Despite multiple phone calls and confirming the details three separate times, nothing was delivered. The flowers did not arrive, and the urn arrangement was completely missing. This was not a routine order--this was for my father's funeral. The emotional impact of this failure on his wife, daughter, and siblings cannot be overstated. On one of the most difficult days of our lives, we were left dealing with stress and heartbreak that was entirely avoidable. We chose to support a local florist because we believed care, attention, and reliability would be prioritized. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. This level of negligence for a funeral service is unacceptable. Families should never have to worry whether such an important commitment will be honored.
