I just left the Sephora inside the store. The girl with red hair had the nastiest attitude I have ever experienced in retail. Not only will I never buy anything from this location. I would rather drive the extra hour or so and go to the location in Buckhead. I worked in customer service for many years and know how customers should be treated. Just on a human-to-human level that was just a rude experience all around. If this is how you choose to run a business, I hope you don't plan to reach any of your sales goals. read more

Haven't been in this Kohl's location in about 2yrs. It wasn't planned we were out joy riding and dropped in. I bought underwear and a cute summer hat. You can never get enough underwear :). Everything was on sale - underwear 3 for $30 by Barely There and the hat $19 by Sonoma. Beautiful weather brought everyone out in droves :). Good for business. Visited Conyers location on 10/16 to prepare for colder weather. Went specifically for Isotoner gloves and something to keep my head warm. Two registers were open with three employees at checkout. One employee had an earpiece and directing customers to the two checkout counters. After the inconsiderate lady ahead of me held the line up while the person traveling with her was told to "go to the car and get some change because I don't want to change a fifty" while keeping me and the other patrons waiting in line behind her waiting. The man with the earpiece opens another register and announces for the now growing line of 5 plus people, "register four is open". At this point I left the items I was going to purchase on an empty counter and departed the store " for good. My question, why not "I can help the next person in line" or "sir I can take you over here" since he was the one who told me that I could wait in line at the spot that he had directed me to in the first place. Certainly, you didn't expect the customers behind me to continue waiting as I had patiently done so. That lady in my opinion should have been asked to pay or move on rather than allowed to inconvenience your other customers. She knew what she was doing in her attempt to save a few cents. I was about to offer to pay her balance until she pulled out the fifty thus showing it wasn't due to not having the money but because she didn't want to spend it. I don't plan to patronize your store again. read more

Went Christmas shopping at Kohl's, once I got to the cashier, I was shocked when she ripped my packaging apart, which was a gown with a dolls gown to match, one of which I was going to give as a gift, she ripped them apart stating Kohl's want the hanger. I had to almost get into an argument with this cashier to take the hanger, but there is no need to damage the packaging. It seems as if they do not want you to return items. That was my first time really shopping there, only due to the fact that I returned something from Amazon however, I will not be back, I've heard something about Kohl's and now I see. DO NOT buy ELECTRONIC from Khol's. Even through their Return to a Kohl's Store policy states, "DO YOU HAVE YOUR RECEITT? With an original receipt, you"ll get a refund or even exchange." The Conyers store refused to do an even exchange on an unopen item. When I called online they stated that I should be able to exchange it. Better to purchase from other stores than Khol's read more

So here's the thing with Kohl's... And this seems to apply to all of them: the price they advertise isnt always what rings up. Sometimes it will ring up MUCH lower for unknown sales that are not displayed. Some people may like this but I hate it because it always leaves me wondering if that cute top i passed up due to the price, wouldve been cheaper at the register. I dont like making decisions to spend money on clothes and when i do, I dont want to play guessing games. Also, the prices (as someone else mentioned) are always so high! But my sister swears that Kohls has the best deals,you just gotta know how to work the Kohls Card System. As for this particular store, its ok... But several times...ok most times, clothes are skattered about and not in the right rack which again is really important to the pricing since its on the display on the designated rack! read more

I was just at the store standing waiting to be waited on. I cashier with four of us in line. The lady being waited on had at least ten items. Four other ladies that worked there all standing in the return section talking. Not good service at all where is the Manager when you need help. read more

this is the closes location to me but I dread going because they never have enough carts especially the child carts. I'll see a handful of people with no kids pushing them around I can only assuming their not complete jerks but the fact there isn't any carts available. plus they never have enough cashiers open. everytime I go there is a line wrapped down the aisle on both sides of the store. they need to do some major adjustments to this store to accommodate the crowds. read more

I went specifically to look at cooking supplies and their Food Network-branded merchandise was actually pretty decent. I used to work at this location. When I was here it was always understaffed and dirty as in messy with clothes all over every time they had a sale. But they have since remodeled and are doing a great job with keeping the store up. Haven't really experienced too much of the service because when I come I always come to speak to old coworkers or I'm independent and don't want to be bothered. But I'm always warmly greeted by others who don't know me from when I worked here. New high end lines like JLo, Ver Wang and Juicy Couture give Kohls the edge over everyone else. Plus there is always a sale going on. Great location to shop and hop from store to store and take in dinner and / or a movie afterwards. read more
