All you need to do is call them and they will send one to your phone number immediately. They do check your fluids and top them off. With all that said, I have had a couple of issues here. One time they broke a piece that goes into my oil filter. They could not get the part to fix it that evening, however, they got me at least able to use my truck. They got the part the next day and I had to come in and they installed it. They also gave me a free oil change to make up for it. The other issue I had was that they put water in my windshield washer reservoir in late winter and it froze up and wouldn't spray. That stinks when there's salt on the roads. I have learned to ask what they're using each time when I go. If it's late winter or early spring I bring my own for them to put in.

The last 5 minutes was because only one technician knew how to use the computer to charge the customers. Imagine my shock at finding out that a simple, no-frills oil change cost $117 plus tax! I was rushed for time and needing an oil change before heading out on a 6 hour road trip to pick up a horse the next day. My dad offered to take my truck somewhere for me while I was at work, and Trinity was able to fit it in. I knew the truck needed a new fuel filter in the near future which they said they could go ahead and replace, but when they tried it wouldn't fit. My dad was told "It's the right one but a different style" or something of that nature so they put the old one back in. No, what actually happened is somewhere during this visit, someone broke the cap on my fuel filter and didn't bother to say anything. Fast forward to the next day, I am in Pennsylvania hauling 7,000 pounds behind me and begin to smell diesel. My dad said they spilled a bunch messing with the filter so I didn't think much of it until the truck starts smoking and I realize I'm getting about 5 miles to the gallon. Diesel was spewing all over my engine from the broken fuel filter cap. I am very lucky the truck did not blow up on the highway. Do you have any idea how expensive it is to have a truck, steel trailer, and horse transported 3 hours home on a minutes notice? I know this is a Christian establishment so maybe they at least said a prayer for me and for that I am very thankful, but I'm pretty sure the Lord also encourages honesty and I experienced none of that. This is the same place that a while back tried charging me $500 for a new timing belt because "mine was torn". Sorry guys, that car has a timing chain, which is fully intact, and to my knowledge chains don't "tear".

What should have been a standard service appointment quickly turned into a humiliating ordeal due to the actions of an older mechanic on staff 6/8. From the moment we arrived, the unprofessionalism was staggering. The mechanic made snarky, derogatory comments about my husband to another customer right in front of him, and then deliberately ignored my husband's presence until he was forced to step forward. Even then, the mechanic refused to greet him and simply snatched the keys. The situation escalated unnecessarily when the mechanic became aggressive, falsely claiming our car's windows were illegally modified and tinted. Despite my husband remaining completely calm, polite, and explaining that the windows were factory-standard, the mechanic used it as an excuse to double down on his hostility. It was entirely clear that this was not just a case of poor customer service, but targeted bias. No paying customer should ever be subjected to this level of disrespect and malice. If you "look different", I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere to avoid being humiliated by this staff's ignorance.
