I came on a Thursday early afternoon, and when I walked in, there was a moment of awkward silence before I was greeted. I was asked what was I looking for , and I responded a white or champagne dress. I was directed to go to the back wall. I was in the back for a while, and no one ever came back to assist me. Mind you, I was the only one in the store. One lady was walking back, and I asked her if she could come help, and I commented to her how no one asked to assist me and if she could. She replied that she could, and I handed her one of the dresses I wanted to try on. She stood their quietly and waited as I looked through a few more. Smh I tried on one dress, and she helped me zip it up. It didn't fit, although she said she could order it, I declined since I wanted to know how it fit before spending money to ship it in. Upon leaving, there was nothing said to me. No thanks for coming in, or no one offered to help me find anything else that may work. Like, are we in the sales business or what? Ok. It's prom season. And everyone knows this is the go-to spot. So, I added it too my rounds of places to go thru the process with my oldest, for her 16th. Considering this was my first time going thru the process, it was overwhelming. So imagine that as you read my undertones. Pay attention to your gps. There's traffic on the main road, there's good signage but I was looking for a boutique spot. It looks like it is attaChed to an old warehouse. Parking decent. There's other moms in the lot, probably feeling just like me. So my tension was real. You enter smack in front of a sign in area. They ask for your numbEr so they can page you. But since I've never been, I didn't know what to do while I wait. So I asked, and she said jUst look around. Still not very clear. We waited for over 30 min. Look, at that point it wasn't worth it. We found a few dresses, they were aiiright, but for the price I was noT wowed. And let me say, the price point is an investment. Let's be honest folks, these girls are gonna wear this thing onCe. Why does the price say $600? I mean really? The assistant that hElped my daughter was fantabulous. Jasmine, you rock!!! We received a txt while she was fitting to enter into a drawing at a kiosk. I asked someone at a kiosk they said go to the front. I went to the front they sent me to a kioSk to do it myself. What was the reason for the extra step. Then the dress we liked didn't wow us. So we left frustrated. Won't go back. So I guess if your used to paying hundreds of dollars I mean at least $500 for a dress this is the place. Otherwise, you may want to go somewhere else. We just purchased a dress from here yesterday. The experience was pleasant for the most part. One issue we had was the person helping us was having trouble getting the dress laced up and instead of her trying to figure out she just gave up. 2nd issue the price tag on the dress said $375 dollars. When we got the register the purchase it the dress was scanned in at $399.00. I bought this to the young lady's attention and I was told there was nothing she could. One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. I paid $200 down on a $400 dress for my daughters prom. However, we found a prettier dress for half the price somewhere else. I fully expected to be charged a fee of some sort for the time the dress was on hold and unable to be sold. But I was told that theirs is an "absolutely no return policy." I never even touched the dress! The salesman told me our only option was to buy the original dress or choose another one. So basically I'm their customer now like it or not. I do not!!! Asked to speak with the owner and was told "she isn't available to speak with customers!" I work for a company that has over 100 employees. Our owner is there nearly every day. And he is accessible to his customers. There's no such thing as customer service anymore. This place is the worst example of that I've ever seen. Their policy is stupid enough. (I doubt that it's legal btw.) How they have their associates enforce it defies all logic. Don't waste your time or especially your money on these crooks....... Wow!!! I was originally overwhelmed by the amount of dresses and gowns CC had. But Jennifer made it easy & as painless as possible to find a gown for a battalion ball I was attending. She was personable, helpful with suggestions after gauging my style, & kept me where I wanted to be price wise. Eventually, I chose a dress & received it after 2 weeks. The only con was I was not informed when it came in and had to call to check myself. Came here last weekend to try and find a pageant gown. Wow! I knew it was prom season, but I didn't know Prom Season required loss prevention to be there the whole time (police officers). Not that I'm complaining about that, but if you cannot afford a dress of that calibur please don't shop there. The place was packed....barely any moving room. I'm a size 14. I'm working on decreasing that number but now, that is what I am (mainly in the chest area.) I asked where the plus size section was and when I saw the TINY little section they had compared to everything else I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I was prepared to throw down $600 on a nice Mac