I purchasesd solar panels through Aneva 3 years ago. I was pleased with their service at that time, and I have been incridibly pleased with my cost savings since then. I generate enough power to mostly pay zero for what I use every month. And, when there was a power outage in my neighborhood one day, I still had power! And since the installation, I have called Aneva several times with general questions about solar and related topics and I have found them to always be courteous and helpful to me. I feel I have their ongoing support. Do yourself a favor, and get an estimate from them, you won't be sorry. read more

I needed some info on a solar panel inverter upgrade. They were very informative & gave me info with a 3rd party company that could help me. If you any solar needs I wouldn't hesitate to call them. read more

Aneva did our solar system and the process was flawless. Excellent communication and follow up during the installation, and inspection and final approval. They continue to be responsive to questions we have. Not a "see you later" after getting our money. Have recommended them to many friends. read more

I had Aneva install my solar system in approximately November of 2023 and the installation crew did a great job. After having my system up and running for nearly five months now, we are starting to see the savings we expected and the system is producing more energy than the estimates we were provided. Any questions or concerns I've had post install have been answered, with most of the communication coming from the owner himself (which I really appreciate) to include analyzing my actual bills and energy use history. If you are in the market for solar, I would highly recommend considering Aneva. Keep in mind there is currently a 30% federal tax credit and another $1,000 from Arizona when a new system is installed. read more

We researched many residential Solar installation companies and went with Aneva and couldn't be happier. From the Sales department with Ashley, to installation supervisor, Buddy were great. Aneva was very straight forward with the size and cost of the system we wanted. No hard sell from them like some of the other companies we spoke to. Installation was fast, albeit one hiccup which was remedied quickly by the company. Happy we are getting credits from APS for the power we are generating. Would recommend those who are looking to install a solar system to give them a call for a quote. read more

Just had a very large system installed on my home. Extremely happy with every element of my experience with Aneva. A little background first. I have some exposure to the solar industry from my day job in a related electrical firm. There are basically two types of companies you'll run into: sales companies that sell your contract or use subcontractors to install, and locally owned business like Avena that have their own crews and stand behind their work. Only use the latter. Never lease, always purchase. There is great financing out there, so either pay in cash or use the solar finance firms. You can't lose either way. I took three bids. All we locally owned companies with their own installation and service people. Avena was competitive, all the prices were in the same ballpark. Difference with Avena was first the sales engineer that worked with me, Mark. No hard sell or smoke and mirrors. He sent an itemized quote so I knew exactly what I was buying, easy to understand. Next Avena only only offered quality equipment, no Chinese commodity panels or components. I think this is extremely important as these systems should last twenty years or more. I chose Mark's recommendation, LG. That's the same company that makes the TVs and appliances, someone that will stand behind their warranty. In fact all components come with a 20 year warranty. After I placed the order I was introduced to Buddy the PM and Ed that ran the project at my home. All the guys were awesome. During the project I asked for a few changes, no problem. They made the changes, no push back. The owner Anthony even came out several time to ensure I was happy with the project. My system went active today and my meter is running backwards! Because I went with financing I will be cash positive in year one, this is a no brainer. Do note that installing solar on your home is a large project. I needed HOA, APS and city approval. It does take several months after placing the order for the system to become active. You need an experienced, quality provider for this to come out well. Thanks guys! read more

Aneva Solar is a breath of fresh air in an industry filled with competitors that are more interested in sales rather than customer satisfaction. Aneva Solar has competitive pricing, honest and fair contracts (not one sided as most), a staff that believes in customer service and providing high quality products and services. They provide the expertise and craftmanship expected from a long term partner. read more

Aneva Solar installed our system back in 2016. Anthony, the owner provided the quote. I got quotes from 3 other companies. I felt Anthony was the most honest and straightforward person I met with and listened to me to get me what I wanted/needed, not what they wanted to sell me. Others were really pushy with what they wanted. AFter the sale, Anthony's communication was excellent. The install went perfect - on time, at cost and exactly what they promised. Since 2016, they system has worked very well. I have called Anthony a couple of times about small issues or questions and they have been handled immediately. I have recommended Aneva to a couple friends who have had the same great experience. I highly recommend them. read more

