they have some nice items at the locust grove location. so me and my daughters came in to get some…read moreshirts made. a very nice woman told me to speak to the lady at the back counter. i get to the counter and she notices us but never said ill be right with you. she continued to work on her project and i didnt want to interrupt because i didnt know if she needed to focus. so i continued to wait for about 5 minutes or so and it appeared that she was done. she went and sat at her desk and began to work on the computer. the desk was at an angle to where she could see us and her screen. again not a single word. i said hi. are you ******** i dont remember her name. she said yes. i asked if she could help me and she proceeded. inside i wondered if i never would have said anything she would have let me stand there waiting till they closed. i got a quote and went to the front to pay. gave them my logo that i needed was told it will be ready sometime next week. called friday at the end of the week and she was not able to locate the order. asked for my number to call back. never received a call. my husband called in and the owner (male) wanted to speak to my husband personally. he was very apologetic and said he was waiting on an email for the logo. we informed him that we gave them the logo and made copies. he said he will get them done asap. we called yesterday and spoke to him and said he will send us a picture so we can approve it and he can get them done, by today to be exact. we received nothing. a call a picture nothing. i called today to follow up and they again said they will have to look for it. so far this has been the worse customer service i have ever received from a local business. hope fully they will complete the work that i paid for and i will never do business with them again. for future customer i hope you think twice before going to them. again i am speaking of the locust grove location.

I was trying to ask questions, just to understand the types of services that they offered, and she talked to me in a very rude tone. When I was asking what I could do about removing the patch myself, she went on to continue to talk to me as if I was a child--if not like I was stupid. The other people there were a bit more helpful and more understanding, but the attitude that I encountered today was enough to make me never go back to any Serendipity location ever again!

It is small and personable and you can get in and out with ease. The store carries, bags, scarves, hats, jewelry and other accessories. For that very special occasion bling, they carry decorative, (jeweled), tiaras, combs and barrettes and whatever you might need. I find it really difficult to find adult hair accessories that are reasonably priced. The only option is really the kiosks that you see in the mall but the ones I like are from $20 to $30. At this store, the accessories are way more affordable. The owner/manager was very helpful, even trying on pieces for me to see and holding up items for me to photograph. I was able to send the picture to my daughter and have her select the item that she wanted. It was perfect! This is a great place for teens who need special accessories for prom, homecoming or any other special event and for women who might be celebrating a special anniversary or preparing for a holiday party. Services are great and prices are more than reasonable. Definitely worth the drive!

After my contracted terms I returned to the store to receive my unsold items and payment for any…read moresold items. I was informed a check was issued and said I had not receive it. The owner said she would follow-up with her accountant but she had not been advised of any checks not clearing. As of today, a month later, I have not received a follow-up call on the outstanding payment. I even wrote a letter requesting a call back and the owner confirmed she received the letter, even showed it to me, but did not reciprocate the request for correspondence. I guess since I no longer live in the area the owner feels she can take advantage of me.
