After putting on the 2nd she said well I need you to make a decision there is no more time so we left. It know have learned it was the owner of the company treating customers the way she did. Unfortunately, my daughter wanted one of the dresses so I called ahead to have it ready for me to come purchase and I mentioned there was three stains on it thinking they would get it off before I picked up the dress, but they didn't they agreed to take 10% off so I agreed to take it and clean it myself and they said they would stream it free of charge. I brought the dress back and the owner took it I said I got the stains out and I just needed it steamed she said ok. I was notified 2 days later it was ready I went to pick it up the owner said I owed $45 I said why she said we cleaned it I said that is not what I asked you to do and I would not pay the charge. She said you told me to clean it and steam it when you dropped it off and I said no I did not she said yes you did -basically calling me a liar. We will NEVER go back to this shop again I can't get over the rudeness of the owner of this small business. Shoppers BEWARE!!

She felt like a princess in all of the dresses she tried on. I will definitely be purchasing gowns from Prom USA in the future. Oh and they have tuxedoes as well! They make it a one stop shop at Prom USA. The store has some really great sales too. I couldn't believe they had a $25 rack of dresses. The employees have great service with a smile & really try to help you.

I had a recommendation from this place for having cheaper dresses and good quality so I gave a try. The owner was really nice to me when I set my appointment and when I got there she treated me really well in her simple and honest way about the dresses that looked better on me not based on prices. Her dresses are all under $600 and I got mine for $300! I wanted some alterations to do still, but it was still so much worth it!!!! The only thing is that she'll not gonna have a bunch different sizes and quantity for each style because she gets the dresses with better prices only, but to be honest, I couldn't find any other place that would have dresses under $800, so I was really surprised with finding this store!

One of them even went so far as to call the owner and ask her why she wouldn't work with me. The owner of Elegant Expressions called and left me an ugly voicemail telling me that they would never sell me another dress. Since we knew we were running a little behind, we called ahead and asked if they could wait just five more minutes, and we were led to believe that wouldn't be a problem. We made it there with only minutes to spare, but instead of being greeted or even spoken to, the employees looked directly at us, refused to open the door, and simply walked away. We waited outside, hoping someone would at least come explain the situation or apologize, but instead two employees walked out, got into their car, and drove away without saying a single word or acknowledging us. After making a five-hour trip, this was beyond disappointing. What hurt the most wasn't that they were closing--it was the complete lack of communication, professionalism, basic courtesy, and respect. A simple conversation or apology would have gone a long way. Instead, we were made to feel like we didn't matter at all. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If this is how they treat customers before they even walk through the door, I can't imagine how they treat people inside. I would never recommend this business based on the way we were treated.
