    Great tasting Lechon! We ordered on Christmas day and that was worth your money. This will be a yearly thing now.

    Skin was very thin, part of meat dry, part still bloody and then the surprise. No belly, the underside gone. I just payed for half a pig.

    Ordered a small roast pig. It wasn't what I'd expect for a Filipino lechon. The skin was very thin, some meat dry and some are still bloody, then this surprise when I opened it up.... No belly. The whole underside gone. I just payed $298.00 for half of a small pig. Next time, I'm ordering from China Town. Andreas lechon is another Filipino scam towards their own community. No star.

    We are a customer since 1980's referred by friends in Union City. Buying lechon 2-3 times a year. Best in the Bay Area!!!!

She describes herself as a "mellow Type A", and that's really true. She's not in-your-face and intense like some of the planners we considered, and yet she gets the job done beautifully, is super on top of her stuff, and shines when obstacles arise (before and during day-of). We had a relatively complicated wedding, for ~130 guests, 2 completely different locations for ceremony and reception, and a lot of customization. Shannon was incredibly patient with us all the way, and truly understood what mattered and what didn't, and helped us create a day that truly looked like us. She also calmed us during the entire process, even when we hit major snags (like having the bar company cancel on us the week before the wedding) -- her expertise and know-how really came to shine during those times. We initially spoke with several other planners, but after our first call with Kimberly, we knew we wanted her to be the one helping us plan our event this past October in Sonoma. We insisted that Kimberly was our go-to with ASE. ASE has several levels of planning packages depending on what you are looking for. My Husband and I decided to go with the partial planning package and it was the perfect balance for us. We are from the Chicagoland area so having a planner in California where we were getting married was essential. Kimberly is also well-connected in wine country/the wedding industry and has relationships with many of the vendors who ASE has worked with over the years. This is a major perk, since she was able to point us in the direction of some of the best vendors out there! We always felt like we were in the right hands and were provided high quality recommendations by Kimberly. Throughout the past year of planning with Kimberly she was always kind and had such a positive attitude. Aside from being our wedding planner, Kimberly felt like a friend. Not only did we hear from several of our vendors how much they loved working with Kimberly and how organized she was, even several of our friends asked who she was because they noticed how on top of everything she was at the wedding. Everyone tells you how stressful wedding planning can be, especially since our entire planning process was virtual and during covid, but ours was carefree and fun! You also hear "something is going to go wrong the day of" but my husband and I can say that our day was flawless. If something did go wrong, it was nothing made known or visible to either us or any of our guests. When my Husband and I returned to our hotel room at the end of that night, Kimberly and her assistant had already returned all our signs and personal belongings to our room. They laid out my veil on the bed with our welcome sign so beautifully (see pic). Although this was a small gesture, we felt it was so thoughtful to walk back to at the end of what was already the perfect day! One final touch if you will! I have said to my husband on numerous occasions recently that I wish our wedding planning wasn't over and how I want to experience our day all over again and he agrees! My 14 month engagement turned into 26 months and I cannot imagine having gone through the challenges the pandemic and wild fires presented without Kelly. In addition to her gorgeous work, creativity, and connections in the industry, she is as genuine as can be and truly wants the best for her brides, grooms and their families. Not only does Kelly want to make your wedding planning experience as easy and fun as possible, but she also does an incredible job of getting to know you and making the wedding extremely personal. She got to know my husband and me in addition to our story and overall vision for our special day/weekend. Kelly goes above and beyond. For example, Kelly knew mine and my husband's love for Crumbl cookies and it became a shared love between all of us. She had the great idea to pick up Crumbl catering for our Rehearsal Dinner, which was also my husband's birthday, because she knew how special that would be for us. This is just the smallest example of Kelly's thoughtfulness throughout the whole process. Our wedding planning process presented extreme challenges between having to postpone a full year due to the pandemic and having to find a new venue/caterer/other vendors after our original venue burned down, but Kelly had my back every step of the way. She worked tirelessly to give us the best options while still taking our budget and preferences into consideration. The day would not have been possible without her and we are forever grateful for her dedication, her hard work, and her genuine love for what she does. Three months later, anytime we see our friends and family, they still talk about how perfect and absolutely stunning our wedding day and weekend was. I knew our day would be special but it was beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. Kelly and the ASE team went above and beyond in creating the most special, beautiful, personalized and intimate wedding for us and I will forever be grateful.     This course should be / could be so much better. I don't know what happened. It has been going…read moredownhill for some time. One plus, great customer service in the pro shop. They have discounts for military / law enforcement (even retired). After that, it seems to go down hill. The carts are old and worn. There are no trash cans on the course. Why? People were placing their empty cans/bottles on the half barrels hole description / markers. There is no sand in the bunkers. A lot of the cart paths are in dire need of repair. There was no water available on the course. They had the little huts, but no coolers inside. It was 90 degrees today. No drink cart on the course. No water on the course. That's insane. The course is still challenging and fun to play, but seriously...it could be so much better. Especially considering the location it's in. They seem to be riding on the fumes of the reputation they had decades ago.

    Our convention held a scramble tournament in mid March, about 40 players. We arrived latter than…read morescheduled but the staff was ready and herded the cats for an on time 11AM shotgun start. The course maintains was good, in shape for the time of year. Point off for the sand traps, the sand traps were wet and hard and not the fluffy stuff. At least the day I played . The course is 6 holes each par 3's,4's and 5's. Makes for a nice break from typical courses. We didn't use any of the food service at the course. The beverage cart came by 3 times during 5 hours of play.

    I attended a beautiful garden party for a 20th anniversary. My husband and I were talking about…read moreplanning our 30th anniversary but we realized it would be too overwhelming for us. When would we have the time? Especially between work, children and so many other responsibilities as parents. We decided to ask the event planner for this beautiful garden party to do our anniversary and it was the best decision we ever made! She worked with us for ten months on what theme we wanted, the decor, the dessert table, on every detail to be sure we loved it. She gave great suggestions for caterers, dj and bakers. She designed beautiful backdrops. We only became stressed the day of the event because we were nervous. She even tried to keep us calm. And she was successful at it. She is not only artistic, and professional but also has a calm, loving demeanor. She handled everything and did a WONDERFUL and absolutely beautiful decor for our 30th. I told her all the things I wanted to do and she said okay we got this. I wanted a organic balloon garland but didn't know the first thing about making one so Nakia taught herself how to do it and it came out amazing. She also asked me if I was doing a head table and I told her no but I really was I just forgot that that table should be pretty as well. On the day of party she showed up at the venue and was in shock because I had a head table. What did she do? She went to Joann fabric got fabric, she had my husband go to Home Depot to get PVC PIPING and we had a backdrop for our table. Not only did she do that she was there to help set up. She is amazing and dedicated. Thank you
