First they told my insurance covers my treatment and I confirmed several times about it. after couple of weeks later all of sudden, all of treatment I did need to get paid and I needed to pay surprise bill of almost 1k. They claimed insurance company changed report but they can not provide evidence because they changed billing system. I contacted insurance company and insurance company told they never changed report. I am 100% sure it's this place faults. They blame insurance company for this and now I need to take responsibility for their fault. Now they are sending to collectors to screw up my credit reports. This is one of worst experience in my life. Please avoid this place if you don't want to handle similar situation. Also, whatever reason if I call them 10 times they only pick up my call 1 time. So hard to book appointment or communicate. ----------------------- To respond to business owner, Please educate your staff about this. As I mentioned the staff told me that I don't need to pay anything as insurance fully covered.. He confirmed me several visits. Then after 5 weeks or so.. You guys told I owe about 1k and I can't do any treatment today until I pay them all. What a surprise! The front desk made the scheduling and info gathering easy and painless. On my first visit, I was a ball of nerves with my anxiety through the roof. However the PT listened to my concerns and asked follow questions. After my session, someone else (I assume a PT assistant or tech) comes to work with me on my exercises to make sure I was doing it right. Before I left, I got my in home exercises to do but it was very helpful to do it at the clinic so they can help make adjustments. This office also takes my insurance and doesn't make it seem like a burden or a chore, so I'm thankful for that. Highly recommend!

Thanks to the incredible team at ProPT, I'm now much stronger, in little to no pain, and back to weight lifting, daily walks, and workouts that I truly enjoy again. One thing I really appreciate about ProPT is that they don't take shortcuts. This is not a place where you show up, get a quick treatment, and leave in 30 minutes. They take the time to teach you proper movements and exercises, explain the "why" behind them, and make sure you're doing them correctly. I am so glad I found Phil at Biofix Physical Therapy and Fitness in Lake Forest! I cannot say enough good things about Phil, who is also the owner. Unlike many clinics with a large staff of rotating therapists, Phil is the sole PT at Biofix (often assisted by a great intern). That means I get to work with him directly for the entire duration of my appointment. Phil is extremely knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and caring, with an excellent bedside manner.
