It came out with two perfectly cooked sunny side up eggs with delicious textured pork bits. Pancit was well executed! I'll start by saying her lumpia is the BEST!! It's hot, crispy, and flavorful. And each roll is huge. I liked the pancit and the portion is large enough for 4. My only disappointment was that I wish it had more protein. Same with the teriyaki bowl. With the teriyaki bowl, we could have done with a little less sauce but it was packed with lots of yummy veggies. So I think next time I'll ask for extra protein. As for the service, it was great!! The service here was absolutely amazing, the family that owns this place are so sweet and friendly. I stopped here after a long day on the road delivering parcels from the inner city. They made sure I not only had a full belly but I also had a higher heart too. Living in Vegas for over 5 years people are beyond rude and feel entitled to have your business there is no love in your food. This place was a breath of fresh air. I would probably get a different sauce or more than one has I had a large order of 12, a the boba was the best I've ever had with soooo many boba pearls. Don't let the outward appearance deceive you! While it's on a block that looks largely abandoned, it's half a block off of the main drag, and close to the Fallon Theater (making it convenient if coming into town for the free films or for shopping). I found this place by accident (had lunch at the Mexican place next door), and checked their web page to make sure they were actually open (the place across from them is boarded up). I called, and was told that they do their chicken adobo without bones (a guess most American patrons are like me, and don't want the crunchy . . .), so went the following day -- Sunday -- for dinner. They have a fairly small family dining room, and the adjacent room is their bar, with a third (larger) room beyond that. Plenty of room for groups! The adobo was GREAT, the portion large enough for two, and flavorful. The lumpia are double the size that most places offer. While the price was also about what two people would spend, this gave me enough to bring home for a full meal later in the week. Analee is smart and personable, chatting when things were slow. It's a 60-mile round trip from my place to Analee's, and that's a trip that I will be making fairly regularly! read more

I ordered the Mongolian beef box and usually the noodles are thicker however these noodles were EXTREMELY overcooked. I wish it was good but I couldn't take more than 2 bites. For 23 dollars!! Give it up for Annalee! Keeping the community of Fallon fed and encouraging them to explore Filipino cuisine at her behest! There's more than meets the eye here. From the outside it looks like a typical small town restaurant, it step through that door and you have officially joined Annalee's family. In fact, the whole city of Fallon and everyone in the Naval Air Station are her family now and Annalee is the Filipino mama or Aunty that keeps them all in line. Annalee and her husband also keep a small farm at home too and a lot of what they produce at home winds up feeding the family and friends that visit the restaurant. A group of us were in Fallon for a special event and were lucky enough to have lunch set up here. Annalee prepared her Filipino bbq chicken and pork, both were deeply marinated and delicious with a nice charred flavor from the grill. Pancit canton was up next snd this was well seasoned and the chicken was nice and tender. Then came the shrimp fried rice, and while it looked simple, it had all that yummy crispiness you can only get from high heat. The food is fresh, made on the spot, and one meal can feed the whole navy base in our town! I was amused that I brought my little aunt here for lunch, and the mountain of a meal almost buried her. The chicken pancit has no MSG, few salt, fresh vegetables and I love the rice vermicelli. Combo comes with pancit, adobo, rice, and lumpia. The lumpia is awesome and the abobo was very authentic. This was my first time trying Filipino food. The chicken adobo was very delicious and packed with a lot of flavors. The rice was perfectly cooked. There are some restaurants that cook rice and put a little too much water and get all soggy or too little water and the rice gets undercooked. The chicken pancit was definitely something else. It was a little different from what I am used to such as sweet potato starch noodles. It was still delicious and highly recommend it. I was amazed of the portion size. Analee definitely hooks you up with a lot of food. The filipino combo is something people wouldn't normally finish. I was hungry because it was my first meal of the day and I totally cleared it. Otherwise I would've saved some pancit and take it back to my room. The customer service is on point. She and her brother would go around making sure you got everything you need and make sure the food was good and nothing else was missing. She takes care of you and makes sure you walk out full and want to come back for more. As I walked in, I knew from the start that the food is going to be awesome. The restaurant had that authentic asian feeling to it. The same feeling when you go to a hole in the wall and you know it is going to be good compared to going to a fancy restaurant and get the same food but more expensive for no reason and doesn't taste as god as the hole in the wall place. After over 40 minutes we still hadn't received all of our food and what did come out came out separately so we just ended up sharing. I came in here today for a late lunch take-out order. We got two Filipino combo meals plus six pork lumpia. The owner was friendly and handed me an amazing amount of delicious food. The lumpia were crispy and flavorful and came with a generous side of sweet chili sauce. The pork adobo was a wondrously rich dish of tender slow cooked meat in a tangy brown gravy - perfect on top of the steamed rice. The chicken pancit might be my favorite dish with perfectly fried little slivers of cabbage and carrots. Definitely recommend this place. We will be back! read more
