The stores that did had an extremely limited collection. After scouring the city I finally came across a dress Happyland in Greenbriar Mall. Happyland is a children's specialty store that carries special occasion dresses, suits, tuxedos, uniforms, shoes, purses, jewelry and other and accessories. With such a vast selection my niece must have tried on nearly 10 dresses. For just $60 we found the perfect satin sage green calf length dress with beading. She loved looked awesome in that dress and I will definitely go back as other special events arise. They sell clothing for infants through size 16 so we'll be able to shop there until she's at least fourteen. The owner was really nice to me when I set my appointment and when I got there she treated me really well in her simple and honest way about the dresses that looked better on me not based on prices. Her dresses are all under $600 and I got mine for $300! I wanted some alterations to do still, but it was still so much worth it!!!! The only thing is that she'll not gonna have a bunch different sizes and quantity for each style because she gets the dresses with better prices only, but to be honest, I couldn't find any other place that would have dresses under $800, so I was really surprised with finding this store!

The owner refused and said she could have them shipped and that they would arrive the night before my wedding. When I said I would rather not have to wait, what if there is an issue, they told me that was the only option if I were to buy from them. I called around to other retailers with the same dress (none of whom had the dress in the right sizes on their rack) and they all were blown away by the lack of customer care that was shown by Elegant Expressions. One of them even went so far as to call the owner and ask her why she wouldn't work with me. The owner of Elegant Expressions called and left me an ugly voicemail telling me that they would never sell me another dress. No worries, I wouldn't buy another thing from this unprofessional establishment.
