If I could give 0 stars I would. I took a short in to have a monogram on the cuff. I provided a photo of exactly what I wanted. When I picked it up, it was it centered the way I asked and the gal at the counter said it was her fault and apologized. Fine. The quality of the embroidery was very poor, you could see the white shirt through the blue thread in several areas. In addition, the lower case "j" was dotted but not the lower case "i". When I pointed these two things out, the employees (not the one who apologized) got rude and belligerent as if it was somehow my fault that rules of writing small letters exist. The gentleman kept asking me what I wanted him to do about it. I replied, I just want you to fix it. He threw up his hands and stomped to the back room. This left the poor lady behind the counter looking embarrassed and I felt terrible for her. She looked at me and said I am not sure what to do. I told her a good start would be to refund my money which she did, again with an apology. When I got home, we realized that the monograming was so off center it was in the back of the cuff so would not be seen by anybody and again, terribly off center. I am not clear how when a customer shows you a picture of exactly what they want, you do it so horribly wrong. The shirt is ruined as, if you take the thread out, the shirt will have hundreds of holes. I reached out to these folks and suggested that they replace the shirt and have heard nothing. Perhaps they feel that since they are the only game in town they can afford to treat customers this way. Perhaps they are just rude people. I will not use them again (there are other games in town) and, I will never recommend them. Do yourself a favor and do not use them.