We chose Aneva after seeing their van in our neighborhood and seeing that they had only wonderful, detailed 5 star reviews online. They are a local company that has been serving Phoenix for at least 10 years. They are very organized and keep their customers informed throughout the entire process. They had initially arranged a meeting for us to meet with Mark who gathered information from and essentially showed us the types of panels they use and the blueprint of how they would be installed on our roof. Rather than trying to have us purchase and install as many panels as possible, Mark asked us exactly what we were looking for with switching to solar energy and we explained we weren't ready to go off the grid so something more financially efficient. He provided us with a plan based on our request and the step by step schedule and payment installments that would occur. All this was very informative so that once we started the installation process, there were no (major) surprises. Chris was our project manager and did a wonderful job with keeping us updated on the project's timeline. We did have a few minor electrical issues after installation but they were addressed and fixed immediately (simple fixes) by Chris which we were so appreciative for. Contacting APS to get final approval to turn on the panels was a little bit of a hassle (no fault on Aneva's side as this is APS's process itself), but once that was done, we have been smooth sailing with our new panels. We also appreciate that the payments were divided up and collected based on steps completed in the installation process. We will still have a 3 month follow up with Mark to assess how our panels are doing and Chris also informed me that Aneva will continue to monitor our panels' function as well which was reassuring to hear. Thank you so much to everyone at Aneva Solar, we really appreciate the great job you've done! read more

Our system is coming up on its five year anniversary. The one time we had an issue with it Aneva called us before we knew there was a problem. They scheduled a time to replace the part (no cost to us) and we have not had one issue since. There customer service is simply amazing. Aneva is the company you can trust to install a quality product at a competitive price. read more

We needed to add ten panels to a system that had nineteen. The original installation for the previous owner was done by Aneva. We had a number of systems that required additional panels and we included Aneva in the bidding process. I can't say enough positive things about this company. They answer the phone or get back to you promptly. Every single person we worked with or even spoke to was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Most importantly, they were competitive. A real pleasure to work with. read more

I have now had my solar system for two years and the support and functionality of the system has been great. I can check the performance of the system via my phone, pc or tablet anywhere. APS owe me money each month and I get a check from them in January. This is even though I charge two tesla cars. So I would use them again. read more

Excellent solar company! Very professional, willing to take the time to answer questions. Provided transparent costs, timely, quality equipment and quality inspection; permitting and HOA approval processes went smoothly; very professional installation team; My system was up and running within 3 months! System appears to be performing better than predicted thus far! Highly recommend Aneva Solar! read more

Update: After almost 6 months with our additional solar installed (and a ridiculous amount of daily monitoring and analysis on my part), we're still thrilled. We had 5kW of generation existing and added 8.8kW, for a total of 13.8kW. Aneva projected we would use 1780 kWH (+/-10%) from July to December. Our actual net kWH use from July 11 (start of solar production) to December 27 has been -351kWH, over 2000kWH difference in our favor. It's possible that some of the savings are due to new windows we had installed last spring, but whatever it is, we sure are liking it. Our last four bills now have only been the basic service charge ($21.80/mo), and we expect the next four or so. SWEET!!!! Everything they promised, they overdelivered on for us. read more

Mark and Buddy took great care of us! The team knocked the install out in one day, they were super fast professional and answered all of our questions. We love the app and are looking forward to our zero dollar APS bill. read more

Aneva was recommended to us by our neighbor. We chose them to install our solar because they were professional, communicated well and no high-pressure sales pitch. Ashley was our representative and she did a great job explaining their system and answering our questions about Aneva's product vs. others we were looking at. Buddy was the project manager for our installation, and he did an excellent job in communication and ensuring we were happy with the installation. We felt we received a good value for our money and the follow-up after installation has been excellent. We would recommend Aneva to anyone interested in purchasing solar for their home. read more

