A call to their office and within 20 minutes Trevor was at my home to diagnose the issue. His techs arrived first thing this morning and got me back up and running. It had gotten down to 47° in my home, so their super prompt response was greatly appreciated. I was kept informed every step of the way via text. Trevor and his company also assisted me two Summers ago when my A/C was on the fritz. Came out immediately and solved the issue right away. I've never found another HVAC company to be so professional and responsive! Having dealt with multiple HVAC companies in the area for issues with my mom's heating system in past years, I know just how frustrating it can be to find someone especially in an emergency situation. I have nothing but praise for Trevor and his company. I highly recommend him to anyone in need!!

Looking forward to reduced oil bill as the HP pulls heat from air down to 40F (will know this fall) before the furnace kicks on. The house is already nice / cold with the new AC and air handler units. Trevor installed one furnace 10 years ago and did a great job so called him for this new one. Price was also very reasonable as compared to other contractors.

Their…read moretechnician, Yuriy, came to my residence on Oct. 5, 2026, to perform a diagnostic and tune up on my heating system and a diagnostic on my AC system which was not working. Upon his arrival, Yuriy stated that Inventi Service did not work on electrical heating systems and, so, he refused to perform a diagnostic on mine. Then, because he was not able to figure out how to power on my AC system, he did not perform a diagnostic on that either. Despite this, he then had the nerve to bill me for those services that he had not performed! When I reported all this to Andrei, the owner of Inventi Services, much to his credit, he immediately apologized and asked what he could do to "make things right." When I replied that he should refund the payment I had made, he did so immediately and for that I am most appreciative.

($200 service charge) HUH?? I brought the system from Binsky 7 years ago, in all accounts the system is a baby. Conveniently the parts are still under warranty but the labor is not and hence the 4k bill. The tech trying to press me that this is because i didn't buy their service plan. Really? like that would help a faulty part or labor. I will not be using Binsky for any future services.. Period. Hard stop
