and I do not recommend this place if you are big on customer service. I never write bad reviews...but after my experience and also hearing about other people's bad experiences (after the fact) I felt inclined to share. read more

Went here on a Tuesday because my regular nail place was closed and needed to get a mani-pedi. The pedicure was okay but I was cut multiple times with the cuticle remover. I normally do my own gel manicures but decided to get one here since I needed to last until the weekend. It barely made it that far. It started to bubble and peel the very next day and that was besides getting cut and bleeding on my cuticles again. This place is a bit run down and they definitely do not do nails well. I went here two weeks ago and had a great experience with Cindy. Excellent powder gel manicure. Came back today and the gentleman(?) did my powder gel. Just awful from thebget go. Never experienced anything like it. Came to the chair yawning and stretching like he just woke up. Spilled the powder all over. Checked videos on his cell phone repeatedly. This was a gel manicure and he made me go under the dryer - left me there more than fifteen minutes while he went on His cell. When I finally said something he said ok you're dry go wash your hands. I went here a few weeks ago and I was super excited. Ivy helped me out and my gel manicure was fabulous. I went back last weekend and was SUPER disappointed. They left me waiting after my pedi and then eventually got to wrapping my nails to remove my old gel mani and then they left me there while the guy finished a pedicure and did a manicure on another client and then when he finally bothered to grace me with his presence he did a terribly job. my gel manicure is less than a week old and is chipping everywhere. I went there last month and got a manicure and pedicure and was very disappointed. The staff was not friendly, the massage was pitiful and unnecessary, and the manicure looked good at first until I realized that they made my cuticle bleed. By the time I got home my cuticles were bleeding and sore and I had blood around my nails. Additionally my nails started chipping within a couple days. Probably because the polish was cheap, as I did not recognize the name of any of the polishes they used there. There was no OPI or Essie Polish or any other brand that I've seen used at other nail salons. This was actually the second time I went there, I went there last year to get a gel manicure before vacation and that chipped within a week and I really question if it was really a gel manicure.
