Tried this nail salon based on recent good reviews. In short, they did a good job, but overall I did not have a great experience. To start, upon walking inside, I was not greeted. After an awkward moment, a woman doing nails (she seemed to run the place), asked me what I wanted. I asked for SNS nails and a pedicure. I was told to pick out a color. When I walked for the SNS colors, a booklet was somewhat rudely pushed my direction. Instantly, I felt out of place and unwelcome. Nevertheless, I sat down in the pedi chair and they started on my feet. The young man who did my pedicure was very nice and did a great job. I'd only come back to this place to see him. The pedicure chair was out dated and I didn't find it very relaxing. Another man did my SNS nails. He seemed like he was a grudgingly performing the task. That being said, he did do a great job, and I was pleased with how my nails looked. At the end of my services, I was given the total and slightly shocked at the price. $95 for SNS mani and a pedi. I've never paid that much in my life! Overall, they did a great job as far as delivering their product, however, I did not feel welcome or relaxed, and certainly felt that it was overpriced for the poor customer service I received. read more

It pains me to write this review as I have never written a bad review before. Unfortunately I have had a couple unhappy experiences here and my last (and final) one on August 11th left me no other choice but to share my experience. They did a decent job hence why I kept going back, but every time I went they charged me more and more even though I kept getting the same thing and had the same nail length each time. This last time I went on August 11th I got a terrible nail infection that is so painful and disgusting. I have never gotten one in all of the years I've been getting my nails done. I have provided pictures for reference. They are rough, as she cut me, and I'm not sure they even clean their tools properly. So they could be sticking in freshly cut fingers into the same dip powder you're sticking yours in. Hoping no one else has to experience what I'm currently dealing with. read more

Terrible! They have continued with the forced mask. Manager was nasty. I had a pedicure and was to have a fill-in. After the pedicure, the manager asked me if I wanted to leave because it was going to take at least 40 minutes to get me into a fill-in. She was trying to make me leave. The girl that did my pedi was made to go and take a woman who had walked in 30 minutes after I got here. i said " you know that I came for both, why are you making me go to the back of the line?" not leaving ! I moved to MP from Arizona and have been searching for regular nail salon for a year now. I took a chance on Angel Nails and am so glad I did! Jan does amazing work on my nails- great gel color options and it lasts so long! She took her time on my nails and the manicure is one of the best I have had. What can I say other than frigging AMAZING things about everyone here? Jan and her team are some of the best people in the world, not to mention the best in the business. paid $85 with a $10 dollar tip for FRENCH TIP acrylic nails. the job was not worth $85 dollars for FRENCH TIP acrylic nails. i asked for oval shaped, which is similar to almond which is what the lady had on her nails. her coworker said her oval is just like her nails but a little wider. the filing is a little wonky. if i'm paying $85 dollars for nails i expect better. i'm reading other reviews and it seems like people are playing the same price for a MANICURE, which i never got. i went in for just a full set of acrylics. read more

First time trying this place, and it was a pleasurable experience. I stopped by on a Friday afternoon and didn't have to wait long. They have a good selection of gel colors. I got the regular pedicure and a gel manicure. My nail tech was friendly. The prices are reasonable and comparable to the area. In that middle of my pedicure, another tech came over and started my manicure. Once my pedicure was over, I moved over to the manicure station to finish up. read more

Hour and a half I got SNS dip powder removed and reapplied including a pedicure. Not one minute did I feel rushed. But it also didn't take forever!! It was perfect. The best mani I've ever had. She knows exactly how I like my nails done and deals with my picky tendencies. Unfortunately, I'm moving out of state, but I will always recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience! I walked in knowing the exact color I wanted for my SNS manicure. They didn't have what I wanted so my nail technician mixed 2 colors and came up with the perfect color. I came into the salon to get a full set and a pedicure. The staff was rude and never listened to my requests. I repeatedly asked them not to do things in a certain way. I did not want a massage or to be poked and prodded at. They did not listen to me at all and continued to do so. One week after my full set all of my nails started falling off. But I'm not even at the worst part yet, this manicure and pedicure has given me an infection on two of my fingernails and one toe. I am in a ton of pain and have to take antibiotics now. This goes to show the lack of customer care and cleanliness. Not to mention the fact that it was ridiculously overpriced. I would be better off getting press on nails from Walmart. read more