Duggal, Jovani, Sherri Hill, or whatever but those were not the options there for me. It was so disappointing. I found three dresses to try on and two did not fit at all and then there was a nice green mermaid. Fit like a glove. Wish I could have admired myself but I was surrounded by neurotic entitled teenagers with there pushy mothers and passive agressive fathers. No thank-you. We left and did not buy the dress. I would STRONGLY encourage that during Prom Season Cinderella's closet should have appointments. I know there were many staff present and working hard and I appreciate that but there were too many folks around and not enough dressing rooms or opportunities for girls to look at gowns. Prom is a great time to make money for any dress store, but you lose integrity for your business when its so chaotic. If I go back it will be after Easter when Prom Season has died. i would also encougrage Cinderella's Closet to invest in more plus size gowns. THere are so many Size 12-18 girls out there, more than people realize and we need more options. read more

A wonderful visit to this great establishment. Cinderella's Gowns does an amazing job at catering to these young women for prom dresses. They have dresses for any event, my mission was prom so that's what I'll reference. We waited at the door and saw the young men that worked there dressed in black pants and white collared shirts. They walked about with silver trays containing bottled waters and other trays containing snacks and fruit. Let's face it, who wants to have hangry patrons? I grabbed a water and a mini cinnamon roll...don't tell my trainer. I was paired with a wonderful sales associate Ms. Sophie. My daughter told her the desires of her heart and Sophie went immediately to a rack and pulled out a dress she instantly liked! Anyone that has a teen knows that this is extraordinary! They limit 5 dresses and we found a total of 3. There is a stage where young ladies can cat walk and see themselves in the mirror with onlookers throughout. My baby is very shy so she opted to use the mirror just outside of her fitting room door and that was fine. Sophie was able to get her to walk across the room and stand on a riser to better view one of the dresses she tried on...priceless!! They had heeled shoes available to try on with dresses as another added bonus. While she didn't say "Yes to the Dress" during this visit, Sophie gave us a strong purchase option and we took pictures of the tag to make it easy to find the dress should we decide to purchase. When I went to check out they tried to charge me $450. Said dress was mismarked and they would not honor the price. She is heartbroken and now doesn't even want to be in the pageant. We both left in tears - mine were rage. All you dress shoppers beware !!! Don't support a business with such business practices ! The attention was great the 3 ladies that helped our wedding party were fabulous but we ended up being pressured to purchase and left deposits, don't buy here unless your sure , the only dresses in the color we needed for the bridesmaid were only 2 options and they were way too expensive just because they were "designer name " really not worth the almost 400 price... online had more selection but not in store because of prom .we try to get at least half our deposit back but they are way to trick on no returns or money back ! they want you to buy, really nice stuff here but in my case not even considering coming back we ended up finding better dresses at davids bridal way better prices and more selection . Go there stores first wont buy expensive not worth the money ! We all 10 of us lost $60 deposits they won't even try give it back! The store has lovely stuff online for ordering that come out seas china but on store based on the prom season we weren't in luck at all that were left were the ones over $300.00. We came to look for my sister's prom dress , my parents came long and also my cousin. Once we came in nobody came to help us or asked if we needed help. Once we started looking for dresses one of the workers stared at both of my parents and gave him a look just because the way they were dressed. We just ignored it and kept looking and we had one of the workers come up to us and ask if we've been there before and just showed us the dressing room my sister was going to use and left us there. She only came once to "help" us and just to tell us to only get dresses of her size and not to keep grabbing random dresses. Well that was a obvious statement why would I be grabbing dresses that weren't her size? She just kept looking at us and didn't ask if we were looking for anything in particular or asked if we needed help instead the worker just kept looking at us and helped the other people beside us. I don't know if they're a difference between what people wear or they just assume that people with more money should be helped more than others. When I arrived, the atmosphere was good and the service was excellent. My only problem was their policy. Due to COVID-19, I couldn't have my prom, and prom is a very important event during senior year. I was already stressed. I thought that would be a valid enough reason for a refund. My senior year was already ruined, and to make