My go-to sandwich is the 'Mount Vernon', who would have thought that slices of Granny Smith apples would give a sandwich a lift. Maybe one day they'll either correct the prices or give the customers a fairly decent amount of meat for the price. Bklyn Jay

The staff is super. Susanne outstanding!…read more Our latest sandwich favorite is the BLT, bacon, spring mix, and genuinely tasty tomatoes. It comes with avocado and mayo, neither of which we like, and I ordered without them. Unfortunately we received avocado. I brought them back and explained the mix-up. Susanne, one of the servers, took them and came to our table with fresh sandwiches. I bit into mine and tasted onion and it had the mayo herb spread on it. I debated throwing it away for about 30 seconds but brought it back and Susanne (susie) who had replaced the first sandwiches cheerfully said "I've got you" and replaced it with a new one, no mayo, no avocado, no attitude, and I really was so grateful and of course enjoyed every bite. My sister loves the chocolate chip cookie and when they realized they were out Susanne intervened and said a new batch was coming and would be ready in 20 minutes. So my sister and I ate and by the time we were finished I went to the counter and Susanne brought out the still warm cookie. My sister is handicapped and it's one of the quicker, brighter restaurants as I can open the door closer to the handicapped parking for her which saves her steps she would need to reach the main entrance. She gets a booth and i order the food and drinks. I'm given a number to display on the table so we can have the drinks and chat and the server brings the food. We get to be leisurely since it's never been crowded when we go, usually in the afternoon. Someone always checks to see how we're doing and clear any dishes sometimes even getting refills for us. Kudos to one of our favorite restaurants. Thank you Susanne for your great service! They have a handicapped stall in the restroom and my sister is able to go alone on her walker. Ew. Most disgusting place to EVER GET FOOD! I walked in the establishment ordered a medium pizza.. sat waited while they were making it NONE of the cooks used GLOVES??. They were touching my cheese my dough my sauce BARE HANDS... GUESS WHAT I asked for a refund after seeing this the manager ANITA (curly haired woman with glasses) started screaming im a b**** threatened me because after I said I don't want the pizza she asked why I said NO COOKS NO ONE ARE WEARING GLOVES. She said we'll make you another I declined and said I just want a refund that's when she said she wanted to call the police if you're familiar with the area there's always a police in the shopping center so I said Fine! Let's go talk to them they're right outside.. she cussed at me and caused a big scene I ASKED FOR CORPORATES NUMBER. SHE GAVE ME HER FRIENDS NUMBER!). Guess what he said. There's nothing they can do about it WHILE LAUGHING? I wish I recorded the conversation it was SO UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL!. the dude didn't even know what I was talking about I asked for corporate after talking to him and he said no I asked for a higher up got turned down. Not to mention my friend WORKED HERE FOR 2 WEEKS AS A DRIVER AND DIDNT RECEIVE A CHECK. HE SAID "let's look at the cameras to see if you're telling the truth my friend had all time stamps from clock in to clock out along with delivery orders he said they said the CAMERAS DONT WORK! Never got paid or even seen a check. This place is ran by obnoxious workers. DISGUSTING environment. I've ordered from this place about 6 times, orders that exceed $50. Usually, it's been for delivery. The past 2 times when I ordered, it was for pick up and due to these experiences, I will not return. I was standing waiting to be helped for about 5 minutes, the shocking thing is that there were only 3 other people in there, who were sitting. There was an older man behind the counter and young lady cleaning tables and sweeping... I waited... waited... and waited. Apparently, he hadn't seen me because he was so busy caught up on his cell phone. Finally, he looked up, but I was already fed up, I walked away. The second time, it was during lunch time. I placed my order to go. Again I stood there for about 15 minutes, while my food was just there ready to be bagged. I've never experienced such poor customer service. Another thing, I ordered some wings a few nights ago, and that was the only thing I ate that night. I found myself in the bathroom a few times that night due to an upset stomach and unstoppable puking. But hey... what can you expect from a chain place?! read more

I recently became a Paisano's customer... The food's not that great, I usually just order small things like chicken tenders or salad. Well, yesterday was my last. My boyfriend ordered for pickup and I couldn't honestly believe what I saw. As I was getting out the car and making my way to the door, I stopped in astonishment. It seemed like some sort of argument was going on in the side where the pizza is made. I saw this tall man, who I believe is the manager, literally throwing a pizza on the floor towards one of the cooks. This didn't surprise me because I had seen it happen before, but what really hit me was seeing him yell and yell and keep yelling at the cook. Everyone just stood there listening and did nothing. I honestly could not believe my eyes. Before, I had witnessed another argument between someone and the same person, and I'm just shocked that it keeps and nothing is being done. So I'm not going back to this or any other Paisano's... I'm sure they have cameras where they see what's going but don't bother to do anything. read more

I just moved in around the area, and I saw a few take out places I wanted to try. Paisano's was the first, and I ordered a large Paisano's Supreme pizza. It was by far the best pizza I've had in awhile, and I've had pizza from three or four other places so far. You can try Papa John's or Domino's or whatever, but Paisano's had the best pizza. It looks like it came straight out of a commercial and tastes that good too. When I came to pick up that first pizza, I could see that they make the dough and the pizza right there in the store. I asked and found out they have locations all over the place, so I can order from work too. The employees smile and greet you when you walk in, and they try their best to fill out whatever your order is, even strange ones. I'm definitely going to try their other menu items too, the steak and cheese sub looks good. If you live near a Paisano's, call in. I haven't been disappointed yet and I doubt I will. read more
