From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and energy were evident. Every corner, surface, and hidden nook was cleaned with precision and care--nothing was overlooked. What truly impressed us was their commitment to going above and beyond. They didn't just meet expectations--they exceeded them. Whether it was tackling areas we hadn't even thought to mention or adding thoughtful finishing touches, their dedication to delivering top-tier service was clear throughout. My wife and I were blown away by the results and would recommend them without hesitation. If you're looking for a cleaning team that treats your home like their own and delivers with excellence, Sofia and David are the ones to call.

When I wrote this review I mistakenly thought the pricing was $700 for a regular service. In…read morereality this quote not correct on two levels first it was actually $620 not $700 . And secondly it was for, as the reply from the vendor states correctly, a deep clean not a recurring cleaning every month so the comment I made about purposely inflating the cost and not wanting the work was a mistake on my part. As it turned out their quote was only $140 higher than the company we went with. Their monthly quote was about $150 higher than the company we went with. These differences most likely have to do with their fixed costs of doing the job to their standards. I apologize to Cotton Brothers for my mistake. I am revising the review rating to four stars but as you can see it still shows 5 stars. And here's why: They still lose a star for their higher prices in a competitive business. That said I am also adding back that fifth star because they took the time and followed up, had kept their quote and if we weren't on a strict budget would most likely have accepted this offer just because they sincerely want to grow their business, have the confidence to push back and have the facts to back it up. This points to a company you can trust. Hard to come by in this wild north Texas market. JCG

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had been using FHC on a regular basis, however when I reported that my…read morestainless steel cooktop had been severely scratched and damage was done to a shutter, Carlos the owner, ignored my communication about the damage. Several texts and calls were unreturned. While, eventually, he did offer a free clean, the damages exceeded that amount. He then informed me, via text, that they would no longer clean my house. Carlos has ignored all my attempts to recover the remaining balance for repairs. His daughter, Emily, who also works with him, stood in my home, looked at the damages, told me I would get a call back and I was still ignored. The severe lack of professionalism is outrageous!

Do not use this company to clean your couch. They ruined a couch of mine…read more I had the unfortunate case of having the couch cleaned before it went into a storage unit that was an inside A/C controlled unit. I saw the streaks all over the couch and they said it was the water solvent they use and it will go away once the couch dried. I will admit it was my fault for taking their word as I had to immediately get the couch into storage after it was cleaned. I just pulled it out the other day and those streaks are still there. I cannot get them out. It had been year since the appointment so the company can't insure it. I offered to produce the store unit receipts backing up to the date of the original purchase to verify my story. Plus, I'm an interior photographer and have photos of the couch before it was streaked. Meta data on the pictures to prove the dates. They didn't even try to work with me. I will fault myself for not double checking. However, if you have to double check a company's work, they definitely aren't worth their services.

Walo Maids is AMAZING!…read more They first cleaned my 1bed/1 bath loft on December 16, 2011 and after I came home from work to see the magic they created I immediately signed up for bi-weekly service. It's easy for me because I have a hectic schedule. With Walo, I do not need to be at home when they come to clean. I tell me building's concierge to provide Walo with a key. I was a little worried at first when I was looking for a maid service. Since I wouldn't be at home while, who to trust was a huge deal and it's extremely hard to find a reputable company with affordable prices. I trust Walo because of their great score on BBB. I called other BBB accredited maid services and they all wanted to charge me between $100-$200. With Walo I only pay $65 every other week!! That's amazing for the quality, trustworthy service that they provide. The customer service is also perfect. I sent them an e-mail regarding my service and Carlos, the general manager, responded within the hour. When I opened the door to my apartment it smelled incredibly fresh. Even my two cats were like 'Where are we, where's all our fur?!'. Needless to say, I recommend Walo to anyone!
