I have gone to this salon many times by myself and with my daughter. It is a very clean and friendly environment. We've had manicures and pedicures. Molly & Scott are excellent. Hannah is good. The rest are not great. My last no-chip gel manicure chipped in one day. They also never turn away walk-ins, which is good for walk-ins but not great for reservations. I've had to wait for my reservation because they accepted so many walk-ins. I've changed to a new nail salon which keeps reservations & has more qualified staff. read more

Amazing nail salon! I moved, but when I lived in Geneva this was my go to nail salon. I was back in town for the holidays and broke a nail. I called not thinking I would be able to get in but the owner, Molly, told me to come in and she would take care of me. Amazing customer service! Every time I am back in town I make it a point to come back because they are THAT good. I felt very comfortable being in there, everyone had a mask on and it was very clean. I came into get a full set with a design planning on spending around $40-50. I was failed to be briefed on my price until after they were completed and to my dismay the total came out to $70. As someone who does not get their nails done super often, I understand that prices vary with complexity. However, my design consisted of a few simple crossing lines over each other - not anything I would believe to cost $70. Aside from the nails, the COVID precautions were subpar as the place was completely packed and some of the guests thought that mesh/see through masks were sufficient. I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and Hanna did my nails and they came out AMAZING !! She made them exactly how I envisioned them and took her time making sure the shape was good and that they were all even. I made an appointment for my daughter and myself a week in advance. We arrived twenty minutes early. When they finished my daughter's nails they told me that the next appointment had arrived and I would have to leave. I asked if the next person could wait so I could be serviced. The manager was insistant that I would have to leave. I graciously expressed my dismay and my daughter and I left. I wanted it to be a nice day for us, and you can imagine how bad we both felt. I do not reccommend this salon. There are many beautiful nail salons in Saint Charles I will be going to a salon that honors appointments and treats their customers respectfully. read more

Amazing service. They did a wonderful job on my nails. We talked the whole time and they were great. I noticed that anytime a customer walked in they knew their name. I've never seen that before. Have been here twice in last two weeks. First time the service was fine but tech made me feel like a 20% tip was too low. Second trip I was hounded by tech to upgrade to the no chip. I told him I did not like the efffect it had on my nails. He still kept trying to upgrade the service. When I was drying my nails and he had gone on to the next customer he did the same thing. She also did not like what the gel did to her nails and told him so. He was still persisting when I left. Will probably not go back. read more

This is a newer Salon in the area, and I went because my boss recommended it. They had some sale for 15% off waxing and I was really excited! I can't get my nails done because I'm a biter and I'm still working on quiting. However, when I went in to get my eyebrows waxed, I had the greatest time! The lady...who's name could have been Michelle...I don't remember...was really sweet. She asked me exactly what I wanted done, and showed me halfway through to make sure it was good. I'd give them five stars, except I ended up being mildly allergic to their wax. I have really sensitive skin and I broke out really awfully around my eyebrows! Silly me for not thinking to ask first what kind of wax they use. But they looked gorgeous and it was really affordable! My mom went there the next week for her nails and they looked fabulous! I've been here a handful of times as its very close. Pedicures have been ok until this week. Called first to see if they could take me. They could, so I ran over. When I walk in there's like 5 staff members doing nothing. I'm seated right away and have a semi cordial woman working on me. The pedicure seemed much shorter than normal and when I got home my feet were in about the same condition as when I walked in! I was very dissapointed. Great friendly workers here. They take their time while doing your nails and offer free beverages like pop or water. They have SOOO many colors to chose from it's crazy. I get no chip here and it lasts anywhere between 2-4 weeks!! Or even longer if you are extra careful with your nails. Ket does my nails once a month and does them beautiful every time! I went in for a pedicure two days before Christmas without an appointment. They got me right in. The nail tech spent the most time I have ever been worked on at any other salon. I usually feel rushed at other places like they are trying to get me in and out to make room for their next customer. My pedicure looked awesome and here it is almost a month later and it has really held up! I was pleased to see that they knew all the clients that came through, asked how their mother was doing, etc..like they really connect with these women that are regulars. Instead of them just being another warm body and tip. I will definitely be going back! read more

I've never been more comfortable, relaxed or even laughed more at a salon than when I visit here If you want a luxury spa experience, then sure go pay an arm and a leg somewhere in Geneva. But if you just want a good place to get a last-minute pedi or mani, or want a regular spot to visit for the basics, I have gotten far better service and quality out of my visits here than even any of those. I did not have a terrible experience; but I have some issues with this salon. First off I am very experienced in sanitizing utensils (and my work area) with my job. I also expect things to be extremely sanitary when I go have my nails done. The fish tank (which I know has nothing to do with my nails) was FILTHY- so filthy the ASPCA should have been called to save those poor fish that were left to be swimming in it. It looked like a swamp. If the fish tank is that dirty- how much time is being spent on cleaning? There was no discide or cavicide sprayed on instruments- not even soap and water. A stand up salon typically will do that infront of you to show you that things are being cleaned. The girl who did my nails did a nice job painting them. But she checked her cell phone and was watching the tv while working on my nails. I wont be going back- and wouldnt recommend it. read more

Yesterday was my first time visiting aNAILogy Spa. It is conveniently located across from the main post office on Rt. 64 in back of the liquor store. I called ahead to make sure they had time. They did recommed making an appointment. Jen introduced herself to me in perfect English and did a fabulous job on my nails. She was pleasant and spoke perfect English. She was professional and easy to talk to. She took pride in her work and was obviously dedicated to the business. Today was my first time at this salon, and they get 5 stars from me! I love that it is close to my home and I walked in on a Wednesday at 1 pm for a no chip manicure and a pedicure. I also love that it is quiet in the salon! Some salons are way too chatty and loud. A very nice man named Scott helped me, he was very personable, friendly and did a great job on my nails. I had an allergic reaction earlier in the day on my feet from the grass at home, so Scott recommended a color change rather than a full pedicure, I appreciated that he didn't push me into a full pedicure with my sensitive skin. The gel polish selection is huge and all of the colors come with a matching regular polish. I am very happy with the look of the manicure and the color I chose! Would definitely recommend! I came here just yesterday. And i'm not happy with what i left with. I got my nails done by Hannah. And I asked for black, square gel nails. With the ring finger gold glitter and a line of gold glitter on all black nails. She not only started shaping before asking the shape, she put on three nails crooked. I showed her the picture. My nails are not only navy blue, but the thumbs are crooked & shaped very weirdly. HOWEVER. my mom came out satisfied, she got her nails done by the girl who always does her nails. I just left there where I received a Mani and pedi. It was awesome and the staff was nice and helpful. I'm new to the area, originally a southern girl! People are friendlier in the south and I wasn't sure what to expect at the nail salon. I was kind-of scared that the staff would be rude, but that was not the case!! I will definitely be going back. I have been going there for years and was happy with the service. Recently I stopped going because I had an appointment set up but there was a miscommunication with the appointment day. When I got there and we figured that the appointment was not correct they did not even try to fit me in. There is only one person who can do fills which is absurd if you are a nail salon. My no-chip PEELED the next day because their UV lights are cheap and require twice the time to cure, however, to their credit, they did redo for free after I complained. I had to sit under the UV for an extra 5 minutes per hand at the end. The tech burned my nail with the Dremel and OMG did it hurt! This has never happened before ANYwhere I have had my nails done. And they are always booked - go figure. Not cheap either. Look elsewhere. read more
