He helped us choose the window and patio door that was best for us. He explained the process and told us what to expect. The installation actually happened two weeks sooner than we expected and we were able to have them installed before the summer heat. The installation team, Nate and Colby were fantastic. Clean, courteous and as quiet as possible. Their tools made noise (they can't help that) but they spoke in soft voices and the disruption was absolutely minimal. They took an extreme amount of care during the installation and now the window and patio door look and operate perfectly, and they are perfectly sealed. They used such care that I don't even have to do touch up painting on the window trim! The new Amlin window and door are such a huge improvement. Our AC now runs much less and our house is much quieter. If you are struggling to decide, just go with American Vision Windows. You won't be disappointed.

We tried a few vendors and just were not happy with the product they offered. So we went the opposite direction and found the product we wanted and that led us to Greco Roman. Walter came out and met with us to give us an estimate for the two doors and two small bathroom windows that the previous owners didn't touch. Apparently the door we picked was way over our budget. So he worked with us to find something to meet our needs, go well with the house/windows, and was in our budget range. We settled on a Milgard door as it seemed to be the perfect solution for us. On installation day, they were a guy short so it was a long day for them and us as they ran into a few problems with getting one of the old doors out that they didn't anticipate (the other was a breeze). But they wanted the install completed that day because the second day hadthe painter coming to touch up all of the stucco/concrete around the doors and windows. After the job was completed, we noticed a few things that were not as we expected them (not huge but still). We emailed Walter and that afternoon they sent their project manager, George, out to check it out. He agreed and the next day - they came out and made everything perfect!! Some might ask why 5 stars if the job wasn't perfect. My reasoning is simple: seldom are things absolutely perfect. It is in how the vendor addresses the homeowner's concerns that is important. So many vendors shut that door and, bam, they are gone. Not these guys. Within a day of sending that email, everything was fixed to perfection! I will also say that, in all honesty, we could have gone cheaper than their estimate but we paid for a high quality product that was far superior to what the other vendors were recommending. A job like this that, hopefully, will last many years is something you do right the first time. The doors are absolutely amazing - we immediately noticed a difference in the house (in the master where we had one slider, it was impossible to cool or heat that room as those old single-panes didn't afford much protection. Now - our bedroom is as cool as the rest of the house! Great teams - very friendly, masked (even after the state mandate was lifted), nice clean up. I like that the teams they send are their employees, no sub-contractors. The owners/managers are very responsive. Great customer service. I would recommend them highly and I would use again.

This took 4 days and the install crew showed up on time and cleaned up each day and answered my question as I watched over everything. I was worried that my stucco might not come out right, but even that was on point. I also double-checked the windows at the end and the only thing I found was a casement window that was a little sticky to open and they quickly fixed it. Regarding the quote process, Tony was easy to work with, knowledgeable about their products, and revised my order several times as I worked out the final details. I had a few concerns, like making sure that when I replaced a narrow window at my front door that the frame would not be too thick, but it looks great. Also thanks to Debbie for checking after the job (and after I paid) to make sure I was still happy. Based on the job they did at my house, my neighbor is going to update their windows too.

We were still undecided when we received a call from Jake, the owner of Modern Resolution. He answered some questions we had from his sales rep's presentation and decided it would be best for him to see our house to respond to a couple of concerns we had. We did research and found that the Anlin windows he proposed were highly rated. Jake gave us a good price and we signed a contract. We had a very short delay in getting our windows installed due to the end of the year holidays. The install went well. It was very impressive how hard the installers worked. They were on time every day and were very careful of not damaging anything in our home, including the floor. Per Jake's recommendation, we had a combination of retrofit and new windows installed. The new windows required chopping out some stucco. After those windows were installed, new stucco was put on immediately. Modern Resolution had a great employee named Luis paint all of the new stucco. That was one of the reasons we went with Modern Resolution as most other window companies we spoke with said we were responsible for any painting required after the install. We had a couple of small issues, such as a bathroom screen missing. (it was found in the warehouse behind a box) but Jake always took care of those in a timely fashion. We were shocked how much outside noise was reduced by our new windows and sliders along with the utility savings! Also, it was surprising how nice the windows looked from the inside. If we would have known what a great job we would get from Modern Resolution, we would have replaced our windows much sooner! Thank you, Jake!

They backed up the installation warranty and tore out the stucco and replaced it. Now the stucco is separating from the window and cracking where it meets the original stucco, also looks nothing like the original stucco. I have made several calls and they said they would take care of it. Still waiting for them to call me back. I have had 6 other windows replaced by a competitor and the stucco has not cracked or pulled away from the window. you can't even tell the windows have been replaced.
