First they told my insurance covers my treatment and I confirmed several times about it. after couple of weeks later all of sudden, all of treatment I did need to get paid and I needed to pay surprise bill of almost 1k. They claimed insurance company changed report but they can not provide evidence because they changed billing system. I contacted insurance company and insurance company told they never changed report. I am 100% sure it's this place faults. They blame insurance company for this and now I need to take responsibility for their fault. Now they are sending to collectors to screw up my credit reports. This is one of worst experience in my life. Please avoid this place if you don't want to handle similar situation. Also, whatever reason if I call them 10 times they only pick up my call 1 time. So hard to book appointment or communicate. ----------------------- To respond to business owner, Please educate your staff about this. As I mentioned the staff told me that I don't need to pay anything as insurance fully covered.. He confirmed me several visits. Then after 5 weeks or so.. You guys told I owe about 1k and I can't do any treatment today until I pay them all. What a surprise! I tried to talk with staff that gave me wrong information and he was already left company and learned that you guys changed billing system to in house. It's all messed up. Unlike many clinics with a large staff of rotating therapists, Phil is the sole PT at Biofix (often assisted by a great intern). I also had balance issues and had suffered numerous falls. After undergoing the excellent training Balance provided I no longer need the wheelchair or walker I was using. I am now able to take walks with my wife and children using only a cane.My balance has improved so much I can walk around the house without the cane most days and and can't remember the last time I had a fall.
