We had the rosé, an espresso martini (which can be hit or miss for me, but this one was amazing), and a cocktail made as a substitute for the Ricky Martinez, which was out. The sub was excellent. The rosé was dry and tart, so it depends on your taste. For food, we had the shishito peppers and the hot pretzel. The peppers were fine--lightly salted--but I've had better. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! I came here early evening for a drink with my service dog. It was a nice day and I wanted to sit outside. There were plenty of empty tables. I politely asked the host if I could sit outside. Instead of welcoming me she immediately questioned me about my dog. She asked if he was a service dog. I said yes. Then she asked for what purpose. That question is illegal and disrespectful. I explained I could show his ID but that is not even necessary for outdoor seating. Then the real problem appeared. An older man, he is the manager, came over and was extremely rude. He told me to leave in a hateful way. This man was aggressive, disrespectful, and by far the worst person I have ever encountered in New York hospitality. When I tried to speak to him he moved toward me like he was ready for a fight. Completely unacceptable behavior. When I showed my dog's service ID, he suddenly tried to act normal and pretended there were some rules. Those so called rules did not apply to outdoor seating. His words and his look were filled with rude hostility. The way he treated me was not only rude but absolutely discriminatory. Later I checked Yelp and Google reviews. Many people have written the same thing about this man. Everything became clear. This is a pattern of abuse and racism. The manager is hateful, racist, and unstable. Do not go here. I came here for a friend's birthday and was immediately welcomed by the hostess. Once inside I notice the spaciousness. The space was very beautiful. Towards the back there are large sofas where you and your party can sit. It was dimly lit and had some cool art and decoration. The drinks were good but did not live up to their pricy price tag. After having dinner at Shmone, I found a reason to visit. We sat at the bar. My wife, wanting to keep it simple, ordered an espresso martini, something she's done100 times. Unfortunately, this happened to be the worst one. You couldn't pretend to enjoy it. She took 3 sips and had to tell the bartender something was "off". The bartender blamed it on not washing out the jigger, but i think it was the spirit choice. He was nice to not charge us and replace the drink. However, the wine she ordered neither tasted good or was chilled. My mezcal negroni was better but nothing memorable. Not everything about the visit was a miss. Whether it's an egg white matcha cocktail made with suntory whiskey or a cocktail with chamomile infused Maker's, every drink here feels expertly made and worth the $17-$19 you're about to spend on each drink. I appreciate that their menu has a section that specifies more spirit-forward cocktails vs. lighter ones too. The space is very cozy, with comfortable leather chairs and plush booth seating, and the music is not too loud that you have to shout to hear yourself. There's even a private back room area you can rent for parties and special events. I really wanted to give this place a try. But, they did not deliver. The service was horrendous and the staff was snobby. The staff was rude from hostess, to the bussers, to my server. The nicest person there was the security standing outside of the location. I arrived around 8 pm and there were no seats inside so they offered me a table on the patio. It wasn't cold out so the patio worked out just fine. After we were seated, it took about 15 minutes for a server to come and get our order. Then another 10 minutes to gives us waters. When my water was empty I had to beg a staff member for more water, which took another 10 minutes. The patio sets were wobbly and too close together. When the hostess sat the party next to us, the patrons couldn't fully get through the tiny gap between patio sets and bumped into our table spilling both glasses of water over, which spilled into my lap and all over the wooden patio table. The food menu is tapas, so if you're starving and looking for a meal this is not the place for you. We ordered the Mediterranean Hummus Plate and the Pub Sliders. My partner and I ordered the tapas together so we could eat them together. However, this was not the case. He got his hummus plate, finished it and I was still waiting for my sliders. 20 minutes after he was done eating, I finally got my sliders. The hummus plate was absolutely delicious. The Pub sliders were cooked medium and tasted like a burger from a hot lunch menu from elementary school. The bun the sliders came on was hard and tasted stale. Overall 0/5 for the sliders. Hummus plate 5/5. As for drinks, their drink menu is amazing - just not so much for the price point. I had their espresso martini, which was delicious and my partner had the paper plane. Both great drinks, which is why I added a star. I won't be back. Analogue is definitely a miss for me. read more

Life's been highly stressful recently, and I needed to get my drink ON. So my time at Analogue was serviced by every part of the "Spirit Forward" side of the menu, and my experience is blissfully coated by a nice haze of brown liquored state of mind. The Last Wish is a good kick-off bourbon married to more bourbon. The Montero and Fear the Fire get you nice and smokey. If you're not a desperate alky like me, you can try the Chamomile Old Fashioned or the Lavender Menace for something that won't have you seeing stars so soon. Service-wise, they forgot to put in my friend's tuna tartare order, so they gave us a round of Analogue cocktails in the house. Terrible experience, my husband and I came in early for a drink and wanted to sit in the leather chairs. Hostess said we couldn't sit there because a party was coming in. We were there for over an hour and no big party came in and there was plenty of room in the entire lounge area. When we brought it up to the hostess she snared at us and was not even sincerely sorry. The manager of the place was just as rude with his Australian accent. Pretty sure they are either racist or just plain not nice people. Drinks are overpriced and staff managed badly obviously! I started with an Aperol Spritz (delicious) then ordered a Whispering Angel rosé which was perfectly refreshing (watching too many Bravo shows). The bacon wrapped dates were phenomenal! I did not expect the bacon to be so thick and amazing. They also had a little kick of spice which added to the deliciousness. The bartenders were friendly and attentive + on top of it with water. Superb find while waiting for our table at the neighboring Mace bar. Analogue is a hidden gem with beautiful interiors, delicious appetizers and great cocktails. We started with our first round of drinks; Fear the fire (mezcal based cocktail), chamomile old fashion, espresso martini, house Sauvignon blanc complimented with a couple of flat breads. We went for a repeat order which is proof enough of how much we enjoyed it all. The staff seemed fun and the general vibe of the restaurant was super cool.