Aneva did the ground installation of the solar panels for us last summer. Yep, their crew worked smack in the middle of it. We do appreciate all the work the kids had done and it looks awesome and also produces a lot of energy. We picked Aneva for the following reasons: 1. Sales guy Mark G is a pro. He looked at our house, consumption and offered a solution that fit us specifically. We did not even think of ground installation but it did turn out to be the best fit for us. When you have an expensive clay tile, installing solar panels on them is not an option- contrary to other contractors belief ;) 2. Crew is wonderful and worked their buts off in this heat. I had to work a lot and was not up to supervising but they really did not need to. Their PM even stopped showing up- but I am sure he would if you prefer more hands on experience. 3. We are getting a Lot of solar even though a tid bit of panels are in a shade in the morning. Aneva has a design person who works with your sales guy to come up with the great design for placement based on the lot or house. Couple of things to share - hopefully informational and some are general solar related ;) 1. If you want solar and want to finance - use anything but solar financing.. it is predatory and usually comes at 20% upfront fee( yep still legal). We were explicitly told about it by the other bidder but would suggest to Mark to include this bit of info in the discussion. 2.probably would have done a bit more communication upfront as we had no idea what went into plans, approvals until I asked a day before the work started. It turned out great anyway;) and I would rather be hands off than on. bottom line is if you are more of a control freak - your sales guy and front desk are super responsive so just ask them. 3. Whoever was depositing checks along the way (4 payments I believe ) was above replying to emails. Again that's why Mark and front desk are there to help 4. Aneva has a special clean up guy!!! He is awesome and takes care of everything that PM could not 5. I think it takes some time to figure out but generator is really helpful on big ground jobs. Our outlets were not able to carry the needed load. So the crew rolled in one. 6. We had to replace the electric panel and the crew did it wonderfully. But picture having no electricity/ Wi-Fi for half a day in AZ summer... 7 Solar install is still quite expensive but electricity costs from the grid are not going down either. Although we are not completely independent we do enjoy with Aneva's help ;) -generating solar power, paying at this point almost nothing to APS and occasional enjoyment from virtue signaling to all the Prius and Tesla drivers ;) oh yes, and the fed tax refund too read more

Out of all the solar contractors I interviewed, Aneva stood out as a honest, no pressure company that was up front on the sale and installation of our 8.8 kWh system. They were easy to work with, on time and no surprises. When I had questions about my system after the install, they were quick to get back to me with answers. With a year of solar production, the system over produced more than projected. A solid value and a good company to deal with. Highly recommended. read more

Aneva Solar made us very happy with our decision to go solar. Anthony (the owner of the company) came to our house and explained all the costs, where we would see savings, where we wouldn't, how net metering worked, how the warranty would work on the inverter, how the installation would go - he answered all our questions and came up with a plan we could work with. It took a while before we could turn it all on; it was two months after the installation was complete before the power company inspected it and gave it their blessing. But when they did, Anthony came out again and went over all the ins and outs of operation. We are very happy with the installation and the savings we are currently enjoying. Why go with a leasing plan when you can own your own panels and absorb the savings, along with the sunlight? We can recommend Aneva Solar wholeheartedly. read more

Update: After completing first year still very happy with Aneva solar.System is functioning well and production of Kilowatt energy was exactly amount they predicted. Follow up on my questions during the year was done quickly. Post instillation service is excellent, they didn't forget me after the sale. Hard to find a business like this these days. For reference here is my first review from last year: Aneva Solar provided clear understandable explanation of solar energy and their products. I received a detailed estimate that was accurate and easy to understand. They use the highest quality products (from my research). Job was completed on time and after using the system for few months it is flawless. One thing that impressed me was Aneva's well trreated employees who were professional and well trained, This may seem silly but I noticed their trucks were very clean, it tells you a lot about a company who has pride in their own equipment and treats employees well. Simply the best. read more

Aneva did a great job on our Solar Installation, quick, seamless, HOA requirements and a very clean installation in our North Scottsdale home. They painted and repaired stucco, made the entire process seamless. All of the employees were very professional, prompt, clean and can't say enough about the quality of work. The best part is our energy savings. Even more than they projected. Total electric bills for the year....an amazing $265 for the year compared to $2875 the prior year. read more

My first experience purchasing solar and I couldn't be happier with how smoothly Aneva Solar made it. I purchased a new home here in N. Scottsdale after one summer of electric bills I knew I wanted to do this for both the environment and my bank account in the long run. It was threw seeing great reviews on both Yelp and Google I called. I didn't want to see with a lot of different companies. My salesman Scott was so nice from the first call and every thing went as they said. Buddy the Forman on the job for the actual installation was also a really great communicator. I can't imagine a bad experience with Aneva Solar! read more

We had Aneva install our panels last October and have been incredibly impressed by them every step of the way. They are excellent with communication, patient and responsive to any questions we had, and they are just plain good at what they do. We recently thought maybe a panel was causing a leak in our roof and they sent Joe out immediately to take a look. It wasn't the panel (good job, Aneva!), but Joe spent 2 hours here trying to figure out what it could be and removing wet insulation. I cannot recommend Aneva highly enough. read more

Communicated effectively, once everything was set up the install was super quick. Haven't had any issues yet!