matters worse I couldn't get a penny back from my dress. My mother and I went to the store to get the refund but they weren't letting up. My family & I came in to look for a prom dress for my younger sister. We were greeted when we came in & everyone was very nice. Victoria helped us when we got to the fitting room & was very pleasant about having to look for a specific size in some of the dresses I was pulling out. I felt bad for having to make her go back & forth to check if certain sizes were in stock but she didn't seem phased at all. Worst experience ever! These people charged me full price for a dress that had clearly been worn multiple times to the point there were holes worn into it and multiple places damaged. I took pictures and emailed them as soon as I received the dress. I was told and was tried to be convinced that the dress was shipped from the manufacturer so it couldn't have been worn or damaged. Not only did I have the pictures, but the day before ordering I spoke with an associate at the store that told me they had one left in stock at the store and that I needed to hurry and order. The only response I got from these people was that they would have to "look in to it" and I never heard from them again until after I returned the dress, days before the pageant so they couldn't accuse me of wearing it. All of that occurred March 15, 2017. They have just now this week attempted to call me. In which they gave me no time to respond or call back before SENDING ME THE DRESS BACK!!!! Shoved in a little tiny box I would like to add. I would have simply accepted some sort of discount for sending me a damaged dress that I am going to have to fix. You can't charge full manufacturer pricing on a dress that has clearly been rented out and worn to the point of damage! It's just not right. These people are shady! They're dishonest, greedy, and have been impolite with any conversation I've had with them! read more

Was greeted and assigned a sales associate as soon as I walked in. She asked me what styles and colors I was looking for and what my price range was. She carried my dresses for me, brought them to a fitting room, helped me put them all on. The dresses here are in perfect condition and the customer service is top notch. I have been here a lot of times over the past couple years hoping to find a dress with my daughter for homecomings, homecoming court, and proms. They have lots of dresses. Tons of dresses, and they are separated by color not size. Every single time I have been there if you are a size 0, 00, 2 and sometimes 4 you have a ton of beautiful dresses to choose from. 6 and up were kinda ugly. My daughter needs them in 6 or 8 and we have found 1 cute dress. I wish they would buy more cute dresses in the normal size ranges. We have gone in their at the beginning of the hoco and prom shopping seasons, and even way before trying to get dresses as they come in and everything for sizes above a 4 are slim picking. As far as employees, I have had a wide variety....the last 2 times I was in there I had great service. We were hoping for a specific gown, and a guy who worked there who greeted us right after we walked we had asked about the dress and he got someone to help us look it up. The girl who helped us was great, she tried to help but wasn't in our way. We have had times, especially weekends getting close to prom when they are so busy, that they assign you someone as you walk in the door. My daughter was there with her cousin, both looking for prom dresses. They gave them sales associates with assigned dressing rooms on opposite sides of the store ( they refused to let us wait till ones next to each other opened) so the girls had to walk across the store each time to show each other a dress and a couple dresses they both wanted to try on (same size) and they had to go back and forth. My nieces girl was so helpful, even helping us some, and our girl was jumping on her like she was trying to steal her sale....and she hovered over our every move and followed us everywhere...it was actually uncomfortable. This store is huge. We were greeted at the front door and added to a waiting list for a fitting room. This was a nice touch but we were told to find 5 dresses and then return to the desk to try them on. It's kind of hard to look through the tightly hung dress racks when you are trying to also hold dresses. It is extremely annoying trying to find your size. The racks are organized by color but after that, you just have to pull out each and every dress to find the tag and then the size. We went to 6 different stores looking for a prom dress and this was by far the most disorganized. If they would invest in plastic size markers for their racks and then make sure their staff only returns the dresses to the racks, it would have been a more enjoyable event. No alterationist onsite either. read more

Cinderella's Closet is the perfect place for teenage girls to go prom dress shopping! there are so many gowns and they're organized by color, so it if very easy to browse through. Although their staff isnt very personalized(ie they dont really help you find a dress that would fit you) they were very curtious and helpful. I would definately recommend Cinderella's Closet.
