First time here and unfortunately my last. My friend and I made appointments for 5:30pm and our nail tech didn't get to us until 6:20pm. Not to sound dramatic but 50 minutes of waiting off of an appointment, NOT a walk in, defeats the purpose of booking an appointment. It would have been nice if they at least put product in the foot tub while our feet was soaking but instead we're sitting in cold water for 50 minutes. I don't think they should accept appointments if theres not enough nail techs available at that time. My friend and I could have gotten something to eat before then. The time we finally started is the time we should have been done. I will say the place does look nice and gives off that spa like vibes but it did not match the service we got. Their basic pedi start at $38 which is higher than the places I've gone to. So I figured it would be better. My nail polish could have been painted closer to the edge of my nail and my friend's one toe nail was trimmed in a slant. read more

I really wanted to love this place, but there was a lot going on when I went there that contributed to the 2 star review. I'll try to be brief. This was my 1st visit here in over 5 years. I made an appointment yesterday afternoon for a dip French manicure for today at 4:30pm. When I got there at 4:25, I waited over 40 minutes after my appointment time of 4:30 to be helped. When they told me to pick my colors, I wanted a Tiffany blue with a metallic gold tip. They didn't have metallic dip options. Only glitter. I'd really like to see more variety for dip. Tina helped me. She wasn't very personable. She was attentive to my needs though. When I explained my hand was starting to burn with the acetone in the plastic glove after about 8 minutes, she removed the glove and it felt better. When she used the dremel file to file away my old dip manicure, she would tell me to let her know if it starts burning. It never really did. I asked why I waited so long to be helped and Tina said they were very short handed today. There was a lot of construction going on in the adjoining building as they are expanding and remodeling the entire shop. That's well and good except there was a few minutes of a nail gun just going on and on, and it sounded like gun shots and everyone who didn't work there had a look of panic on their faces. That's problematic when we generally go to spas to relax and destress, you know?in the middle of my manicure, Tina alerts me that I can't do a French dip with a glitter dip. So she had to use a gel polish. That caused the finished look to be uneven because the glitter in polish separates easily and she had to keep bringing it back to the shaker machine and using big globs of polish to get the pigmentation right with the glitter tips. She also got some polish on my finger by accident, but she initially said I was done until I asked about removing the cured gel glitter polish on my skin. Then she obliged to remove it for me. I went in expecting to pay $45 for a dip manicure and ended up being charged $50. I used cash and there was no discount for cash. Overall experience wasn't good. I don't know if I'll be going back here again. There is potential, but I remember when this shop first opened and I thought with a creative name would be a unique experience. Maybe my expectations were too high. I wasn't blown away by my first visit years ago either, but it's more established now and I did expect more. read more

I had high hopes when I walked in and saw multiple technicians, lots of business, and a very clean and tidy environment. Unfortunately, the technician whom I saw was seemingly more interested in getting me out quickly as opposed to doing well. He hurt me a few times when grinding down the gel, just purely because he wasn't paying attention. They also just jumped straight at it, no prepping my nails or cuticles in anyway. If I'm paying $55 for a full set, I expect my cuticles managed also. I'm on the fence about coming here again. The manicure turned out decent, a little crooked in some places and a lot of gel left under my nails, but it looks professional. That's really the only good thing about it. My 92 old mother and I came infor pedicures. The nail technician that worked on my mother was absolutly wonderful. She was gentle and was very careful with my mothers feet and legs. Mine also did a wonderful job. We called that day and were able to make an appoitment. We were greeted and taken in right away when we arrived and were done with in 45 minutes. Great place. I used to go here monthly, then I moved away for school and haven't been here in a while. I'm back in town for the summer and decided to call and make an appointment for dip. I had an appointment at 1:00pm and I showed up about 7 minutes early to pick out my color. I walked in and was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone, so I wrote my name on the book and began to pick out my color. I sat for 15 minutes before someone acknowledged me and proceeded to put me in a pedicure chair where I waited for another 15 minutes without speaking to anyone. It was now 1:30 and no one had started on my nails. I put the color back and proceeded out the door when I was asked if I was leaving, why, and if I wanted an appointment at a later date. Me and my family had an appointment for 12 and they didn't acknowledge us for almost 15 minutes! Then my family got seated for a pedicure while i was waiting for my manicure. Someone recommended this place, so I tried it. They were very nice. The mani/pedi was well done better than the one I tried at another place. This one included a mini massage and exfoliation. The technician knew enough not to lop off my nails. I had a French pedicure and at first I thought what is she doing because the white was huge and sloppy BUT after applying she asked me how thick I wanted it and then with absolute precision she removed the excess with a paint brush, making perfect lines. I love it and what is better - I have had no chips even after traveling and it is almost 2 weeks. My only concern is cleanliness of utensils - I saw her remove them from a bag but am not sure they were cleaned between clients. If I go again I will ask and will bring my own file. She did use gloves which protects her but not me!! Do make an appointment because while I was there - a few stopped in and were turned away because they were booked. read more

Friendly staff, clean shop Have gotten acrylic nails here; the staff is super friendly, and the prices decent. My first set lifted a bit and when I went in for a fill, instead of chopping up the parts that lifted, the nail tech removed all of them and gave me a new set, at the same price as a fill .... I have not yet gotten a pedicure, but looking forward to it! The prices are in line with other shops. I highly recommend. went in on friday for a no chip fill, i called beforehand and asked for a price and was told $45. when i arrived i looked at the menu and no chip says it is $40. i proceeded to get my fill and i'm very dissatisfied and quite angered with the quality especially given the price after i added a snowflake sticker. i go to checkout and the price is now $60 for a sticker, i was not told it would be almost $20 for a sticker i really get the vibe that i am just being taken advantage of and the technician is setting her own prices just because she can. my cuticles were not pushed back and my nails are chipping only two days later. i still left a 20% tip because i always do regardless of service i think it's inhumane to not but i am very upset that in total i spent $72 and my nails aren't going to even last near two weeks because my cuticles were not pushed back and it's chipping on the sides already. read more

This place was lovely. Very nice and clean inside. My technician, Ashley, was so sweet and so knowledgeable and professional. I called to make sure I could walk in (which I highly suggest doing, they seemed fairly busy) and I could. Driving in I got a little confused (pro tip: it's behind the liquor store, lol) and Ashley on the phone patiently directed me in. Once I got there she greeted me by name and took very great care of me, and had great attention to detail. My only real complaint was that my nails started chipping that night. Admittedly, I can never keep regular polish on my fingernails, and I did decline gel and no-chip. Overall, I highly recommend this place, and Ashley! Also, this place only does cash tips, so unless you wanna hit an ATM with wet nails, handle that first. read more
