Was so pleased with Andrew and his crew. They arrived exactly when they said they would. We had a palm that needed some serious cleanup. While they were here I asked about another tree and they were able to do. Price was fair. Accept check or Venmo. Cleaning up trees makes such a huge mess! It seems as though the clean up is more work than the actually trimming. They left with the back yard looking better than they arrived! Seriously sparkling! They even cleaned the pool and put the pool fence back up. They cleaned up two messy trees and cleaned up the huge mess all within an hour. On July 11th this guy comes over after a quick response to my inquiry. I agreed to his price and the next day a crew showed up and did a redo of our planter in the front including a drip system. A few days later I noticed the drip wasn't working and made several attempts to have them come back. Turns out they hooked it up to the wrong station and it was fixed as requested. Couple of weeks later my drip system blew up because the regulator was on a different station and the pressure was too high.hoses all rose above the rocks because they weren't staked down. Again I called and texted them without a response. I noticed today someone came over and patched the drip system but nothing else. If they had let me know they were here I could have pointed out the other issues. I'm so done with this business I just hired another landscaper to adjust and hopefully fix it for good. read more

I hired this company over a year ago and they performed well. I re-hired them to trim 3 palms (take pods out, trim palm leafs, etc.)... the second time around they damaged my gutter guards, did not trim the pods or palms well and damaged my tree trunks by gouging them when climbing. Nor would they take off the center part making the tree look bulky. They came back to remove the pods, but still did a poor job leaving partial pods, several of them. Andres stated he would fix the gutter guard, but did not. He also stated he would reimburse me, his offer, but never did. They left so much debris in the gutters as well that they were clogged and did not do a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I would highly NOT recommend him or his team. read more

You can count on hiring someone with integrity and great work ethic if you hire this team. When we first installed the grass, some parts started turning yellow and eventually died- this was due to the sprinklers not reaching far enough. I hesitated to call Andrew back but I'm glad I did, he replaced the dead spots of grass and added larger range sprinklers. He even recommended a very affordable gardener for us! So I contacted this business and received a response from Jose A. Then later that day a guy named Ancelmo arrives to give an estimate. He gave me a quote for labor $2900, to install some pavers, mow curbs, and turf grass, and a separate quote for $2600 for demolition and tree stump removal. I agreed and he arrived the following Monday with a 3 man crew. On Friday after finishing the pavers, he called requesting $3300 for the installation of the pavers only, and denied stating that mow curbs and turf installation was included. I refused to pay the amount. Come to find out, he ran off with the $2600 I paid him for the demo and the workers knew nothing of that money, and Ancelmo failed to pay his workers. The workers ended up at my house asking for their money. They said the company owner was out of the country on family business, and Ancelmo had been in trouble in the past for lying and using the company name to do his own jobs. This has been nothing but trouble, and the company owner should fire Ancelmo for lying. read more

His team communicated clearly and continually asked what I wanted. The work was extremely thorough, when they removed the overgrown brush and trees in the back they even dug up the roots to make sure they wouldn't grow back! Wow! Our backyard is a large area that we wanted to landscape with grass, sprinklers, 2 new concrete pads and an add on to previously laid concrete. I have just moved to Riverside Into a home that wasn't being taken care of as far as landscaping I shopped around for deals on what amounted to a whole yard clean up tree trimming repairs to sprinkler system moving a tree that was growing oddly Trimming of what I thought was vines turned out to be a tree that had infiltrated my entire yard . Andres came out and gave me a quote that far underbid his competition. But it was a GREAT PRICE I was skeptical at first But his workers are fantastic and take pride of the job they are doing. The guys did an amazing job on our trees which is why I couldn't leave a totally bad review. My issue was with the follow through. The guys broke a sprinkler head off that I noticed the following day. I called Andres and he got a guy over within a few hours which was appreciated. However, after the broken sprinkler was fixed, it was noticed that water was bubbling up a matter of inches away. Andres offered to fix the issue for additional money however, I am not willing to pay to have something fixed that was in perfect working order before the work was completed. It is unfortunate that I will never recommend Andres for services in the future, you have to stand by your work or damage caused by your workers and they did a poor job in that aspect. read more

Horrible experience. These guys were referred by H&H fence for tree stump removal. Not only did they show up the day after the fence was installed, but they charged us $400 for a job that wasn't done correctly. The stumps weren't grinded down and were covered by sawdust and dirt to make it look like they had been removed. I ended up finding another company to do the work again. read more
