My usual mechanic told me to use Andy's Alignment in Glendale for any alignment work because it's a complicated skill specialty. As it turns out, Andy's Alignment was able to diagnose that a car was in a non reported accident which had bent the front wheel arm joint. I don't think anyone else would've been able to figure that out! Andy's solved my problem, which I am forever grateful. This shop is super neat and organized, which is a reflection of the quality and meticulous service provided. I took my 1995 Mitsubishi 3000Gt VR4 here to get a 4 wheel steering alignment. My car is lowered on Tein coilovers with aftermarket adjustable rear upper arms. This type of alignment requires the rear steering rack to be disconnected before doing the alignment, otherwise the rear toe adjustment will put stress on the rack causing possible damage and the toe to be off afterwards. I met Arthur who is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the alignment process. He is also a really nice guy who is passionate about what he does. I showed him the instructions from the Mitsubishi service manual and he said he would be able to do it. He put the car on the rack and performed the alignment to my personal specs. I like to run slightly more camber in the front to reduce the understeer of this front heavy, awd car. Apparently the front tie rod boot was messed up probably from the previous shop that botched the alignment before. He fixed it without charging me. He also centered the steering and took the car for a test drive to make sure everything was straight. On the ride home I let go of the steering wheel and it tracked straight as an arrow! If you have a 3000GT or any car with rear wheel steering, this is the place to take your car! His pricing is also fantastic as well, just about half of what the previous shop charged me. Was recommended by my friends and this shop is honestly a hidden gem. Rarely can you find suspension specialists that REALLY know their stuff like Arthur and Andy do (Arthur knows about suspension and alignment more than anyone I ever met lol). They take your car seriously no matter what you drive. I brought my BMW X4 first and alignment completely transformed the car and it handled better than ever. Was also given recommendations on what parts that would help me achieve my goals with my cars. I also have to note that they keep the place EXTREMELY clean and organized despite the amounts of work being performed by 2 people. I later brought in my old Volvo for spring and shock swap and they went out of their way to finish the car even though one of the bolts broke but they took care of it even on Christmas eave when they were officially closed. Andy is very understandable, honest and kind gentleman. The only negative I can think of would be that they are in such high demand that you have to book an appointment way in advance and you gotta make sure you can make it or you have to wait longer and hurt this business in the process (don't be me lol) read more

I just want to thank Art and Andy for doing an amazing job on my 4runner's suspension. Right of the bat, they were both very genuine and extremely honest. I asked a plethora of questions and I'm truly grateful that Art was very understanding and patient with me. Art and Andy are very knowledgeable in suspension and alignment work. They don't sugar coat things and only execute the best quality of work on your vehicle. Two years ago, I approached Art regarding a possible wear on my tire rod or control arm and he offered to quickly assess the situation. He took it for a test drive and upon returning, he said it just needed an alignment and that the suspension was still in great shape. I was pretty damn sure that other shops would have pressured me to get it changed. Again, these guys are super honest and will not take advantage of you. He took care of it quickly and I never had a problem since then. Eventually, I came back and had him and his dad upgrade my suspension. Their work was phenomenal and I was loss for words when I saw my new truck. Art constantly kept me updated and even worked after hours to make sure my truck was ready in time! It was suppose to be his day off today and yet he kept working on my truck until it was finished! I made an appt for today, 8/11/2022, to get the alignment checked on my Tahoe. When I got there, the rack was empty and Andy was waiting for me. He thoroughly checked the tires beforehand and answered my questions. He then drove it onto the rack and ran the test. He showed me on his monitor that my alignment was within specs and told me not to worry. Furthermore, he advised me that my suspension was still OK and did not need any work at this time. I had reached out to Arthur and Andy about putting my Mustang back in stock suspension because I had gotten new wheels and the coil overs just didn't seem right. They gave me a quote, dropped the car off and I came back around closing time and Arthur explained that the person who previously installed my coil overs messed up big time by changing different washers and used the wrong bolts in the wrong places etc... after all said and done, arthur fixed those issues free of charge and also stayed an extra hour after closing to align and make sure I would have no problems getting home. Very glad I gave this place a shot. I really needed an alignment since my car was pulling a lot. Came in the morning and waited around till they arrived. Told me they had an appointment before they could see me and I said sure. This made me feel better that they honor their appointments. The guy didn't come and I was in. Took 20-30 minutes nice and fast. They took it out to test and came back. I've only had sears do my alignment but it cost an arm and a leg. I can't believe the customer service I received from this place. Is this possible in LA? Yes. Yes it is. I first dropped my car off for a front end alignment in the morning with Andy. I returned around closing time to pick it back up. This time, Art (Arthur) greeted me. He was very friendly, informative, and to my surprise he did a 4 wheel alignment. He also told me a problem I had with the rear wheel bearing that I never even realized and that there was a bolt with a nut missing but he found an exact match nut and reinstalled it for me. Art explained all the issues and showed me the printout for my alignment numbers. The point is, he took the time to express his appreciation for my business. They went above and beyond for a customer which is something you don't see too often anymore and especially for how cheap the service was. You guys have earned yourselves a repeat customer. It's unbelievable how one shop could be so unconcerned about their potential client. Someone had recommended to go to this shop for alignment and what I believe is called called camper. I have very limited knowledge about cars. I arrived and parked in the their parking lot about 40 feet away from the shop, in clear vision. I walked towards their shop as Andy stood there and was watching me as i I was approaching closer. I greeted him and he barely, unwillingly and in very low tone greeted me back. I told him that I believe I need alignment work but before I even finished my sentence he said that he does appointment and he doesn't have anything available until Wednesday. Which is fine, I wasn't expecting him to do what is needed right away. I just wanted to make arrangements and find out what I need. I said, sure no problem but can you look at the car at all. He said "your car is there and I am here, what's there to look, its your car you know better?" All in a very rude manner and changing his tone and facial expression. At this moment I got upset and told asked him, are talking to me? Is this how you guys deal with your customers? This is when he just swag his hand and basically shooed me always.
