Visited here as part of a birthday staycation and wasn't super impressed. I've been to dozens of spas over the years, and this one is just okay. It feels like they are trying to create a zen, minimalist space, but it kind of gave off warehouses vibes to me. Instead of warm, luxurious, and inviting, I felt cold, bare, and awkward. The staff was nice, but it seemed like they weren't very comfortable being there either. So it was a little odd. My masseuse didn't seem to be comfortable massaging me either. Instead of long, slow, relaxing stokes, it was all quick and a bit rough. They also don't tell you ahead of time that some of the amenities (Crystal Sauna and Quartz Spa) aren't always available because they rent those out as stand-alone services. So when my companion and I brought out swimsuits to enjoy a soak after our massages, it was a huge disappointment because someone had rented the quarts spa.

Had an hour massage as was staying at this hotel Was told via email to bring a swimsuit so that I could use the spa facilities so was very disappointed that I was not informed prior that someone had rented out the quartz spa for private use so could not use it . The massage was good but maybe a little overpriced and this could be "downtown prices" - there are plenty of spas to get a great massage at Not sure I would go out of my way to rebook here due to high costs and not so friendly faces at the reception area and poor communication

I have been looking for a good day spa in the cities and am so glad I got to try out Anda spa! I started my visit in the eucalyptus steam room before going to my 60 minute massage. The massage was amazing and super relaxing (shoutout to Brittney)! I then went and spent some time in the quartz spa that has a jacuzzi, waterfall showers, and heated loungers. Other than the massage, I have to say that the heated quartz lounger was my favorite part of the spa! I finished out my visit with some time in the dry crystal sauna, which was super relaxing. Anda spa includes complimentary valet as well as snacks and some drinks in the lounge/waiting room. It's pricey but booking a service gives you access to the entire spa facility, so you can make a day of it. Overall I had a wonderful time here and would definitely return for a self-care day!

I would definitely recommend Anda Spa for a relaxing experience to pamper yourself. If you want to extend a gift to someone dear or special in your life, then it would be a great choice. Self care is very high on my list, and this place had all the components of a holistic spa day experience. We had a bachelorette party here and it was lovely. For a group of six, we got full access to the spa facilities, which included their lockers, showers, private relaxation room, sauna, whirlpool room, and quartz spa. Snacks included but were not limited to dried cranberries, almonds, apples, tea, and water. The day included a two-hour reservation at the Aura Lounge, which was a private room with four oversized lounge chairs, weighted blankets, and candles. Spa guests can order prosecco with bottles, which range from $40 to $250 as well as juices, kombucha, CBD drinks, and herbal teas to be delivered to the lounge While we had access to the room, we rotated through the massage sessions we booked. I had a 60-minute massage for $135 (so basically $170 with tax, fees, and gratuity split among all staff). I made sure to indulge in the steam room and the whirlpool room while I enjoyed the company catching up with the girls. Remember, I shared that I take selfcare very seriously, so I chose to indulge in all the services this place had to offer because it suited my fancy! #selfcareapproved

My only regret from this experience is that we didn't stay longer! I had been on the HUNT for a full day spa experience - not just a "get a massage and go", but somewhere we could hang all day. Anda Spa delivered on that promise. We came 2+ hours early and were greeted and brought to the locker rooms where we changed into our robes and sandals. We spent a while in the sauna, steam rooms, and bubbling in the quartz spa - a hot tub - before our massage. I loved the heated tile chairs! We lounged in the waiting area for a bit before our massage. Nuts and dried fruit, apples, tea and water were available for snacking and the chairs were so comfy! Awesome decor too. The couples massage was DI-VINE: probably one of the best massages my partner and I have had. The massage therapists were kind, checked in on us and were happy to adjust pressure or style, and provided a great massage. After, we lounged in the relaxation room - a quiet space with the comfiest chaise lounges, blankets and pillows. Salt lamps are my love language, so I could have stayed here forever! We had an awesome time here and honestly, this is at the top of my wish list to go again.

I will echo other reviewers in saying the downfall of this place is their booking process. It is very difficult to reach anyone. I had to call three days in a row when I was first trying to make an appointment. That is a huge area for improvement as I almost chose to go elsewhere. However, once we arrived, everything was incredible. My mom and I each had a facial and a massage in addition to spending private time in the quartz spa area which includes a dry sauna, jacuzzi, rain shower and heated chairs. I will say that that area is a must have; it's currently only available for private reservation and it's worth the cost. We spent an hour in there before our services and it was such a relaxing start to the day. Our technicians were extremely professional and kind as well. I would definitely go back for a massage. I also liked that they spent a good 20% of the facial on my arms and shoulders and neck while the various masks were drying on my face. Overall, if you can get past the booking problems which admittedly is a huge red flag, it's a great spa!

