They got me in and out in about 2 hours or so vehicle running smooth. The Tech David was very knowledgeable and professional both Dylan and David made this the reason why Jiffy lube is always my only choice for my needs. Upon my arrival at 11:55, I gave my information and keys accordingly. After waiting 35+ minutes for them to take my vehicle into the garage, I was told my front-end tire alignment was off and would cost $129 to align it. I recently had the vehicle aligned less than 2 months prior because I had new shocks, struts, and springs installed. I told them I would like to talk to the previous company that did the alignment and did not want the service. After waiting an additional 30+ minutes, I was told to come to the back, where I was shown massive chips out of the inside of my tire due to their improper removal of the tire from the rim.
