After my prior bad experience at this location I was contacted by the business. They apologized for the inconvenience and refunded my payment. I appreciate the effort to rectify the previous issues and decided to give &pizza another try - and I am glad I did. I placed my order in the store on the wall mounted tablets. I ordered the pineapple jacked pizza. My pizza was made fresh from scratch and in my hand in less than 10 minutes. It was delicious. The natural sweetness of the pineapples and the hot honey drizzle were a perfect combination. The pizza tastes great and I will definitely return. The location is very clean. Food is still good but the in store experience is trash. They get so many online and window orders they forget about people who order them in the store and then you're getting cold pizzas after a long wait in line. Understaffed and just a terrible 'fast casual' experience because it's not that. You don't forget about the customer in front of you ever. Shameful. read more

Kingstowne &pizza isn't even the closest location to my home. I do live closer to a different location. And they're fine. But the Kingstowne location is clutch. They always make the best pizzas. They put the sauce like all the way up to the edge so you don't get a pie full of crust (which soooometimes happens...) They are masters of the craft at this location and sometimes I consider driving the extra way to come to this one. read more

I love &pizza but this location has a lot of retraining to do. The pizza is always soggy so it falls apart in the middle. I haven't experienced that at any other location. When I said something about it once, I got a pretty indifferent response so I never brought it up again. It's hard to enjoy your pizza when all your toppings fall off as soon as you pick up a slice. &Pizza is located in the Kingstowne Town Center, to the right of Home Goods. There are plenty of shared parking spaces in their parking lot, we had no trouble finding a spot. This location also has their own pick-up window, which is really convenient for those who ordered online. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon and although there was a line forming to place orders, there were still many open and available seating areas in the restaurant. There are also 2 individual family restrooms, which are spacious and well kept. When it came time to place our order, I noticed their "White" option which consisted of: parm-romano sauce, fresh mozzarella, special T sauce, truffle ranch, and cracked black pepper. I decided to upgrade my order by adding chicken, bacon, grated parmesan, spinach, and topped off with the truffle ranch. The hubs customized his order so I cannot recall what was in it. Thankfully for drinks, they had sparkling water, but they also have an assortment of their special obscure flavored sodas. The hubs order the Sweet Root Beer, which was actually pretty good. It kinda tasted like there was maybe a hint of clover or anise? Idk, maybe I really can't identify specific flavors. All I know is that it was real good. I also really enjoyed my fancy upgraded white pizza. Crust was nice and crispy on the bottom and edges, then soft in the middle. I was surprised by how much I really liked it and I wanna say that the secret ingredient might have been the truffle ranch sauce. I loved it so much, I just wish my stomach would have more room to finish the whole thing but I could only finish about 3/4 of it before deciding to just bring home the leftovers. The pizzas are over $10, which is kind of a lot...but they make it to order, it's very customizable/individualized, and the ingredients are fresh. As my husband says, &Pizza is consistently good and delicious, no matter where you go. The place itself was pretty good. All the employees working were attentive, friendly, and considerate. I had not found the background music to be distracting or deafening, and the tables/chairs/restrooms were exceptionally clean. I will say though, that while we're arrived until we left, I haven't seen anyone regularly disinfect/clean the tables after a few customers have used the same area, but I guess the customers have been responsible cleaning up after themselves. I'd definitely recommend checking out &Pizza when you're in the area, especially when you cannot decide where or what to eat. read more

I'm not sure if I was just really hungry when I ordered this pizza because usually, i can only eat half at a time. I ate the whole dang thing while I was driving for work. Additionally, I only felt really full, right before I ate the last piece. What made me want to write this review though, was the friendliness of the person who gave me my piece of pizza. (I wish I had asked what her name was). Honestly, if it hadn't been for her and her attitude, I don't think that I would've remembered to write a review about this restaurant. I recently discovered this new location by pure chance. I was actually in the shopping center and I noticed their little sign. I have been a fan of this pizza restaurant for some time now so I made it a point to come back today for lunch. I went fir the American Honey signature pizza, because I've had it for lunch more than a couple times. What makes it unique is the goat cheese and the spicey tomatoes that they add. When I came in, nearly every table was occupied with people already eating, but soon after I completed my order a place close to the front opened up. Don't use their app to order online because, as another reviewer said, it's INACCURATE. We ordered the Pineapple Jack'd and added it to our bag as is. But the description on our order came up as no pineapple and no jalapeños. We ordered this particular pizza specifically for the pineapple and jalapeños! Server didn't believe me when I told him we didn't intentionally or accidentally omit these items. Extremely frustrating. I wasn't lying!!! Maybe there was a glitch with the app? Who knows, but I was NOT lying! With our American Honey pizza, the server admitted they got it wrong by adding the goat cheese we omitted on our order. There was a lot of it, and the cheese had melted on everything so we couldn't just pick it off. Instead of offering to remake the pizza, he said I needed to go to the back of the line and place a new order. It was a LONG line! Really?!!! The server also said they would keep the pizzas we didn't want if I went back in line to re-order...like he was doing me a favor. OMG. I understand the pineapple pizza was questionable from his end, but I didn't even get an apology for the pizza they clearly got wrong. And a place with decent customer service would have remade the pizza they admitted to making a mistake without me having to get in a long "walk-in" line and start over.
