It didn't take long for them to receive the new wheels and tires, but I had to wait days longer for them to have time for the installation appointment. After spending hundreds to get better wheels and tires, I started getting flats. Turned out they re-used my old, damaged stems in my expensive new tires. I had to pay someone else to change the stems on all my tires after experiencing 2 flats. (Before I knew why I got the first flat, I tried to get them to help get me back on the road- they said they couldn't schedule me for a whole week-understaffed.) Fortunately they have a nice waiting room. Bring a book for the long waits and prepare to inspect any work done here. I will not be going here again.

They would not allow me to pull my own vehicle in the garage. I went to the waiting room where I could see them put my car on a lift and then proceed to inspect, but he guy had several other people come over and look at it, appears to have gotten on the phone with someone while inspecting, then comes our way later to tell me it's failing due to my head light housing being cracked and my motor mounts, it'll be $1400.... Mind you this is our spare vehicle, which has been driven a grand total of maybe 200 miles since my last inspection, and likely not even valued at $1000... The headlight has been slightly cracked (no moisture, light works) for 3 years and has passed inspection on that each time, as for the motor mounts... I took the car elsewhere (my normal place later in the week) for a second opinion and was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with them, the vehicle is 22 years old and the slight movement they allow is not only expected but also not near enough for concern.. worth the fee if $30 to get a second opinion. I felt as if they preyed on me for taking up their time since they would have not profited off of my car.

The inspection sticker was expired and we did insist on a new inspection being performed before we would purchase. Well, a new sticker was on it when we came back and the brakes had been repaired. There was the inspection list sheet in the glove box that it had passed. When it was time for inspection again, it would not pass (we had put less than 4000 miles on it that year). It seems all the cables of the emergency brake were broken. We were told there was a very strong possibility that they were broken when we purchased the car because all three would not likely break at the same time. It was apparent that a sticker had been put on without checking everything. It should have failed. They didn't want to have to pay to repair anything else! They did talk my granddaughter into an extended warranty that covers not much of anything. I've been trying to cancel that for nearly three months now but no one replies to me. The car had 163500 miles when purchased and we still have put less than 10000 miles in over two years on it. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!​​

My mother in law took her vehicle here because it wouldn't start. Not sure what they did, but they…read moregot it to start. They charged her $229 for a "new" battery. A few days later, it wouldn't start again so she called me. (6/18/23). When I looked under the hood, she still had the same battery I installed in September of 2022. It was obviously not new. It still had the 8/22 manufactured date sticker on it and terminals were scarred up from it being in her van for the last year. Trying to give Wymers the benefit of the doubt, we called them and they insisted they installed a new battery. Her receipt said the same. We asked them if we could bring the battery back for a refund, and they agreed. When removing the battery, I found another indicator that Wymers never even took her battery out. The battery tie-down bolt and nut, were seized and obviously haven't been undone since last September. There's no way they could have removed her battery without taking the tie down off. When I attempted to take the battery tie down out, the bolt sheered off after about 3 turns. We even matched the serial number on the battery to the receipt of when we bought the battery in September. I wouldn't trust this place with a matchbox

I am a 60+ lady and I did not go to high school with his dad and my family name was not a familiar one (you have to remember where we are) and so I was fair game, I guess. I left with a 300$+ battery. Now that I've read the other review (also an older lady who wound up with a new battery) I'm going out to check it is actually there. This kind of stuff gives the Valley and the good people who live here a bad name.
