My only complaint is they're not closer to me! They were fast, affordable and professional. With an appointment, the service was timely with no wait. This place is great. for real. I brought in my 2020 BMW 540i after getting new tires and changing my front thrust arms. I'm sure my car never had an alignment after leaving the factory. I called and searched around for a shop that is capable of aligning my 1960s classic car. This shop was on my short list of three within 20 miles. I liked what I heard when I spoke to them... no BS. The toe-in was out of spec by a lot--I measured it at home. I wanted to adjust it myself, but I could not loosen the jam nut on the tie rod end. I took it in one day before my appointment to get acquainted. Andy greeted me and I explained my concern. I had purchased replacement parts because I anticipated he would have to cut them off and replace with new parts. He grabbed some tools and a cheater bar, leaned in and loosened both tied rod ends. Hallelujah! (Maybe it was because of the penetrating oil I squirted on there two days before). So I came in the next day and he adjusted the toe in. We already knew that two of three adjustments would require shims that he did not have at the time. I got a nice report of before and after measurements on all four wheels. Andy's equipment is modern and yet capable of giving true measurements on old cars like mine. This is a clean and modern shop...and they are friendly and responsive! I made an 11am appointment and they were ready for me when I got there. I gave them my specifications for my alignment which are different form the factory specs and they didn't bat an eye. I had horrible experiences with all alignment shops in L.a over the years while trying to get alignments on my stock cars , a shop in my area was unable to get my steering wheel straight on a freshly rebuilt suspension on my Chevy volt, the technician didn't even turned the car on, but the situation is even worse when you try to get an alignment on a lowered car with custom suspension parts. In the beginning i told them to put TOE OUT/NEGATIVE on the FRONT and ZERO TOE/NEUTRAL on the REAR and just like any other alignment shop they put the opposite of exactly what you say. At this point just get your own Hunter Alignment Machine if you really care about your car and how it handles haha. The dad and girl running the place were friendly, however Asturd was having a rough week. I brought in my car for an alignment and was waiting while Arthur was talking to his friends on the side for more then half the time during my appointment. Then when it was complete, i realized he barely adjusted anything and scratched my vossen wheels on my audi. I guess if you aren't part of his clique and aren't a "regular" it is best you go somewhere else. Upon arrival, Andy confirmed my appointment and referred be to Arthur to be helped with the car. Once the machine was setup for my 2019 Audi S4, he told me to get in the car before aligning it. That alone is different than any other alignment shop I've been in! Depending on the car, the drivers weight will affect the alignment so the fact that Arthur considered that is a huge plus! Arthur and his Dad, Andy, are honest and the best!! They took the utmost care of my 2016 Tesla Model S. I arrived and was immediately acknowledged by Mr. Andy. The car came in with a slight side to side jolt when accelerating and decelerating hard at freeway speeds. Arthur found many issues like missing undercarriage clips and bolts for the plastics covers. That was just the beginning because there were loose rear suspension bolts. The 4-wheel alignment cost was $150, which is extremely fair! Tesla charges $195 + Tax. Arthur and Andy care about your car! Andy and Arthur were happy to help and explain anything I asked. Arthur did the alignment and had a friendly conversation with me as he performed each wheel adjustment. Arthur showed me the loose bolts and missing items. He made sure everything was tightened up and safe. I will be a returning customer. PS: The jolt at highways speeds was gone after Arthur's adjustments and alignment. read more

The new shop is full tilt, nice lobby/waiting area, big secure lot and easy to get to. I had 2 sets of tires to mount/balance and pull, on two sets of wheels - OG TE37 and brand new MC10L - both mounted and balanced perfect with absolute care (OCD quality) to make sure there was no damage to the wheels and even wiped down the white finish on the new MC10L.
