Warren Roofing came through fantastically on all levels. Our PM, Tony, sent regular progress pictures since we weren't able to be on site and all communication was prompt and clear. On time, on budget. Just like it's supposed to be, but not as easy as it sounds as we all know.

This is the second time I've worked with Warren Roofing--first for gutters, and now for a full roof…read morereplacement after storm damage--and I can't recommend them highly enough. Their work is prompt, professional, and top quality. But what really sets them apart is Matt Warren. Matt didn't just handle the roof--he helped me navigate a long, frustrating battle with my insurance company, who did everything they could to delay and avoid paying. For three months and 50 emails, Matt was right there with me, offering guidance, support, and deep expertise not only in roofing, but in dealing with insurance red tape. Thanks to his persistence and knowledge, it all worked out in the end. If you're looking for a contractor who actually advocates for you, Warren Roofing is it. Matt Warren is a rare find: a true professional who has your back every step of the way. And my roof looks amazing!

The communication was outstanding and I was continually updated on the progress. Overall, we had an outstanding experience working with this company. I highly recommend them.

My roof was in pretty bad shape, so I called and spoke with Cody. He came to my house the very next…read moreday, inspected the roof, and gave me an estimate. His price was very fair. He originally scheduled the job for October, but with winter right around the corner, I asked if there was any way he could move it up. He rescheduled me for the last week of September. Then, at the beginning of September, he called and said he could start even earlier and have the entire job finished by September 12. He did exactly what he promised. The roof came out perfect, the job was completed on time, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the work. Honestly, some of the best money I've ever spent. I would absolutely recommend Cody to anyone needing a new roof.

We signed a contract with Matison Roofing months in advance with a scheduled start date of June 1…read more The week before the project was supposed to begin, I repeatedly called and texted Cody to confirm the schedule and received no response. After finally getting him to return my call, I was told, at the last minute, that our project was being pushed back FIVE WEEKS, with no reasonable explanation. I later learned that additional work had been taken on and our previously contracted project had been bumped. Cody then gave us a new start date. When I simply asked him to confirm that he would honor the new date, he once again stopped responding. After several more attempts to reach him, he finally called me back; not to confirm the job, but to CANCEL OUR CONTRACT entirely. This is completely unacceptable business behavior, particularly in a mountain community where the construction season is limited and finding qualified contractors after major storm damage can be extremely difficult. We relied on his signed contract and scheduled start date for months, only to be pushed aside and ultimately left scrambling to find another roofer before winter. Extremely poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and very unprofessional treatment of a customer. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Matison Roofing.

A rare experience with a contractor! We were pursuing multiple bids for a roof replacement at our…read morecabin. We had several bids that were comparable in price and products. Our last bid, from a reputable area contractor, revealed a more significant (and costly) issue with the lack of underlayment that had not been detected in any other bid. Epperlys (Ash) had given us an original bid and we had been impressed with his prompt communication; coincidentally he called in follow-up and stated that he had a cancellation the following week to replace the roof. However, we told Ash about the last bid's discovery regarding the underlayment issue. Ash said that the contractor who gave us that information is very reputable and based on that he would need to go back out to our cabin to reevaluate the Epperly bid. We all agreed we didn't want any surprises. Ash confirmed that we did indeed need to add 1/2" OSB over existing material and then reroof entire roof. He reworked the bid and was able to provide an estimate that was fair and acceptable. He replaced the roof that week. Additionally, he made a color recommendation (sage) that was not what we had in mind but trusted his eye and experience and went with it. It's beautiful! Ash's crew was on-time, hardworking and respectful, the job site was cleaned up daily, and all that was promised was delivered. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Ash and crew.
