It's unfortunate to have to write this review tbh.... I had a friend experience a death and in sympathy (which was intensified during all of the CV-19 drama) wanted to send a very nice arrangement to her and her family. I wanted to, even more than previously, support a local business since I figured with the CV-19 issues, this was welcomed. I contacted FbF for their work. I had never used them before, I had no referrals from anyone who had used them before and there was no incentive for me to use them. I just google searched and chose them via that method. I called and completed a specific order via the phone. My request was to spend $80-90 for the arrangement, to have it be full of orange and white and my expectation was reassured that this would be a "VERY nice arrangement". Once delivered, the total was just about $93 (after tax), with no orange and no white. Instead, it looked like a "cheer me up" bouquet with 1 hydrangea, purple carnations, some lilies and pink daisy's - NOT expensive flowers in general and certainly not a $90 arrangement intended to be a sympathy arrangement. I called the florist and asked for the owner (there isn't anyone named Freddie btw - he was a previous owner and now this is the "new" owner, Steven) and he said, "that was a very expensive arrangement with roses and very expensive flowers!" He obviously hadn't seen the arrangement! I sent him a picture of the arrangement (see attached) and there were no roses as you can see or generally "high-end" flowers - let alone nothing I had specifically requested with the order. He then told me, "Oh, we didn't have the colors you asked for." Which I would've expected a phone call asking me if something alternate would be acceptable. He then offered to refund me $20, which I said was fine, but he never followed through and blamed "the bank" for me not receiving that refund. I returned calls to him 3 times regarding the refund for over a week - and still nothing. This was an order that was placed/delivered on April 30th 2020 - now half a month ago. My intent to write this review is to mention these highlights: 1. I didn't receive ANY of my specific flower requests 2. I was told flowers were in the arrangement that in fact, were not 3. I was told the arrangement was "high-end" and was not 4. I was offered a $20 refund and the owner never followed through There are tons of high-quality and great locally owned florists who understand that in all times of both celebrations and sadness in life... specificity is important, client requests matter and establishing and maintaining quality relationships in the community (for continued business support) are THE MOST important thing a locally owned florist can do. Remember Flowers by Freddie - referrals speak volumes. My recommendation - DO NOT BOTHER USING I have not received any refund at the time of this review. I will update if I do. read more

I called to order flowers for my wife's birthday to be delivered to a local hospital. The lady that took my order and spoke with me on the phone was amazing. Super nice and informative. I called back on the day of delivery to try and get an estimated time of arrival. The same nice lady said the flowers come in fresh daily and they would get them out soonest. I asked her again for a general eta and a loud and angry gentlemen in the back ground starts going off about "we don't guarantee delivery" blah blah blah... I can only assume it was Freddy but maybe not. The very nice lady comes back and said 'sir, I can only tell you that we will get them delivered sometime today. The order went well, got delivered around 1pm but I would be careful with this florist. Such attitude. read more

I was very disappointed in the arrangement I ordered. I'm from California and sent flowers to my future mother-in-law who I was meeting for the first time, later in the week. She lives in Newnan. I ordered on-line from California, and after picking the arrangement I wanted, I was given three different price choices, I picked the most expensive. I wanted to impress her! When I arrived, I was embarrassed by the arrangement as was my future husband. It was very small, poorly arranged and didn't look like the picture at all. Maybe because I was from out-of-town, they didn't think I would ever see the arrangement?? I'm not sure what happened. I really can't say enough about this business! I first used them for my wedding in December. The bouquets, wreaths, garlands, and details absolutely blew me away. Steve took time to really understand what I wanted and then went above and beyond to make it happen. I used them again this past weekend to make a custom Christmas wreath and garland for mine and my husband's first Christmas. Steve seems to know how to take your ideas, turn them into visions, and then create beautiful pieces for your family to enjoy.
