Then one mechanic says all my sway bars have play and all the gaskets are leaking showing me a video. Then it took them almost 40 minutes to get a quote they said $1,300 which is insane. There are better local places that need you to support them and them to take care of you. I went to Hickman Auto and was roughly quoted which was fine until he can look underneath the van said about $700 and that's if everything failed at the same time. So be careful get 3 quotes and stay away from this place that took 40 minutes compared to the other mechanic 5 minutes.

One of the three things, they could not hear noise (which was very obvious). Did not need a diagnostic of entire vehicle or ask for it, from Diagnostic, had long list of items to repair that I did not ask for. Just paid for diagnostic and left. Felt very scammed and ripped off. Would not recommend. Had previously been to Campbell Automotive with no issues but was not the case now. Very disappointed and felt cheated. Took the vehicle home and had it fix in a day and it ended up being an issue I had expressed to them twice I thought could be the potential problem. The owner seems like a nice enough guy and didn't charge me anything but I was still out 5 weeks of not having my vehicle. My biggest complaint is the treatment I received from the guy in the front office at the desk. He needs to learn how to speak to customers.

We've never met in person, but you have met my brother who brought in my 2016 Nissan in your shop. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable oil change - only $35! I was always under the impression that services for my car would be cheap. So, I was worried about the engine light because sometimes it relates to the CVT transmission. They tested it and fixed the issue! The safety switch still works. If the light comes back on, I'll definitely bring my car back to this shop.

So we did as they said, three months later our truck broke down from the same problem, they did not want to honor the warranty for parts or the work.
