When we decided to start again, we trasnferred our records over to Poma and really appreciated the process. The online portal system worked well for us and the nurses are super quick to respond. All of the staff that we worked with, from front desk, blood draws, exams, retrieval, and transfers, were all very professional and patient with my questions. Sometimes the doctors were quick during a scan, but I always felt the nurses were available for clarification on questions. I appreciated that they are open everyday of the week, because they know that your cycle isn't going to align with a work week. Paying out of pocket seemed to be the only frustrating thing, as sometimes you get a bill for something that happened months ago. The online portal to pay is easy though, so no issues. Also, keep in mind that medications are always extra. Add about $5k to the amount they quote, but definitely use the online pharmacy and rebate programs they recommend. Ending with a pregnancy is a success in my book.

This isn't entirely their fault but I really wish it was more normalized to ask if it's ok to have a doctor of the opposite sex for your reproductive health care. Because I was uncomfortable to be thrown into a room for my consult with a male doctor. Not his fault, he was great and very professional... I just personally have a huge trauma issue with it and I would of appreciated being asked first out of curtesy because I'm sure there's millions of other woman with this request as well. Even though the male doctor I had was professional and very knowledgeable on everything... I told him twice I did not want to proceed with any treatment or testing at this time. And that my husband and I want to focus on his testing first as it was much easier and cheaper to do for now. But regardless of being asked twice in person, I was also email about it twice. Feels very pushy and weird. After my husband had his tests done it took 2.5 weeks, 4-5 phone unanswered phone calls, 2 voicemails and 1 portal message to get a response.... Absolutely not ok. And finally when they did upload his results to the portal (which is horrible to navigate btw)... it gave very vague information to where they told him he had to come in and make another appointment just for them to explain that he was fine.... Overall: - The client portal is so hard to use and not helpful at all. - the environment for me felt pushy and disrespectful - the communication between staff and client is HORRIBLE - completely disorganized staff This is a very vulnerable field of medicine. And as the client you HAVE to feel safe and comfortable with all the things that go along with fertility and reproductive care.... At the end of the day I did not feel that even slightly. Will not ever go back to them.

I went through the preliminary testing and explained what I wanted. I wanted monovision because I had done that before with contacts, and they told me, "Yes, we can do that." They put me through the testing, and the next day I met with the surgeon. He said, "Sure, we can do this for you. No sweat." That was exactly what I needed to hear. I was scheduled for the following Tuesday for my first eye, had the procedure done, and went back the next day for the follow-up. Everything was healing nicely. The one thing I really want to say is that everybody -- the doctors, the receptionists, the scheduling staff, the people on the phone, everyone -- was FANTASTIC. This outfit is the greatest. If you need eye surgery, LASIK, cataract surgery, or anything else Sharp Vision provides, do yourself the biggest favor and go there first. I highly, highly recommend Sharp Vision for all of your eye care needs.

Before my surgery, I was quoted a price weeks in advance and paid it in full. Unfortunately, I wasn't a candidate for LASIK, which was disappointing, but Dr. Schmidt was able to perform the procedure manually instead. Since the LASIK portion wasn't done, I was told the procedure should have cost about $2,000 less. At my follow-up appointment, I didn't see Dr. Schmidt. Instead, I saw another doctor after waiting nearly 40 minutes for an exam that lasted less than five minutes. When I asked about the $2,000 difference, I was told that I actually owed an additional $900 because a deductible had been applied after my original quote. This was extremely frustrating. If I had been informed before surgery that my out-of-pocket cost would increase by $900, I could have planned and budgeted accordingly. Instead, I was given one price, paid it upfront, and then was surprised with an unexpected bill afterward. The medical care itself was great, but the lack of transparency and communication about billing left me very disappointed.

