Please be careful this place…read more Their billing system is horrible. First they told my insurance covers my treatment and I confirmed several times about it. after couple of weeks later all of sudden, all of treatment I did need to get paid and I needed to pay surprise bill of almost 1k. They claimed insurance company changed report but they can not provide evidence because they changed billing system. I contacted insurance company and insurance company told they never changed report. I am 100% sure it's this place faults. They blame insurance company for this and now I need to take responsibility for their fault. Now they are sending to collectors to screw up my credit reports. This is one of worst experience in my life. Please avoid this place if you don't want to handle similar situation. Also, whatever reason if I call them 10 times they only pick up my call 1 time. So hard to book appointment or communicate. ----------------------- To respond to business owner, Please educate your staff about this. As I mentioned the staff told me that I don't need to pay anything as insurance fully covered.. He confirmed me several visits. Then after 5 weeks or so.. You guys told I owe about 1k and I can't do any treatment today until I pay them all. What a surprise! I tried to talk with staff that gave me wrong information and he was already left company and learned that you guys changed billing system to in house. It's all messed up. I will pay the bills as I don't want to screw up my credit reports. But this is really unfair and unprofessional. I need to take responsibility for your faults? Why didn't you tell me correct information or even tell me to contact insurance to check instead you confirmed me I don't need to pay anything? You guys even didn't say sorry to me until now. Although you guys told you understand my feelings and situation. Also, you guys kept telling me that insurance changed report that's why I didn't owe any money first but then now I owe 1k. This doesn't make sense at all.

Thanks to the incredible team at ProPT, I'm now much stronger, in little to no pain, and back to weight lifting, daily walks, and workouts that I truly enjoy again. One thing I really appreciate about ProPT is that they don't take shortcuts. This is not a place where you show up, get a quick treatment, and leave in 30 minutes. They take the time to teach you proper movements and exercises, explain the "why" behind them, and make sure you're doing them correctly. You absolutely have to put in the work to get better--but that's exactly why it works. Because of the right movements and targeted exercises to strengthen my muscles, I walked away not just with less pain, but with a stronger, more resilient body and a much better understanding of how to move safely and confidently. A special thank you to John, Gaia, Joe, Jacob, and Claire, who were all fantastic to work with. Their expertise, patience, and encouragement made a huge difference in my recovery. And a big thank-you to the rest of the staff as well--everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in your progress. If you're serious about getting better and staying better--not just temporarily masking pain--I highly recommend ProPT. I'm incredibly grateful for this experience.
