When I selected new custom wheels online, this was the recommended vendor for installation…read moreaccording to the brand website. It didn't take long for them to receive the new wheels and tires, but I had to wait days longer for them to have time for the installation appointment. After spending hundreds to get better wheels and tires, I started getting flats. Turned out they re-used my old, damaged stems in my expensive new tires. I had to pay someone else to change the stems on all my tires after experiencing 2 flats. (Before I knew why I got the first flat, I tried to get them to help get me back on the road- they said they couldn't schedule me for a whole week-understaffed.) Fortunately they have a nice waiting room. Bring a book for the long waits and prepare to inspect any work done here. I will not be going here again.

A quick heads-up to first-timers: keep an eye out, or check the photos online beforehand to get a better idea of what to look for. The shop has a charming, "old school" setup--customers wait outside, and there's a friendly, small-town vibe where people chat and pass the time together. It felt like a little community hangout spot. If you're planning a visit, I'd recommend going on a cooler day or bringing a cold drink, especially in the summer. Since the seating is outdoors, it can get pretty warm. The staff and mechanics were very polite and respectful. Despite the heat, they worked efficiently and with great care. I really appreciated their dedication and the welcoming atmosphere.

Let me also add that they have free coffee and snacks in their waiting area, which is a really nice treat.

I am disappointed with my recent experience at this service center, where I had been a loyal…read morecustomer for years. Recently, after a heat shield fell off my exhaust on a long drive, I brought the car in for repair. I had replaced the entire exhaust system just six months earlier, so I was surprised when they quoted nearly $1,000 for the heat shield, claiming it was not included in the prior work. After discussion, the manager agreed to cover it. However, this left me questioning the clarity of their previous service descriptions. While the car was in the shop, they recommended replacing the rear sway bar. The estimate instead referenced "rear suspension" at around $700, even though I had replaced the full suspension (front and rear) only two years ago. Again, they stated the prior work did not cover this component. These inconsistencies have seriously damaged my trust. When I returned to pick up the car, an employee handed me a broken key (the electronic component had detached). Staff then made rude comments, suggesting I find another service center and telling me they no longer wanted me as a customer. A manager joined the conversation and the interaction became confrontational. The main issues appear to be vague terminology, poor communication about what parts are included in repairs, and unprofessional handling of customer concerns. As someone who is not a car expert, I felt misled and no longer confident in the services I had paid for over time. This experience has cost them a long-time loyal customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
