I've never seriously checked out their blanket and bedding section, but Korean blankets are supposed to be the bomb- mattress bedding that is super cooling and lightweight. He even pulled the tiles to a display to show me what they looked like under different colored lighting. They also offer services for custom tiling. Jason came out two times because we ended up getting measurement for our kitchen and restroom cabinets as well since wanted the same set for both restrooms and cabinets for color and feels. The process was so seamless and their quotes were by far the best in town. After all the measurement is done and we finalize our designs, we went in store to pick out our stone and handles. I think that was the only hard part of the whole process because they had so many choices for handles and stones to choose from. After all that is done, their installation team came out on the scheduled date and time we scheduled and got the whole thing done in less than 2 days. I even asked what do you know? Do i have half my orders? Is it in stock currently? I am picking up the order tomorrow, what can you tell me? And i was constantly provided with unhelpful non answers. Had we had to deal with this individual, we would not rate cabinet city so highly as there was not even a let me check with warehouse (right across in the adjacent building). There was basically a lack of knowledge or willingness to help (instead of saying i am not sure but i will find out, i get it there is no way of knowing). I am thankful Sherry was our go to person and i am also thankful to the warehouse staff who stepped up to help while the person behind the desk was ignoring customers and not even informing of a wait or someone going on break. Instead someone from the warehouse who picked my order came to me directly to help without me asking. Although every place has their pros and cons, i would say that this place is very lucky to have people like Sherry and the warehouse operators. In terms of product, i am not yet able to comment on the received materials as they are still in their boxes, but my wife and i do love the options at cabinet city especially compared to other companies out there. Pricing is more than fair as well. Picking up the order was also very straightforward and easy. So overall, the positives simply outweigh the negatives.
