The girl at the front immediately gave me a pair of slippers to change into and took my shoes and coat and stashed them away in the back. I was then escorted to the changeroom where they had robes to change into if you wished. This place was beautiful and very clean! The change room has 2 big showers and bathrooms. Towels are also provided as well as a few communal toiletries (deodorant, soap, lotion, individual razors etc.) Although I didn't use them I thought it was a nice touch. They also provide lockers that have a code so you can lock up your items. They have a lounge area with a few accent chairs where you can relax for a bit in between services. There's also a mini bar with assorted beverages and small snacks that you can help yourself to while you're waiting. My foot massage was wonderful. Tinkerbell did a great job and I definitely recommend her. Since she's an RMT it was covered through my insurance. I loved everything about this place and would definitely return. The staff provided great customer service.

Experience was good but not satisfactory. I've noticed that she did not take time in scrubbing my foot while my co-workers are getting their foot scrubbed and callus removed. You noticed that there was not even any flakes on the cloth she used for me because she did scrub them for a minute or less. I was observing how the other ladies are doing my friends' and they were all taking the time to scrub. I haven't had spa for years so there's no way that there's nothing to remove. I did not want to ask or complain as I did not want her to feel humiliated as everyone would hear for sure. It couldn't be possible that she forgot as she should be trained on how to do it and should take time to give an excellent spa experience.