Beautiful facility, and the ladies were nice, but after getting my eyes check on various machines, it all went downhill from there. My appointment was at 2:00 and we got started a little before that. We got through the eye tests, pictures, numbing the eye and dilating by 2:30. The woman said,"The doctor will be in to go over everything with you" and then we were left sitting in the room waiting and watching a couple videos. At 3:00, a woman moved us to a 2nd room stating,"should only be a few minutes." My feeling is they moved us just so they could use the first room we were in to put someone else to wait. It was like waiting in line for a ride in Disney World. Just when you think the line is moving, you wait standing at the new place in line. At 3:30, I went out to the hall/ office area to ask what's going on and one woman said said, "He's running behind" Yup, we see that. Another woman said, "You should be next". I should have been next an hour ago. Not one person said, "I'm sorry this is taking so long" or "The doctor is running behind." I only got told, "It will be a few minutes" when we were put in the 2nd room at 3:00. When I went to talk with them, I was told, "You should be next." I was offered a water, but at that point I just wanted the doctor to come in and talk with me. I went back in the room and waited 25 more minutes. 3:55- we got up and left. I didn't say a word and simply left the folder of information they gave me on the desk. I was dilated so I couldn't drive with the sun shining off the wet pavement. I was dilated and numbed up for no reason. At a minimum of $11,000 for new lenses, I'll find somewhere else to go. I'm sure they aren't the only ones that do this and I won't spend that much to wait nearly 2 hours past my appointment time. The icing on the cake was being sent the following message before I was gone 5 minutes. I'm sure this is sent after everyone checks out. I sincerely could not be more impressed with my experience at La Belle Vie Cosmetics. I have been…read morewanting to get a breast augmentation for literally my whole life and was very unhappy with my 36A cup size. I had always been self conscious about my flat chest. I hoped and prayed that one day I'd fill out a little bit but it never happened. Once I turned 21 I realized my boobs were not magically going to grow, so I started doing some research for a great plastic surgeon who was also reasonably priced. I had actually gone to a couple of consultations to meet some other plastic surgeons and they were either stiff and not very welcoming, crazy prices, or they weren't willing to go as big as I wanted. I actually gave up and waited for another year. I was actually doing a photoshoot with one of my great friends and his ex wife and many of his models have gotten their boobs done by Dr. Mangubat. His ex wife and all of his models that went to Dr. Mangubat looked absolutely incredible. I made an appointment for consultation and they got me an available appt ASAP! Most places couldn't even get me in within the month and they weren't free. Not La Belle Vie! I got in less than a week after I called and was very excited. I went into my appointment anxious, excited, and very curious. I had lots of questions and Dr. Mangubat, the nurses, and even the woman at the front desk was very knowledgable and helpful. My consultation was very comfortable and relaxing. I didn't feel like I was in a cold emotionless Dr's office, it was very warm and welcoming and that's very important when you're looking to have a serious procedure done that can change your life very drastically. He was very light hearted and friendly and I also met with Dr. Hope Sherie and she was equally as amazing. They give you a bra to insert different sizes in and you can put your shirt on and see how you like it. I decided upon 775cc's because I felt like 700cc was too little and 800cc was a scary big number. This was the ONLY PS that was willing to accommodate my body type and the big size that I wanted - and I felt so happy that I could go so big the first time because I was only an A cup. I wasn't trying to get multiple surgeries and wanted to get the most bang for my buck. I was trying to get the procedure done before my 22nd birthday and I wanted to get the recovery out of the way ASAP, and much to my delight we scheduled my surgery just 3 days after my consultation! I'm very happy they had a cancellation. Dr Mangubat and Dr Hope Sherrie were also very helpful and tried to give me the best deal or offer that they had, and I was lucky enough to get the 1k off for the month of may (in 2013). The day of my surgery was just as amazing as my consultation and they were very sweet and gave me a Valium so I wasn't so nervous right before surgery. My anesthesiologist was also wonderful, he was so sweet and asking me about my tattoos and calming my nerves. Before I knew it (my procedure was only 45 min - an hour) I woke up with boobs! i was in a horrible amount of pain but Dr Mangubat was so sweet and made sure I was in no pain before I left. I highly recommend him and La Belle Vie cosmetics to everybody!

The hair transplants did very little and I believe it was because he had incompetent and unqualified people to place the plugs into my scalp.
