They were also able to squeeze me in on short notice. Then once the cleaners got to my apartment we did a walk through to look over the main areas I felt needed a bit more focus or a deeper clean. And the results were - omg - amazing. It's always so nice coming back to a clean house, but this was BEYOND clean. All the little nooks and crannies, my main concerns, and they were even able to get a stain out of my marble counter. My plans also changed suddenly so I wasn't able to see them off, but I was assured that I didn't have to pay until I got home and did a walk through to review everything. Definitely would recommend and will use them again for my next deep clean.

Trustworthy, Professional, and Friendly!…read more Beatriz has been cleaning our home for over a year on a monthly basis and we feel so grateful to have found her. I was referred to her by another person in our condo building who had been using her for a number of years and highly recommended her to me. I think Beatriz offers an exceptional value for the price. She takes her work very seriously and always checks in with you before leaving to see if you spot anything she might have missed. If you have preferences regarding how things are cleaned, what cleaning products you want used, or which items you want her to focus on the most, just let her know--she's very responsive! She really wants her clients to feel satisfied with the service she offers. We have a one-year-old and in addition to being very friendly and warm towards him, she is also very accommodating regarding the order in which we may need rooms cleaned especially if he is napping and we need his room done first or last as the case may be. Beatriz is an amazingly trustworthy and friendly person who offers very professional cleaning services for a good value. Highly recommend!

Today marked the final straw for us attempting to work with PowPow…read more We had trouble finding cleaners that we matched with, and after a review, tried new cleaners. We finally found a cleaner that we liked and things were going very smoothly for the past few months. Even though we were a bit touch and go at the beginning, we thought things worked out. We often have issues coordinating with the owner, but finally built a good relationship directly with a cleaner. But today she no showed and we had no explanation from the company or the cleaner. I had to call them just to find out what happened, got no apology or explanation except that "Oh I tried to call her and didn't hear back." No offer to try and resolve at all. Would not recommend.

Communication was great and we talked through everything I was looking for and they quoted me a very fair price. I have a 2 bed/2 bath, and they also did a fridge clean, a good clean of the windows, and even worked on a stain on my couch. Cindy and Frances were prompt and came loaded with their own gear. After walking them through my apartment and showing them what needed special attention, they set to work. They were very respectful of my space, wore booties over their shoes, asked me what kind of products I wanted used, and were so sweet with my cats. And boy were they thorough! They said they'd get into every nook and cranny and they meant it. I feel like I need to stay at a hotel for a few days so I don't ruin how sparkling my place is now. As someone with limited bandwidth for anything above maintenance cleaning (if that!), having Cindy and Frances work on my apartment feels like the biggest relief. Every time I exclaimed at how messy things were, they didn't bat an eye and said "no problem, we're here to help." Each time they finished a room I admired their work and they would say "wait til you see the next one!" They stayed for longer than I anticipated, but that is a blessing. I am exceptionally grateful to Pow Pow and cannot wait to work with them again.

Putting my review here because the owner deleted mine on Google reviews and I think everyone should…read morebe warned about this company. Note: they hire contractors and they don't employ ACTUAL professional cleaners. Extremely disappointed. I was really excited for this because I am redoing my apartment and wanted a deep clean before I move things around, etc. I paid for extras including a deep clean, washing of dishes, baseboards and spot clean the walls. I live in a small studio apartment where there are barely any baseboards. The dishes were still dirty and stacked in a way where they retained moisture and there was caked on food on half of the dishes. Baseboards were not touched and the walls were not touched. They tried to argue with me saying that the cleaner didn't attempt to do the walls and the baseboards because they needed to be "repainted" but then why was I still charged for it? I sent them before and after pictures of me doing it including a one minute video of me cleaning the worst section with ONE Clorox wipe. The cleaner then left all of my cabinets GREASY in an unknown concoction and left the top of my dresser the same way. They argued that I didn't pay to have the INSIDE of my cabinets cleaned. That has nothing to do with what I just explained about the outside of the cabinets that I did pay for. Then they didn't move any picture frames, etc around and just wiped around it which is not a deep clean again something I paid for. I was out of town and they left my window OPEN (they knew I have a cat!) and unplugged my auto cat feeder so my cat was crying when I got home. They said the window was left open because the cleaner had PET ALLERGIES. Why is someone with pet allergies cleaning my apartment especially when I AGAIN PAID EXTRA BECAUSE I HAVE PETS. I checked under my ONE rug in the apartment to see if they actually mopped and vacuumed. Nope they didn't even vacuum the rug itself and didn't clean underneath it. I'm leaving this review because after sending pictures and videos and just asking for the extras to be taken off, they tried to argue with me and only give me 10% off of a $289 bill. And before I even got home to inspect (they cleaned the day before I got back home), they called, texted and emailed me about leaving a tip which felt really overbearing when they knew I was out of town. I'm just extremely disappointed and just want some understanding since I had to redo the majority of the cleaning and clean the extras that I prepaid for that did not get done.