Received a gift of a facial here for my Birthday. For my 60 min facial I got one mask, no additional treatments, no facial massage. Nothing that made the $225 price tag worth it. Then I added on eyebrow wax at the last moment. She ripped off skin on both eyebrows. (Photos were hard to take on myself but the two I included were taken 5 days after so the skin had started to heal). I reached out to the spa about this via email, via phone, and via their website and never got any return communication. This experience was horrible. Save your money. Oh..., and the "jacuzzi" was only lukewarm...I and the other 4 customers sitting in the dry sauna were complaining about it. very disappointing as I had high hopes.

Delicious! Magnificent! Anda spa was like heaven. My hubby scheduled a spa day for me. A 3hr CBD ritual although Im blanking on the name. It started with a bath, then a sugar scrub, wrap, foot and scalp massage then full body massage. My masseuse Bess was terrific! I did not feel rushed and I was relaxed the whole time. Afterwards I relaxed in the quartz spa. I had an overnight at Hotel Ivy but did find out they validate parking with the valet. Will def keep that in mind. Loved every second!

Went and got the handcrafted massage. I went about 30 mins Earlier then my appt to use their sauna and whirlpool. It was so relaxing! From the very beginning it was so welcoming, I was greeted by amazing staff and shown around. The lockers are great and they did a wonderful job to make the atmosphere relaxing. My massage tech Michael went thru some details with me which was wonderful because this was my very first massage. The hot towels were such an amazing addition! The showers were great and hey had shampoo conditioner and body wash for you. At check out the staff stopped their conversation to assist me which made me feel like they value their customers! They do include a service charge which 90% goes to your tech. Which confused me a little because that sounds like a mandatory tip charge. Overall would definitely go back! The experience was top notch!

Just updating on my favorite spa! Been getting massages regularly during the pandemic until last week. They are really amazing. Not crowded. Clean. I love Stephanie and Rowan as massage therapists, they truly dig in every single muscles of your body. I switch between them when my schedule doesn't work for either one. I go for deep tissue massage. I feel bad for them because I'm always asking for super deep pressure and they shears deliver, lol! There's so good at it. Kind, sweet and super talented. I love the online booking. It's a stress free way to check on my schedule and theirs. The girls at the front are so nice too. Thank you everyone! My favorite thing to do is to nap a few minute in the aura lounge after my massage. No rush! Love it.

Peter made me so uncomfortable during my massage. I was fully exposed for most of the massage, with minimal attempt to keep my groin covered. I'm convinced that he rubbed his genitals on my hand at one point, because there was some back and forth rubbing on my hand that did not feel accidental while he breathed super heavy. The massage itself was not a modality I have ever had before; there was no stroking but instead just pressing and holding for long periods of time which did not do much to relax me or loosen up my tight muscles. I definitely won't be back. My massage was a couple months ago and I delayed in writing this review because I convinced myself it was all in my head, but after reading similar reviews I feel it's important to give my experience a voice so other woman are aware of potential risks.

Needless to say he did not, and I am now filing a dispute charge against him with my credit card company. Do NOT come here, it is not worth your time, money, or stress. Never again.

It was also my first time trying this particular type of well was treatment so I I have nothing to compare it to. I booked a 90minute float therapy session Good: Made a last minute appointment and was able to get in so I loved that. The front desk staff was nice when welcoming me. They also have a vending machine that sells THC beverages which was nice. They encouraged me to use the bathroom which was very clean and well stocked. Then essentially explained what to expect while in the room and pretty much left me alone. That was nice. The not so good: An even better experience would have been to offer robes before going into the float room or something to get guest more relaxed before going into the tank. Or maybe a glass of cold water. I understand wanting to control water intake but it gets pretty warm in the room and you get thirsty! There was no soap available and you are required to shower before getting into the tub. I didn't realize what was in the shower was shampoo and conditioner because they weren't labeled. They give you a thing to support your head while floating but I think providing goggles or some sort of eye protection would have been epic. Maybe someone more seasoned would have know to bring something but it was my first time. So of course I got salt in my eyes. Very uncomfortable. There was also no sort of lotion for after the session I did ask about it and was told they had a shipment delayed and so they didn't have any of the things you'd expect to be standard at a spa. While I understand. It would have been a good idea to include a care note or something to give a head up. That was disappointing In summary. I didn't have a bad time or a great time. She asked if I had anything in particular I wanted to work on, and got started. My feet are usually so ticklish, but they weren't at all during the session! Throughout, Mary Ann told me which pressure points correlated to which parts of the body - so fascinating. I could definitely tell when she hit the points that correlate with where I hold tension: my neck, shoulders, and lower back. It was a soothing and relaxing session, and I learned so much. At the end, Mary Ann even showed me which parts of my hand I can press on myself when I'm feeling tension in certain areas. We had a wonderful conversation and Mary Ann's laughter is enough to brighten any one's day, reflexology aside. Plus they have a Yelp check in offer for 10% off. I'll definitely be back!
