This was a great stop for my family and I. I personally had the redfish and really enjoyed it. We also got the fried pickle appetizer and it was good as well. The rest of my group also said their food was very tasty. We had a very attentive waiter who continued to check on us. The wait wasn't bad. Our waitress was awesome. But the food was just meh. Way over priced for what you get. Same goes for the drink prices. I guess you pay for close proximity. It was Karaoke night and there was a lot going on. Even our waitress apologized for some of the more tone deaf performers. Worst service I've ever had. Waiter Jamelle came up after I paid the bill and demanded a larger tip after horrible table service and over two hours waiting for a couple burgers and chicken tenders. Super unprofessional and totally unacceptable behavior! Chicken was cold and I'll never be back. Don't waste your hard earned money unless you want to give it away for nothing and don't waste your time unless you have hours to wait on dinner! Everything was great & this is definitely a new fave of mine! My husband and I both had the fried shrimp tacos, which we both loved. The sweet potato fries don't come with sauce, so we requested the Praline sauce (it goes on their fried cheesecake). We had to a wonderful dinner! The staff was very pleasant and the food was fantastic. We started with the fried pickles, then had the Cuban sandwich with onion rings. I wanted the chicken Alfredo, and although "blackened" wasn't an option on the menu, they made it for me and it was delicious!! Tonight was the best meal we've had since...we were at Andy D's last week! Consistently amazing meals and service! Our favorite splurge after a beach day! Tonight the blackened redfish was just perfect, I ate every bite! Same with my husband and his ahi tacos, he loves the way they prepare the ahi, and is very picky about that. My Bahama Mama was strong and delicious! The icing on the cake was Andy himself coming over and when I told him it was my birthday dinner, he gave us a free fried cheese cake. Holy moly the best piece of cheesecake we've ever tasted! Husband said it was life-changing! I said it should be illegal! OMG the most amazing dessert I have ever had! Andy, you're an amazing chef and we love your restaurant. Cannot recommend this special spot enough! Plus the service with Christian was impeccable. I was very disappointed with the service. I'm normally not a complainer, but something needs to be fixed. My friends and I came on a Monday night so it wasn't too busy. Our waitress was amazing at first but then she stopped coming to our table completely. Our food took over an hour to come to our table as well. Andy D's is one of my favorite local hangouts. The place always has fantastic live bands on the weekends and Andy himself is always walking around making sure everyone is happy. The place has great service, great beach ambiance, and there's plenty of seating so there's never a wait. My favorite menu items are the stuffed mushrooms and the Mahi tacos. They also have signature cocktails and 2 bars (indoor and outdoor) where you can enjoy them and make new friends with the friendly patrons they attract. Wonderful staff from the greeter to the wait staff (dish clearer, waitress, etc.). A good friend of mine and I ate breakfast here a while back. We were amazed at the portions and the quality, especially for a very reasonable price considering inflation these days. She and I are pals from church (and she plays piano in our church orchestra, and I play clarinet and alto sax, so we were bound to become gal pals - if she sees this, she will know who I am talking about, lol). We are both tight wads when it comes to eating out. We LOVED this place. We will be back for our next girl date. :) read more

We had family in town so decided to give it a try. The restaurant was not even half full. Lots of wait staff seen but unfortunately they are not very efficient. We ordered a couple of drinks from the bar that didn't get to us until 20 minutes later after complaining about the wait. The mimosa was a joke. Tiny little plastic cup!!! We waited a long time for food even though we placed the order when we ordered the drinks. Half of the food was cold when it finally arrived. Our waitress was very scarce most of the time. Our food was delivered by a young man who had no idea what was ordered by whom. Food was okay but was far from good & my son in law had a long dark hair in his food. We had a horrible experience tonight at Andy D's. We started off fine with drinks, and then ordered our appetizer and meals. Unfortunately, our meals came out about 15 minutes after we ordered them and then our appetizer was brought out to us after our meals were delivered to the table. We said we no longer wanted our appetizer since it came out after our meals. Two of the three meals we ordered were missing the included side. When our waitress finally came to the table to check on us we informed her that our appetizer came out after our meals and we told them to take it back, she told us they have new food runners and she would take it off our tab. We also informed her that two of our meals were missing sides, and we had already told the girl that brought our food that we were missing sides. She brought us one side and never brought the side for my meal. I ordered the grilled redfish...highly disappointing to receive a bland piece of fish filet and two hushpuppies for dinner! We have been her multiple times and have had mediocre food, but always very friend waitstaff. I cannot recommend this to any of our future guest or renters after this experience! read more

Soft drinks are terrible, food is mediocre, and prices are high. It's a typical local spot with nothing special to differentiate it. It's nice they have military/local discount, but there's no real reason to come here except the live music. Atmosphere is not good, despite the nice wall murals. Service is good. I had blackened mahi with a side salad, which I thought was very good. Another person in my party had the friend shrimp and onion rings.
