This updated review is long overdue. I've been a loyal customer of AHK since days she worked from her home & barely had enough room in her personal refrigerator to store orders. Applaud her for getting a big commercial refrigerator & then TWO. Business was going well for her. I'd make the drive out & pick up 1, 3 to 6 orders b/c I was always recruiting someone to detox. Truthfully I have yet to come across anyone who can beat her prices. I can see how the owner Tatiana can come off unfriendly but I don't think she means to I think that is just her persona (unless you're famous or have a big platform) then you'll get a 1 on 1 convo. Other than that her husband was the one who always attended me. Last time I placed an order she forgot to include ginger shots (human error). I reached out about them &I felt like she did not make any initiative to make it right. No offer a refund, discount (on next order) that was 6 shots missing. She placed blamed on her husband for not including them. But I let it go.... Once my friend reviewed her Yelp for the lack of customer service in resolving the small issue that's when she reached out to her but at this point we were over it. I have yet to place another order until recently & orders are done on her website. I ordered a gallon of Charcoal Lemonade, when checking out you are asked to add in the notes date/time for pick up. Apparently it was my mistake for not knowing her business hours that when I put in the notes I'd pick up Saturday I was supposed to automatically know she was closed on Saturdays because it says so on her IG page. I made a simple suggestion that she should add a calendar or hours on the checkout portion of her site to avoid any inconvenience for both her & customers. After a couple of exchanged msgs she offered a refund if I would not be able to make it out Sunday. I msgd her Sunday if it be okay to move forward with the refund bc it's a drive out for me & I ordered thinking I could swing by Saturday. She did not even respond with an "I'm sorry", "Hope to see you soon next time" or even to let me know the refund was processed. I noticed it days later in my acct. I will no longer be a customer of AHK. Thanks to the poor service she gave I hands down managed to make the Charcoal Lemonade myself. I work 5min from "Juice C Juice" she's been in business for 20yrs+ has built up a platform & has managed to stay HUMBLE. Appreciating every single one of her customer's whether you are famous or simply a local. Her detoxes are pricier, on the thicker side (not as watered down). Sometimes paying more is worth it when your business is acknowledged. read more

I love this healthy bar, very clean. The cashier is very nice, too. Today I ordered Love Verde and Tropical Breeze. They both very favourable (not dilute at all) in high quality and very fresh, too! Highly recommended! Friendly reminder: some smoothie contain peanut butter, if someone allergic to peanut, please pay attention. I love their Oatmeal with Fruit, it is also very yummy and very fresh. But the only downside is the portion is so small. I know fruit is very expensive (especially in the year of 2022, all the sudden, everything is terribly unbelievably expensive)! Decided to do a 3 day detox, from all the bad eating and sweets for the last few months. Placed my order online and was able to change my pick up date due to when I wanted to start. Communication with Andrea was great. Picked up my juices 5 juices each day, you can add certain vegetables to snack on, light salad and plain yogurt with berries for dinner. First day of detox I knew my body was cleaning itself already, I am a 1-2 cup a day coffee drinker. And I felt it, I wasn't hungry during the process but I did have the salad for lunch. Day 2 headaches were coming down, it wasn't bad to the point that I needed to take anything, I messaged Andrea to make sure and she informed me that it's normal I'm detoxing. It's different for everyone, some get them and some don't. Day 3 I felt like myself and lighter overall, the feeling was great, had me thinking that I wanted to eat cleaner when I can instead of putting crap into my body. First of all, Tatiana and Andrew are amazing people. They were very patient with the million and one questions asked and very detailed in their answers. Very transparent, honest and trustworthy people. Second, I went with the 5 day plan, yes that's alot of juice, but so worth it. Each juice is delicious in its own way. So refreshing. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed at this business. I placed an order. I confirmed the day of my order I would be picking up my juices on a Monday, in a two hour window. I got confirmation my order would be ready on such day and time. The day of my pick up I was told my order would not be ready because I didn't confirm the day of I would be picking up my juices. Needless to say I was upset, I don't understand the business model or practices they carry out where if you don't reply twice via email where you're confirming order pick up they flat out don't have your order ready. They should specify such requirement at the time of order and they don't. Nowhere in their site is this rule explained. I arrived at this place around 8:30 am and there was no one else here. The vibe when I walked in was weird and the employees gave me the impression they were bummed out that they had customers. I ordered an açaí bowl and asked to add protein to and was told that they can't blend it in and have to put it on top. I said alright and ordered. i was thinking i could mix it in myself because I've been to other places and done the same. When I got my bowl I opened it and got the powder all over me and my acai was so frozen I had to wait 30 minutes for it to thaw so I could mix it in and by that time the berries were soggy. My advice for this business is that if your slow and only have one customer try to make their order the best that you possibly can and be a little bit more friendly.
