I hade the pork chops and I'll say the plating presentation was good but the quality of the the chops not so much, now I've worked in the industry in the past so I usually give a wide birth when it comes to the doneness of my proteins. But these were over cooked or seemed to have been cooked from a frozen state because they were dry as an Alberta summer. Not to mention tough and for that reason is why I'm only giving a 3 out of 5. Pork chops should be cooked through but full of juice these definitely missed the mark. The other components of the dish were great cooked proper with a perfect balance of seasoning.