We couldn't be more pleased with Aneva and our solar array! From beginning with analyzing APS service use thru the solution proposal and engineering process, to installation and activation, Aneva is absolutely the best! Even our Lone Mountain neighbors are impressed. Being engineered for 120^ of our average annual use resulted in a minus-$8 APS bill the first full month of capturing solar energy, and $25 after the waning sunlight and dreary day this December. Can't wait to see the result this summer. Thank you, Mark, Buddy, Natalie and the entire Aneva team! read more

With global temperatures raising and APS raising rates and becoming more political, etc. going solar seems like a no brainer. I got a lot of quotes and interacted with a lot of people from a lot of different companies. I knew more about solar than some of them, which is sad. After sifting through about a dozen options went with Aneva, glad I did. Great combination of value and quality. All the folks we dealt with were polite, hard-working, and took pride in their work. Install was clean and looks good. The head guy, Anthony, is one of the nicest persons I have ever met and does excellent work. If something isn't perfect he will make it perfect. These are local guys, very knowledgeable about all aspects of solar. No middle man, no extra overhead, no high pressure sales tactics. Just good work done for a fair price. If you can afford to buy your system you should go with Aneva. read more

Had solar installed through Aneva and they are the best in AZ hands down. Mark and the team were fast and efficient. As an Arizona transplant, I hadn't thought about solar much until moving here and thus I was not educated about it at all. After meeting with 8 different companies, we originally boiled it down to 2, Aneva and someone else. I was extremely impressed by Scott who is a wealth of knowledge on the subject of solar and I by far learned the most from him out of anyone else I spoke to. We initially went with the other company because they just had too good of a price to pass up and I wrote Scott and email to explain our choice. He was incredibly gracious and said if I had any questions to still reach out to him even if we weren't working together because he was always willing to help regardless. This proved to be true as we emailed a few more times back and forth, right around the time in May when SRP was changing plans and adding more solar options. Long story short, I quickly found out why the other company had a lower price. It was a disaster from the start and they contacted me twice to add on to their original quote because they forgot this or that. Needless to say, I cancelled any work that was to be done with them and called Scott back and promptly set up a contract with Aneva. I'm incredibly glad at how this all played out, right from the frustrations with the other company all the way to being up and running with Aneva. I'm incredibly picky and I had the install crew adjust the way the panels were braced from underneath 3 different times (on 3 separate trips out, no less) so that they all lined up perfectly and to my liking. At no point did anyone at Aneva make me feel like I was asking for too much and they respectfully did what they needed to each and every time. The whole experience, from working with Scott on pre-sale, to working with Brian and Anthony on project setup, to the install crew, and Brian again afterwards for commissioning, was painless and I'd not hesitate to work with them in the future. They're respectful and honest and I genuinely enjoy talking with them. In short, they're just good people. My system has been running for about 5 months now and it's producing more than Scott originally quoted me which is fantastic. I'm extremely happy with our decision to use Aneva and I've referred them to my neighbor as well as, I'm sure, will be referring to others in the future. read more

Knew nothing about solar and called several companies to get quotes and information. Found first of all you are calling anywhere in country and they sub things out and not getting a local company. Then when asked for breakdown of cost won't do. Found Aneva Solar to be honest straight forward and willing to help and answer anything you needed. By far the best company around and LOCAL here in Phoenix. Have not actually got system in yet, but thus far impressed with owner Anthony,Brian, and Scott. Have made several trips to site explaining everything and doing the leg work. Use the best equipment around and no short cuts. Will add to review once system in plan on doing in Aug. read more

Aneva Solar is a great company to hire. I did a ton of research before starting to get bids. I got the best pricing of all the solar companies, they recommend the right installation where others were recommending cheaper installation, and the customer service and personal touch are compared to a small business. I still hear from Anthony from time to time checking how things are going. The system works just as we were told it would. I would not recommend anyone else, this has been a good investment. read more

We knew we wanted to buy solar panels right after moving to Arizona and hearing about high electric bills in the summer. We used to live in Hawaii and saw how it became more difficult to get solar as the market became saturated and electric costs continued to rise. After checking out the ratings of several companies, we decided to go with Aneva Solar and we could not be happier. Their response time is great. Scott Thompson gave us a detailed report on how much we would save with solar, including tax cuts. He also showed us that in about 6 years our solar would be producing more than it initially cost. Not only was the pricing reasonable, but we also liked that the inverter was placed in the garage and not outside in the Arizona heat. The other thing we liked about Scott is that he didn't push to sell us anything. Aneva's solar service has also been wonderful. Anthony kept us updated on when our activation would occur through APS. He helped resolve an issue with the portal that improved our view of solar production on the app. About 9 months later, we noticed one of the panels wasn't producing electricity. They quickly came out to replace a part. Every time we have a question, they respond, which has been great. read more
