Since we knew we were running a little behind, we called ahead and asked if they could wait just five more minutes, and we were led to believe that wouldn't be a problem. We made it there with only minutes to spare, but instead of being greeted or even spoken to, the employees looked directly at us, refused to open the door, and simply walked away. We waited outside, hoping someone would at least come explain the situation or apologize, but instead two employees walked out, got into their car, and drove away without saying a single word or acknowledging us. After making a five-hour trip, this was beyond disappointing. What hurt the most wasn't that they were closing--it was the complete lack of communication, professionalism, basic courtesy, and respect. A simple conversation or apology would have gone a long way. Instead, we were made to feel like we didn't matter at all. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If this is how they treat customers before they even walk through the door, I can't imagine how they treat people inside. I would never recommend this business based on the way we were treated.

The store was not spectacular or anything but they did have a lovely selection and particularly from a designer that I just adore! The most appealing part of this place though, was THE SERVICE! I feel awful not remembering their names (this was a couple of months ago) but the young ladies that helped me were fantastic! I have certain physical limitations and these ladies did not make me feel like a burden at all! They were very attentive and honestly just fun to have this experience with! I would definitely recommend this place!

Everlasting Bridal is absolutely amazing! Amy and Jennifer were simply the best…read more We found ourselves in a last-minute wedding emergency when another bridal vendor dropped the ball on a rhinestone headpiece that the bride needed for the very next day. In a frantic search for a replacement, we were driving all over not from Georgia and even ended up at the wrong bridal shop that was closed. Frustrated and running out of time, we asked neighboring businesses if they knew where the bridal shop we were looking for had moved. One kind young woman immediately recommended Everlasting Bridal, sharing that her cousin had worked with them and had an incredible experience. Since Everlasting Bridal was about 45 minutes away and we were getting close to closing time, we called ahead to make sure they would still be open and hopefully have something suitable. Amy didn't just answer our questions, she went above and beyond. Before we even arrived, she and her team sent photos of several headpiece options, and once we arrived they FaceTimed with the bride, and made thoughtful recommendations to ensure she selected the perfect piece for her wedding day. Their attention to detail and willingness to help from a distance immediately put us at ease. The bride was thrilled with her choice, and honestly felt it was even more beautiful in person than in the photos and FaceTime. Amy and her team could have easily turned us away because of the time, but instead they welcomed us with kindness, grace, and genuine care. I'd love to believe this level of service was exclusively for me (wink, wink), but it clearly isn't. While we were there, a bridesmaid came in just minutes before closing needing last-minute alterations. Jennifer immediately stepped in and worked her magic like Cinderella's Fairy Godmother. Despite it being the end of a long day, she gave the bridesmaid the same care, patience, and attention she had given everyone else. These women are full of love and dedication. They genuinely care about making sure your special day is everything you've dreamed of and more. Their passion for helping brides shines through in every detail, and they speak life, encouragement, and joy over each person who walks through their doors. The selection of dresses and accessories is beautiful and offers something for every style. I cannot wait to work with them again. If you're looking for a bridal boutique that truly cares, go experience Everlasting Bridal. You'll find more than gorgeous gowns and accessories; you'll experience love in the details and a team committed to making your day one you'll remember forever.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had…read more My son skipped the 11th grade and is attending his senior prom this year. The theme is "Enchanted Garden," and we hoped to find something unique, specifically a green velvet tuxedo jacket. Because our timeline was short, I called shops all over the metro Atlanta area trying to locate one. After numerous calls and searches, Black Tie by Lori was the only place that seemed remotely possible. The next day my son and I drove from Acworth to visit the shop. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly and the atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming. Janae helped us first and she was wonderful. Darion also stepped in, and together they went above and beyond anything we expected. After seeing our inspiration photo, Janae became excited about helping us create the look. Darion began researching whether a green velvet jacket could be found. At first it appeared unavailable, but he kept looking until he located a green velvet jacket with a black satin peak lapel. He even contacted the manufacturer directly and confirmed that one was available in their warehouse. They called us the very next morning, we placed the order, and when we picked it up the jacket fit perfectly. What we thought would be renting a black tuxedo turned into owning the perfect green velvet jacket for prom. Even while assisting another customer who needed several fittings and a lot of attention, Janae and Darion still made us feel like we had their full focus. Their professionalism, enthusiasm, and care made the entire experience memorable. Because of Janae and Darion, this will absolutely be our first stop for any future formalwear needs. I highly recommend Black Tie by Lori, and especially Janae and Darion.

They were truly a hype squad in the best way. Atlanta traffic can be a doozy, and I arrived about 30 minutes late to my appointment. Not only did they still graciously fit me in, but they immediately made me feel welcomed, calm, and celebrated with absolutely no stress or judgment. From the moment I opened the door until they walked me downstairs to the outlet section, I felt so genuinely cared for. After explaining my vision and timeline, they completely understood what I was looking for. They pulled gowns that aligned perfectly with my ideas and then built upon them. We realized that ordering a gown from upstairs would not work within my timeframe, so they seamlessly pivoted and helped create multiple beautiful looks using their outlet selection. I tried on so many stunning dresses, and the care, honesty, and enthusiasm they brought to each one made the experience feel truly special. What stood out most was how far they went to make sure I felt supported. They stayed later than they had to on a Friday evening while closing, never once making me feel rushed. I came to this appointment solo without my bridal squad, and yet I never felt alone. If you are looking for a previous sample at a discount, their outlet is absolutely worth checking out, and I am sure their made to order gowns upstairs are just as stunning. If you are in a time crunch, I cannot recommend their in store samples enough, especially with seamstresses on staff who truly know how to make each dress work beautifully and efficiently. While I ultimately found my dress the next day somewhere else, I cannot stop thinking about how positive, thoughtful, and memorable this experience was. If you want a bridal salon that truly listens, is honest, understands your vision, and treats you like you matter, this is the perfect stop.
