We ordered the wrong shower drain part which we realized two days before shower drain installation. I wasn't going to get the new drain shipped in time from the brand I really wanted, so Nik drove to 3 Ferguson home stores to find the part we wanted. I would never have expected that, but he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. He was also very detail oriented and when we brought up a couple minor things that needed to be fixed, he quickly responded and had his team adjust. He also stopped by the house every single day of the project to check on things. Overall, we are extremely happy with the quality of work and process of working together. Highly recommend!

While Isaias only checked in a couple of times, his younger brother was on site daily leading the crew and made sure everything was done exactly how I wanted it. They were always on time (8:00 AM every single day) and cleaned up nicely afterward. What impressed me most was how they handled a few small issues during the job; the moment I brought something up, they fixed it right away without any pushback or arguing. You can tell they just want the customer to be happy. I'm really pleased with how everything turned out and will definitely be hiring them again!
