The manager is super professional with excellent follow-up. This store is organized and clean - I have never seen things strewn about like I have at some other metro Atlanta locations. This is my go-to store for just about any household item. I have found so many great things here over the years: unique lamps, accent tables, wall art, cushions, and other decor; good deals on limited edition perfumes, great-smelling imported soaps and beauty items; great deals on sexy dresses, professional suits, shoes and handbags; an array of electronic and phone accessories, automotive and pet supplies, toys, journals, dishware, glasses, kitchen gadgets, linens, bathroom accessories; and a plethora of some of the best organizing containers I've seen/acquired. Their prices often beat Amazon and even eBay. Also, they are open late. When I need something after the mall has closed, after Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and even Target have closed, Ross is still open.
